Needed a new battery for my jeep. Called about 10 places. Many had them in stock, but wouldn’t do the install. If they could do the install, it wasn’t until the next day. Called Firestone and spoke to Jay. Jay said they had the battery and could do the install immediately. He even made me aware of a current coupon available for use that reduced the cost. When I arrived Jay was incredible friendly and got me in right away. They were transparent and tested the battery before doing the replacement, and showed me the results that confirmed the new battery was definitely needed. The replacement was complete and I was heading home within an hour of me first calling. Will definitely be going back for future maintenance.

I had a great experience with the manager Jay when I had an issue with a brand new set of Destination LE3's. He resolved my issue with a positive attitude and that was much appreciated.

I recently began to bring all my service needs to Firestone after unpleasant experiences with other vendors. I’ve been extremely pleased with what Firestone offers. From traditional tire service to oil changes and maintenance I strongly recommend their services.

I was advised by an employee that they are not allowed to drive cars at highway speeds due to insurance. This makes diagnosing many problems impossible. If they cheap out on insurance what else does firestone cheap out on? I would advise most people to avoid firestone and go to an independent mechanic. They also use china parts from advanced auto zone and mark them up 100% to match oem prices. Adding on to my bad review. This shop replaced a wheel bearing on my car. The wiring near the bearing was damaged and fixed poorly. I was never told they damaged the wiring and 'fixed'. This fix caused me to incur a $450 repair to fix properly and replace the harness.

Great place. Very friendly very helpful they will do what ever they can for you great people all around. I will be giving them all my business 100%.

I came in with a broken evap system and needed a inspection and they were able to help me during the holiday season and did it for a really reasonable price. And my favorite part about this location is it's when then walking distance in my house and I can make appointments pretty easily. Great service.

I had an outstanding experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care in Scotia. Jay, Shelly, and the entire team did an amazing job from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with my new Firestone Blizzaks—the car handles incredibly well, and the installation was done perfectly. I’m extremely pleased and will definitely be returning for future service. Highly recommend this location!

Shelly was amazing she is very customer service oriented was concerned about my issue. It was a great experience. It was my first time and I am very happy with my experience.

I have been going to Firestone for many years and I do have to say this is the first time I have given a poor review. I had 4 new tires put on 11/8/25 and the price and service was very good. After 2 weeks my low pressure light came on. I called the store and was told to bring it in and they would get me in quickly as they were not busy. When l got there about 30 minutes later I was checked in and told it would be a few minutes. 1 hour later my car still hadn't moved. When I asked one of the mechanics how much longer he acted surprised and asked if I was the one who called. He went right out and checked the pressure and said they were over inflated and give him 5 minutes and he would fix it. Another 30 minutes and he came out and said all set. My low pressure light is still on a week later and now my CRV doesn't feel right and pulls. Thankfully I don't have to pay no matter how many times I have to bring it back.

Service advisor. Justin was very nice. Right up until the point he lied to me. I dropped the vehicle off at 10:15 AM. I told him we would be back around 12 PM. He assured me would be done by then. We actually returned at 1:10 PM. The car was in the bay. But the wheels were still on it. I was there to have winter tires put on it. I asked if my vehicle was ready. He assured me they were in the middle of the service. I then asked if you are in the middle of the service, why are my wheels and summer tires still on the vehicle. My winter tires were sitting in the customer area with my name on them. Why lie to me? When I questioned him, he made up some excuse about my license plate showing up on another vehicle. So they weren’t sure if the tires would fit. When I first arrived there in the morning, I told them that I just got a new vehicle. And it replaced my old vehicle. No questions were asked about that . If you were that concerned about the vehicle not matching, he could’ve called me. But he didn’t. Then he took all of my snow tires off the showroom floor and brought them out to the bay. The technician changed four tires within a half hour to 45 minutes. He certainly could have called and said they’re running behind and I would have given them another hour or two. But he didn’t. He assured me when I dropped it off in the morning. That two hours would be enough time. I gave them three. Then when they emailed my receipt to me. I noticed that they charged me for tire pressure sensor valve service kit labor. What are you servicing? The vehicle has 81 miles on it. It was brand new. I don’t think anything had to be serviced. I’m very unhappy and I doubt I will ever return to that specific store again.

Made an appointment for 8:30am to have two existing snow tires put on my car. After 20 minutes Dustin, the counter worker, came to the waiting room and asked the three people there to give them a 5 Star Review on Google. At this point, 20 minutes after my appointment, my car had not even left the parking lot! Crazy to ask for a review before the service is completed. In total, with an appointment, it took a tire place one hour and twenty minutes to put two snow tires on -- not really 5 Star worthy! If you cannot keep appointments, stop making them! Will not return.

Everyone was so helpful and professional there wasnt any pressure, I was in and out and educated. Highly recommend nice honest people. I wish I got their names. Thank you! Will be back. Oh and cars running great :)

I've been using a Firestone for over 20 years. They are honest and never try to push for extra services. Easy to make an appointment, even last minute.

