My 2015 Audi A6 needed an immediate attention at a critical time and we ran into some problems. The “Rembrants” of Mercedes Auto Body Repair
Highly recommend Route 303 Auto Body. They are located 54 miles away (there are dozens of closer auto body repair shops). Rt. 303 was recommended & certified by the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls dealership. Katherine Lee, my daughter, was driving her son to school, stopped in traffic, and was hit from behind at high speed by a driver claiming his vision was obstructed by the morning sun.
Her 2019 M-B C300 sustained severe damage, including the electronics system. The car took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable because Rt 303 uses M-B factory parts. Steve, the Operations Manager, was great to work with; he’s very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company.
When we went to pick up the car, my daughter and I were speechless! The car looked better than when it rolled out of the dealership. Their hard/professional work exceeded all of our expectations. Steve and the entire Route 303 Auto Body Team are 5-Star performers, their workmanship is truly a work of art, and that is why we call them the “Rembrants” of Mercedes-Benz Auto Body Repair!

Route 303 Auto Body did a fantastic job repairing my car. It had sustained considerable damage after another car hit it in a parking lot. Steven was attentive, informative, proactive and took care of everything. He was extremely helpful from the initial claim until we picked up our car. Since we were inexperienced with the situation, he proved an invaluable recourse in navigating the process. My car was restored perfectly and ahead of schedule. Great experience, zero complaints. My car was rear ended while on vacation. Liberty Mutual which was the insurer of the motorist that hit me referred me to Route 303 Auto Body. Route 303 Auto Body are the wizards of Auto Body collision. They took my 2020 Honda Civic Si and worked their magic to make my car look like nothing ever happened to it! I strongly recommend this place to everyone near this area of New York or far away from this area. For those who make the wise decision to drive here from afar will not regret coming to this establishment. Pat, Steve, and Maureen were so kind to me. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was able to get to a car rental place once I dropped off my car into their care. Maureen took extra care to ease my anxiety associated with dealing with a car accident. Steve made sure I got to a car rental and Pat kept me updated every week on the progess of my car. I can't say enough to describe my gratitude 🙏🏽. I will tell anyone who can listen to me about these people. I never seen such expert craftsmanship and such wizardry done to my car. Steve and his team were professional, courteous and timely with fixing a puncture in the front bumper of my leased van before I needed to turn it in. I had no idea it could be fixed without replacing the whole bumper but they did it and it looks as good as new! Maureen researched and printed out information stating that the bubbled up paint on the hood was a manufacture defect so I am not charged to fix that. They cleaned my van inside and out and it looks and smells great. I am very impressed! They went above and beyond to provide top notch service that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!!!
Experts! Very impressed. Saw lots of Subarus! They do the job just better! Car looked brand new after! They fixed damage, all works and looks great! This is an expert shop, and they will care for Your car! Talk to them, literally! They will work with your insurance! There is enterprise that will help you with rental car need and pick you up/drop you off.
I have used 303 before. Steve and his crew are always courteous and professional. My car was returned to me on time and cleaner than when I dropped it off. He delivered it to the dealer so I didn't have to arrange a ride. I highly recommend 303 Auto Body.
I went to them for a dire emergency. Paint stripper was leaking throughout my car body. They took me in immediately and started work. They were so kind as I stood there in a panic and in tears and reassured me. They took care of the clean up and redoing seals and paint as needed and worked with the insurance company and went above and beyond. They were kind, professional and efficient. They made an awful experience so much less awful! I will definitely use them again if needed!
