Call for a car towing. They did not arrive on time, i have to wait an extra hour, after they show up the guy show very poor training and knowledge. They dent my car on the prossess of towing and showing not care about my car ( I told the guy, hey you dent my car, he respond i don't care) so his boss say he will take care about that, but they did not respond my calls and after olmos two month i am still waiting but have no response at the moment, so i am writing this review base on my bad experience with this company.
Called the number the owner picked up and told me a price and that's what I paid no extras.... I told him I that I need a tow, the driver was there within 10 minutes he was very calm and explained to me everything highly recommended ,very professional, great prices as well!!! A very honest and great towing company!!!
Itzy and Yanni are the best people ive ever meet! Honest good caring people. Helped me with my accident, my insurance, my repair and rental car. These guys are amazing and ill bring my car here in a 100 miles zero question asked! I never recommend mechanics or anything but these guys will take care of you! I have 100% respect for them. Recommend to anyone, if you go anywhere else in rockland county.... im sorry you wasted your time and money! Any negative reviews about this company is bs, I will use them and recommend them to everyone. They went out of their way to help me just because they are amazing people. I just met them 2 days ago but they treated me like family! Thank you guys for everything!!!
We were dropping off a customers vehicle in the area when we experienced some mechanical issues on a holiday. We called Itzy’s towing and he assisted us by transferring our customer’s car to their flat bed and then off loading it. Thank you Itzy for the help that night.

This place put a sticker right on my drivers side window that blocked me from being able to look out and made it dangerous to drive ! When i called to ask why they put a sticker that is so hard to remove instead of a paper on the windshield like any normal place , he said it doesnt make a difference and that i can go buy goo gone and scrub it off myself then hung up on me .. Its a shame this is how they deal with people . Do not recommend stay far far away !
Then they reply to honest truth by being rude to reviewers furthermore as i see i am not the only one they speak to this way . You would have done less damage to my property by towing instead of sticking a sticker that wont come off my window and blocks my view from driving . Shame on you .

Tells me he’s gonna be here at a certain time, Then says at that time I’m running 15 minutes late. 30 minutes goes by I call him and he says that he still at least 20 minutes out.

Was having trouble with my coolant and heat in my car. They came and towed my car to their shop and called me within 2 hours to let me know what was wrong and had the car repaired by the afternoon. When I came to pick it up, it was a 1,2,3 pick up with no making me wait or anything. They were very communicative and professional. Thank you. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a upstanding auto repair shop.
Worst experience EVER!!!! They are a scam company that takes advantage of the working class. My car was towed and I was charged $$$…and it was not a full 24hrs. They are cheats and scammers…DO NOT USE THIS TOW SERVICE!!!
Horrible Service. Went in because the tire light came on in my car. The black employee was extremely rude and lazy !!! Initials tells me that all i need is air. I knew it wasn’t just air because I’ve been through this before. Turns out there was a nail. The boy doesn’t take the tire off. plugs the tire while it’s still in the car. and doesn’t even put it in water to check for any more holes. PURE LAZINESS !
Isaac and Justin are true professionals and very kind and well mannered. They both went above and beyond because of there big hearts. I wish I called them first. They came within 15 minutes. I really wish I called them first. I got stood up by 2 other companies for 6 hours.Itzy is a Great company.
Izzy stole my car illegally from The State Farm Lot in Nanuet where Im a customer . When I explained this to Izzy he was rude and said insulting things. I nicely requested My car to be returned to which he said call Back in the am . Bad business man.
Unsafe illegal towing. Witnessed these trucks violating USDOT rules regarding tie downs. Just passed one in Monroe with NO STRAPS OR CHAINS ON REAR TIRES. 4 independent adjustable tie downs is the Law. Stop putting lives at risk.
Itzy is a very honest and righteous mechanic and tower. After picking up my car from the thieves at Pomona Auto Works, he spent over half an hour bending my car back into shape and giving me an honest assessment of what needs to be fixed. He is the real deal!!!

Shoutout to MR LEBOWITZ for not just going above and beyond with such amazing service- starting from the tow on a Friday afternoon, fixing up the car like brand new, helping with the claim, giving me a rental car on the spot- but now 6 months later- when my Insurnace rate was gonna go up he helped me out with finding a new Insurnace from A-Z!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND COULDN’T AGREE MORE WITH THIS ARTICLE!!! Having an accident is stressful as is- and having someone take care of it from the moment the accident happened till the car was back on the driveway was so incredibly amazing and even more than that 6 months later helping with Insurnace just from the goodness of his heart!!!
