I am grateful for their service. This was my first time needing to be towed so it was somewhat overwhelming but Billy was great. He explained the process and made me feel more at ease. Also, I only had to wait about 15 minutes which is incredible.

After a serious car accident my car was taken to d and k towing by the police. Thankfully I did not have to worry about traveling a long distance to personally sign a waiver to release my car to my insurance company. They kindly emailed me all necessary paperwork which was a huge relief. They were extremely accommodating which is great when your car gets towed somewhere with no input from you

Driving down to work one morning and my Prius was starting to completely stop on me in the middle of the highway and I was lucky enough to pull off right in front of an exit to give an easy location. Looked online to see which towing company would come up and be good and Billy’s for D&K tow truck company was the first one that popped up because of all the wonderful reviews and it’s true! Billy was probably one of the quickest toe company that was able to find me and bring me to where I needed to go. Once I told him what the problem was, he knew a good garage that dealt with exactly what my car needed and brought me there and he was so kind enough to take me to a Dunkin’ Donuts and get me a cup of coffee. I owe everything to this towing company. I highly recommend it!

Billy was amazing, he had extremely fast service I only waited about 20 minutes for him to arrive. He drove me all the way home about an hour and 20 minutes and made me feel very comfortable throughout the ride. He had amazing customer service and was very efficient throughout the process. I would definitely reach out to Billy if you ever need any assistance on a bad day he’s the best in town!

So Billy is the man. My roadside service got me in contact with D&K, things couldn’t have gone smoother. My jeep got disabled in the palisades and Billy (who is nice and honest) got me all the way home in Long Island at a fair price. Would recommend.

Billy is a great dude. Really professional and caring. Took a while to come out but that was more triple and late night constructions fault than Billy’s. Would definitely recommend to other people as well!

I called Billy to get a quote on pricing and time before calling AAA services. His pricing was COMPETITIVE and he could get to me significantly faster than AAA. I paid out of pocket bc time IS money. The service was straight to the point, they took payment over the phone, gave a receipt and everything was smooth. Highly recommend using them!
