It is very inconvenient for this location to not offer same day home delivery. I often need parts same day and I don’t necessarily have a way to get to the store if I’m in the middle of a repair. I am unfortunately a mile to far from the Rotterdam to be eligible for delivery from that location so I have no choice but to order parts from advanced auto and AutoZone who deliver same day from all locations. I hope to see Napa improve the access to same day delivery for all of their loyal customers.
This last visit was unexpected... was looking for a specific exhaust peive noone had in stock ... however napa did that day the man behind yhe counter very friendly got what what we needed on a Sunday in and out in a flash!. Better experience then in the past
Hands down the worst place to get parts. So rude they dont even know what there talking about, but they will act like you dont know what your talking about. God forbid you want them to do their job. Use to be great but it has just gone down hill over the last few years. Sad, ill never go there again and will never recommend!!!!!

There wasnt any one display she checked the network and still didnt accept there wasnt a available she went in the back worked some magic and bam she found them ! Thats customer service thats the heart beat of your business im a GM at a hotel and been in the industry for iver 10 years these employees are hard to find and I hope she can one day be part of management if she isnt already!!! Napa driver came out from parking lot and cut me off while I was traveling in the main lane of traffic. This forced me to have to rapidly decelerate. When I laid on the horn to alert him that he had pulled out in front of oncoming traffic, the driver flipped me off. Went into the store to notify them of his inconsiderate and dangerous driving practices, employee came out and continued to argue with me about why he was right. This is shameful to drive like that in a driving billboard. I hope the manager takes away his driving privileges before he causes an accident and kills someone. Poor on every level.
I called and asked if they price match another Napa store since their price was $30 higher than Latham's for the same part. The guy literally yelled at me "NO IF YOU WANT TO PRICE MATCH GO TO ANOTHER STORE", then hung up. I called back and he answered then hung up. Dont shop here until they fire luke/lake or whatever his dumb name was. wild.
The mood in the store was good (joking, etc.), and the guys helped me find what I needed. They offered me the best price, and told me about a rebate on top of that. What more do you want?
The counter staff are either incredibly ignorant of anything automotive, or just flat out ignore walk up customers. I don’t know what the deal is but the last few years-even before Covid, this store has gotten progress worse for walk ups. I honestly would t trust anything a single person in there tells you.
I come here for all my parts, they are friendly and courteous and knowledgeable, there were times parts were wrong. They went and did everything to correct the situation, I love coming here and I recommend them.
Ordered online, got an email the part would be ready in 30 mins. Waited 4 hours, then went to the store. The part wasn't in on time, and was scheduled for a few days later, OK, no problem yet. The Counter help then proceeded to lie to my face multiple times: first about not having my contact info to tell me, then after i pointed out they did on my reciept they said their computers don't have email capabilities..Then said my phone number was not a real number when they tried to call it. I then asked for them to call the phone in my pocket with the same number in which the clerk said "I don't have time for this." and walked away. Take your business elsewhere. NAPA I will gladly call your president from the phone they said doesn't exist, or email them a picture of my reciept with my email and phone number on it from their computer.
Always very friendly and knowledgeable. Also I never have to spend a massive amount of time explaining what part I need like I do at some other auto places. Plus the parts here are good quality parts at a reasonable price. Good job Napa!
We had a headlight out and it was getting dark out, we we’re heading to another auto store and passed NAPA and decided to stop here, what a great experience. The employee that helped us was super awesome and went in the back to grab the headlight for us. I can’t remember his name but he was super awesome. The headlight was also a lot cheaper there then the other store and saving money is alway a plus. We definitely will be going here again . Customer service is something you guys do well!

Bought a wrench and a socket that did not work for the nut I was trying to unscrew. Tried to return them - they did not accept the return because the tools were 'used', there was not a single mark of wear on the tools. At the age of free Amazon returns and customer friendliness this is way below par in customer service. Never again..
**CUSTOMERS BEWARE**
I purchased a $63.00 pulse vacuum part from said NAPA to actuate my 4x4 on my truck. I took it home and hooked it up. Turns out that wasn't the issue. I immediately went right back to NAPA to return said item. NAPA showed me on my receipt in fine print that it doesn't except returns on ELECTRICAL PARTS!!! So I was informed by NAPA personnel I have to except an item that I don't need that I purchased less than 1 hour ago. So, I suggest not to buy anything electrical from this company. Btw, same exact item in half the price on Amazon, which has a return policy on everything electrical or otherwise!!
The guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing just to check the car battery. They also said we could purchase a battery there but the couldn’t put it into our vehicle which was pretty useless to us.
Great parts store with a large inventory. If they don't have what you need they can usually get it the same day. They also offer machine shop services. NAPA is also an Amsoil dealer. Their hours are outstanding, early morning until late night. The only downside for me is that quite a bit of their inventory is self branded. Their house brand is very good quality but sometimes I'm looking for a name brand.
Good selections and helpful staff, but be wary as they will tend to recommend more expensive options over the perfectly fine cheaper options when it comes to headlights, fluids, and other replacement parts. Go in with an idea as to what brands are the best for the money and select one online ahead of time and you will end up saving quite a bit of cash in some cases. Would choose advanced Auto parts over this store.
This is a mechanic's parts store. Steer clear of it if you are only looking for floor mats and air fresheners. If you want good inventory and a knowledgeable staff, this is the place.
Didn't have parts after ordered online no call to say they weren't there. Drove home to return two hours later. Wrote personal check 7 days ago but when I went today wouldn't accept one. No warning of no longer accepting personal checks had to drive back home and get company check. Then check out went smoothly. Place has gone down hill over the past couple of years.
Service is usually quick here. They can get parts from the Albany store/warehouse within a day if they don't have it. Just make sure you are getting the right part before you leave.
I went here today wanting to buy a new headlight for my car, but I didn't know how to put it in, so the man working there offered to do it for me. Kudos to the employees at Napa! Car troubles can be very stressful, and at Napa they were willing to go the extra mile for me, even if they didn't really gain anything from it but a loyal customer. I asked them to do it at Advance Auto Parts and they absolutely refused, so I really appreciated Napa's willingness to help me out.
