We had our car towed to Frank and Son's Body Shop from East Durham. We reached out to Todd (only to find out they/he was on vacation). He responded immediately. Made us aware that the garage was on vacation until 8/4 but would take a look at it then. That he did!! Ordered the parts and I picked up my beautiful car today 8/7! I wouldn’t hesitate referring them in town and surrounding areas! (Which I’m going to do!). They are very responsive, courteous, friendly, efficient, and organized. Made you feel like family. Can't say enough good about them. If you find yourself in a position where you’re needing an auto body repaired, do not hesitate reaching out to Frank & Son’s Auto Body! Frank & Sons has repaired my car twice. Both times all repairs completed beautifully and on time. Katie, in the office is an amazing contact, and is there every step of the way. Cannot complement them enough. 10 stars! It’s the only place to go! Now, I hope no one else hits my car when I’m not even in it!!!

My car was hit in a parking lot leaving the right side of my vehicle scratched and indented. I called around and even other businesses recommended Frank and Sons. After speaking with Katie at the front desk, Todd assessed my vehicle and delivered a fair estimate. Katie then scheduled a time for repair work and arranged for Enterprise to meet me at their offices for a replacement vehicle. The repairs that were done were well-communicated in advance, completed swiftly and without any problems. Everyone there is respectful, competent with what they do and fair. I highly recommend calling them for any repair work.

After our accident, minor as it was, I was worried about what to expect and thought the worse. Dealing with insurance companies and auto repair shops can be stressful. However, I chose Frank and Sons because they are local for us. Katie was terrific in explaining not only their process but also how the insurance companies work and she set my mind at ease. Todd's expertise in providing us with an estimate and getting us scheduled for the repairs was fantastic. We had the work done and it was beyond expectations; it was perfect! This is an honest, efficient, classy operation and five stars is not enough. If you go anywhere else, you're foolish. My opinion!!

Frank & Sons staff did a wonderful job fixing our RAV4 which was rear ended and wrecked the back tailgate which needed to be replaced. Paint match is exact and work is not only impeccable but was done very quickly. Great shop to deal with. I highly recommend.

I was in an auto accident this morning and I did not think it was bad until I started driving my van, something is is really wrong. Clock spring is definitely broke and the front end was making a scrubbing noise. Was sent to a body shop but they could not help me for 2-3 days. So I called Frank & Sons and Ann Marie had me bring it right over. She called a tow service and had it towed to their location. She helped me get a car rental so I could continue on with my job. Very nice people and helpful. Met the owner Frank, really nice guy! All thumbs up guys!!! Ann Marie your awesome girl!!!!

i picked up my car tonight after a deer rammed the car a month ago. The car looks as good as new, maybe even better. Cars running well and looks so clean. Great job. Highly recommend this family business for any of your car repairs and needs.

The reviews here are too inflated. They are not as good as it shows. I suspect most of those reviews might even be paid. The business is definitely old since it was over three generations, but the current owner was nasty. I had a hard time for my car job here. They never bothered for a trip or so when I needed it the most unlike most other shops. Had bad paint job and my wreck job after the accident. Two other mechanics looking at my car post-repair said they did a really bad job. Also my battery went bad in a few days and needed replacement all because of their fault not keeping it bolted at the right spot. If you own a Prius dont bother going here.

I've had a few cars worked on at Frank and sons, they do excellent body and collision work. They always go above and beyond for their customers. Scott is a talented mastermind, he has always looked out for me with everything. He always amazes me with the magic he can produce and the extra details he never forgets. Anne Marie is an angel sent from above, this woman has the patience of steel. She's smart witty and deals with people and insurance companies all day with outstanding customer service expertise. This body & collision shop is well known in the area, whenever I've spoken of the work they've done for me people have gone to them or have heard of them and always have amazing things to say about them as well. I will forever be a customer and recommend them to everyone I meet. Anne Marie said something to me last time I was there that I found so accurate, and made me laugh. She said well it was nice seeing& talking with ya AGAIN but I gotta be honest, I don't wanna see your face for a while lol because nobody is ever happy about having to have body/ collision work done on their daily thanks to someone rear ending me, BUT you know where to find us if it happens again 😉🤭and they will ALWAYS make sure you are very well taken care of. I absolutely adore both of them and I always know my vehicle is in good hands when I need them. ❤️

Frank and Sons is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them for any body repairs you need!!!! They did such a great repair, my 6 year old didn't believe it was our car haha she also said it has never been this shiny 😍🤣

Great place to get your vehicle Repaired. I took my Truck to get an estimate on a minor Fender bender. Was all set up for me. They took care of Everything for me thru my Insurance company. Just have to take vehicle to them on appointment day and we will be all set. I would recommend this Body Shop to have you vehicle serviced and fixed.