I've always gotten my cars worked on here. They are excellent and always will to got the extra mile to get you in and out. I dropped off the car at 8:30am for an oil change and a check engine light. They had the problem diagnosed and had my car fixed before noon.

Justin was extremely professional and polite. I was in and out of the shop in just over an hour and they were able to squeeze me in without a prior appointment. I was able to leave for my trip on schedule. Great job Firestone!

Can't say enough about this place. Friendly service from start to finish.. I walked in without an appointment and was taken care of immediately. I went for an oil change but came out with a new mechanic, a place I trust. They showed me exactly what is needed to keep me safe on the road and even what can wait to be addressed to keep me from breaking the bank. Professional, supportive, and kind. Its like having an inside gal bur I know she, and they go out of their way for everyone. The waiting room was clean and spacious, it gave me time to do my work while waiting. What i enjoyed most was the breakdown of my bill. Each item came with a picture to show what part, what location and why they recommend the repair. Thank you to the 10/28 staff this morning. At risk of sounding cliché it was nice to speak with a woman, some places make you feel like a clueless individual but this place doesn't care what you know or dont know. They educate, clarify and help any chance they get. Thank you.

Beat place around! I hit some metal in the road and started loosing air fast. So greatful they were open at 7am for me to call and get in right that morning, and atill able to pick up same day. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you for all you guys do, and have done for me!

Justin was great. He was able to get me in right away got the part in for me and got me out. He did a great job and provided me 5 star service all the way

The staff was professional and courteous. My weight time was less than I expected, and the price was perfect. I would come back here again and get my oil changed.

The guy (Justin) was really nice. They are placed at the right spot and helped me at a very low time in my cars life. The muffler broke so I didn’t have any place to drive besides across the street (where they were) so for an unscheduled emergency. They were amazing. Granted they didn’t have everything that I would need for my car to be fixed. But that’s because it was worse than what they do here. So for what they offer it was amazing.

Very professional service. I was traveling through the area and got a nail in the tire. They were able to get me back on the road again in no time. Very much appreciated their professionalism and service.

I was able to get my vehicle NYS inspection done when there was no other service location was able to do anything other than schedule an inspection on a weekday when I would have had to leave work to get it done, thus saving me from losing that income amounting to more than the service cost. They were able to correct the one problem found while I waited, the only delay was waiting for the parts (wiper blades) to be delivered. The staff was friendly and kept me informed as to the progress of the work. I was quite pleased with the experience.

If you want your car damaged during service and Firestone to take 0 responsibility then by all means bring your car here. Went in for an oil change and 4 tires and after almost 7 hours of waiting for my vehicle discovered they caused 3k worth of damage and left grease all over my car. There are plenty of places to bring your vehicle that will not damage your car and take pride in their work Firestone is not one of them.

Just a warning for anyone considering not paying the outrageous amount of money for "Road Hazard Protection" on your tires, the manufacturer warranty is evidently useless. Attached is a picture of a bubble that has formed in the sidewall of my tire (there is no nail or other debris in my tire, this is a manufacturer defect). I called and spoke with Issac and was told that I must have hit something and without Road Hazard Protection they are not going to make good on the manufacturer warranty.

NEVER BRINGING MY VEHICLE BACK !!! If I could give zero stars I would. Went there with my vehicle from carvana for a warranty fix. They changed my driver rear coil and a sway link under warranty and I did an oil change as well. It’s been a week and I’ve been hearing clanking where they fixed it. I took it in and they said it was a bushing on my control arm but it was still structurally sound. My mobile mechanic while doing my front brakes noticed that I had an oil leak. Which earlier today was at Firestone and they didn’t notice. Upon taking off oil soaked plastic cover found that the drain plug was loose. So I told my mechanic to check the bushing firestone says is bad; he checks and the bushing is from the knuckle and not the control arm which they soaked in some type of lubricant. Took a ride so he can hear the noise and after hearing it he says it sounds like a sway link. Upon inspection of the sway link which was installed by Firestone. The sway link bolt was completely loose to the point you can unscrew it by hand. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never bring my vehicle back.

Me and my husband used this location for years. Never again. I was up until midnight with friends working on my car door last night. About 6 months ago I paid for a door handle, and they replaced the WRONG one. Due to it being the wrong one after about 5 months I started having issues with my door not locking. Before that we brought his car to get a simple oil change and you can see the picture below, that’s how we got the car back. They denied all responsibility even after we went to the gas station next door and saw footage. They misdiagnosed a head gasket issue that caused me to replace my entire engine. This store is a nightmare and the amount of money we have had to shell out to them for no reason is honestly disgusting. We didn’t even want money back we just wanted things fixed. But due to Firestone not having cameras and the claims adjuster not being able to prove when the damage was done, they denied our claim and it’s just another thing we will have to pay for on their error. Do. Not. Come here unless you have extra money to fix their mistakes. Not the same quality as a few years ago.