I have been doing business with Frank and Sons for over 40 years. My first experience was when I was a young married mom and hit a fire hydrant and Frank helped me out. The workmanship and professional service is above anyone I have ever dealt with. Todd continues his father’s legacy. Thank you is not enough but know I appreciate you. Highly recommend!

I went to Frank & Son’s for repair work on the front of my car. From start to finish they were FANTASTIC to work with. They made the process so easy and the work was perfect! My car was spotless inside and out which was completely unexpected but so appreciated. If you need any body work done this is the place you want to go.

The work done on my vehicle by Frank & Sons Body Works was perfect!The employees treated me very well. They helped me deal with the insurance Co so there were no surprises. My experience with Auto body shops goes back to when I was a young man working in my fathers body shop in Gloversville, NY. In my opinion Frank & Sons body shop is the best you will find in the Capitol District.

I brought my truck in to remove a few small surface rust spots. The price was reasonable and the work was completed earlier than initially estimated. The color match appears flawless and the areas look as good as new. It wasn't part of the work I requested, but Frank & Sons took the initiative and touched up a few small scratches/nicks for no additional cost. As an added bonus, the truck was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. Nice! Good people, great service and highly recommended.

Frank & Sons is absolutely amazing. We were traveling across the country in our RV and ended up braking down with a broken radiator and a bunch of other things. We were in the area and had no idea where we should get it towed. We ended up getting it towed to Frank & Sons and they had the entire thing fixed and good as new within a day! We were back on the road within less than 24 hours all because of the guys here. They are fantastic! They took care of us and we're super friendly while doing it. I can't thank them enough for fixing up our motor home so quickly.

My car had paint all over due to painters spraying paint on my house. I went to Frank and Sons for an estimate. They quoted me a fair price. They were able to do the work when I requested them to do it. It took an entire day plus for them to complete the job due to the amount of paint on my car. But when completed my car looked great! The final cost of the work was the same as the original quote. Good work done quickly at a reasonable price. I would recommend Frank and Sons to others in need of car repairs.

Frank and Sons is the best Autobody shop in America. Attentive, affordable, absolute best quality work and extremely knowledgeable. Moreover the entire business is run by honest, incredibly hard working people. They live for their customers and their community. I have had to use them dozens of times over the years and without exception they have always been fantastic. No one is ever happy after an accident, but Frank and his sons Todd and Scott make the whole experience infinitely less stressful and without the pain normally associated with such calamity. They are real friends when you need one most!

Great auto body repair shop! The most excellent, fair, considerate and helpful staff. They coordinate every part of your insurance repair claim including scheduling car rentals . Very reputable. Was highly recommended to us. Years of experience at this family owned business of professionals that really care about their customers and their cars. AnneMarie is fabulous!

They fixed 2 prematurely rusted spots on my BMW... excellent work. On one of the spots behind a panel they found more extensive damage than originally thought, and took the time to bring it back to good metal. And they stayed within the original estimate even though it was more work than anticipated. Paint match was outstanding... both spots are still undetectable and holding up really well. I highly recommend them.

Although my most recent visit did not require repairs to be done, car was a total, they took care of everything needed to been done to expedite my claim. I have been bringing my cars to Frank & Sons for body repairs for 25 years. Their workmanship has always been top notch, and completed quickly, and no hidden surprises. I hope to never need them, but I'm glad they are there if I do.

I was in a fender bender and brought my car to Frank and Sons Annmarie in the office was very helpful. They got my car inspected and seen by my insurance company quickly and took my car right away. I had them do all the body work it needed and the work they did is amazing the car looks better than when i first bought it. Annmarie kept me update with any information with my insurance company and time line for the work to be completed. When I picked up my car it was also detailed inside and out ! I'm one very happy customer ! I'm new to the area but I will be using Frank and sons for any auto repair in the future !

Frank & Sons are the best! We had an accident with our motor home and Todd and crew did a phenomenal job repairing it quickly! Since we were from out-of-state Todd sent me emails with places to see, places to eat and even gave a local fellow RV'er our information so we could hook up with him. I can't say enough about this business! And our motor home looks great! Thank you Frank & Sons for everything!
