Manager Bryan can’t even believe he a manager in the first place he said that he can’t take my new item return cuz the zipties was off and I probably used it I never did I just got the wrong item it was long reach nose pliers that I was returning he sent me all the way to Nanuet warning ⚠️ ‼️to all yall people don’t bother spending ur money at spring valley autozone go to Nanuet cuz if you have to return an item manager bryan won’t take anything he seems lazy and unmotivated he should just quit to be honest Nanuet autozone they mention he does that a lot and it’s not the first time they did a return for spring valley so I was shook when I heard I wasn’t the first from Nanuet all cuz manager Bryan couldn’t sell my return anymore that he was gonna lose on sales yeah Aii bro thx for wasting my time Bryan and I hope u read this and ur customers too !!! Go to Nanuet people instead !

AutoZone is a beautiful place to shop for all your automotive needs. I have recently been there for a small thing and I was supposed of there big selection of all you may need to maintain or upgrade your vehicle. I would definitely recommend to check out.

Staff needs to work on their professional and learn how to speak to customers. An employee tried to get my attention and said “YO MISS” across the store. In my 35 years of living, never have I ever had an employee address me as such! Out of 7 employees in the store. Only one was pleasant to speak to. The staff here don’t care and are not welcoming or helpful. That will be my last time at that location.

I recently visited AutoZone and had a disappointing experience. The staff showed a negative attitude, implying I wasn't making a purchase, and were unhelpful.

Dishonest. I came in for oil change and was invoiced for a Pcv valve that I not only did not ask for. But I also did not receive. I know they do this to increase they’re sales and KPI’s. Pushing parts on a customer and then not even physically giving them said item is just diabolical. They cannot be trusted. Go somewhere else.

I went to buy a signal light bulb. They were "out of stock" of the one I needed so they sold me a "better" one for double the price. Then they charged me an extra $2 for grease I did not ask for. I made them refund the $2. I needed the bulb or I could have gotten the correct one for less online. Update: Seven months later they did it again and this time they got away with it. I asked my daughter to pick up some light bulbs from Autozone. She came home and told me that they gave her a free gift - bulb grease. I looked at the receipt, it was not free. They charged her $2 for something she did not ask for and did not even tell her. I know it is only $2, but this is unethical and illegal.

Number one their website says they open at 7am. But that's incorrect. If you go at that time the only help you'll get is from a door sing that says open at 830. And they didn't show up till almost 9am. I was stuck on the side of the road so I had to walk to the location because it was the closest store to me. Advanced Auto was open but since the website said open at 7am I decided to go there. Bad choice.

It’s a great store, AutoZone auto parts love to shop here with their great customer service and the variety of items for cars. It’s insane the view just if you can please change the opening hours this will cause less roadside assistance!!

The door was locked before 8:45 pm. I’m standing outside knocking on the door when the manager yells we’re closed. There were still a couple of people inside. I had a car emergency and needed to get one item, and I still would’ve gotten out before 9. The manager does not abide by the store hours. He counted his drawer at 8:54 pm as if he was in the rush. The lack of consideration for customers. When the worker open the door for the customers to leave the worker was nice enough to say “sorry, but his orders”. As for the manager, your attitude is disgusting. I have never been to an auto-zone that would treat customers like that.

This rainy evening I visited your establishment to replace a wiper blade on my BMW. I had no idea which to purchase. David quickly found the correct item and to top it off he ventured into the rain to teach me and the replace the blade himself. I had not expected this. David gave me 5 -star service and I very much appreciated it. As such, I’m giving him and therefore your establishment a 5-star review. Thanks David!!!

Drive a hour there to get a diagnostics test to find out there’s no scanners there I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager the guy David told me there was no supervisor there an remember this is 8am In the morning up on research finding out David is a supervisor so he’s a lier okay so this auto zone in spring valley no respect manners or care for there customer Noel was there too he care zero ether who’s in favor changer off staff or close the store simple makes no sense guys

I went to autozone in spring valley, and let me tell you i will not be returning. The way the Managers treat the employees is revolting. The manager Marcus Davidson, yells and screams at the poor employees over simple things like shoelaces being untied and not asking about rewards points. One employee had a strange necklace that seemed to resemble a shock collar. There was oil spread out all over the floor with visible rats on the ceiling. Half of the lights were inoperative and flickering. After staying and adressing the problems to the managers, they locked the door behind me and threatened me asking "what are you gonna do about it?" after running my pockets and taking my watch, they took the picture of my daughter out of my wallet and laughed while flaunting their intent to find her. Autozone Spring Valley is a dangerous place with little autoparts actually in the store. Not Good

My grandmother was driving with busted windshield wipers, we ran in, Anthony was quick to look up what we needed for our model car, located it in the aisle and then was even nice enough to install them for us to make sure the wipers were the correct size. That’s the type of customer service auto zone should be proud of in their employee.

First off I honestly didn’t want to give any stars but it’s the only way I could write this review and share my experience with this store . My husband and I had a terrible experience in this store recently. We walked in the store around 7 because we needed a battery for our car that stalled on us on the Rte that was closest to this store so we decided to go there to purchase a battery and have it installed to only have the clerk tell us that he could not help us and that we would have to return the next day if we wanted service. Seeing that we were not from town we asked if he can please install the Battery seeing that we were within reasonable time of the store hours to have the Battery installed. He declined and told us that he could not because the policy states that they cannot install batteries at night BUT WILL GIVE US THE TOOLS TO INSTALL THE BATTERY OURSELVES. The reason why I came there in the 1st place was for help! My husband and I had no knowledge on how to install a battery or if we’d install it properly. I told him that was ridiculous and that I wanted to see where it stated that info anywhere in the store and he declined to give us that information as well and then told us there was absolutely nothing he can do for us. I then asked if he can at least call the nearest auto zone closest to them to see if they can help us and again told us he couldn’t because they are in competition with this store and it be best for us to call on our own. I have never encountered such poor customer service as we did in this branch in Spring Valley Ny. The young man was rude, Insensitive and Unhelpful and extremely Unprofessional in every sense. I would never recommend anyone to go here. I called The Nanuet branch and they were more than happy to help us and didn’t mind replacing our battery and “working in the dark”! If you want good service and professionalism go to NANUET!!!

So I have yellow lights in my car and I told them I want LED white lights,and they said ok I don't have it in stock but I can order it for u so they ordered it and I came to pick it up. Then I put in the lights and I was so disappointed was the same exact lights what I had before I paid 70$ for no reason I could have bought led lights on Amazon for much cheaper, then I went back to them and told them that's not even LED then they said it's the closest to LED and it's not even close to led. please don't go here 1 of all it's very expensive 2 they will disappoint u.

I went there yesterday and purchased two items for a next day pick up with the store manager confirmation. Today at 4 pm, I went to get the items and the cashier only gave me one set of the order. I returned to the store to tell them one item is missing and they can clearly see that on the receipt. With their knowledge, it was okay to leave without it had I not got back. After nearly 30 mins with the cashier lady and between her soda sips and assisting other clients and team members, she told me the part is not there and it needs to be reordered. They wasted 30 mins of my time for something that could have been said in 2 mins. Totally unprofessional and a very bad experience.

I had a great encounter with Chris this evening. He was quick, efficient and honest. I came in originally for a headlight. Chris not only directed me to the correct bulb, but he also informed me my license plate light was out (thank you so much Chris!) He showed me just how easy it was to install them. I'm currently only able to use one arm due to surgery so I am so grateful he was there to help me. Will be coming back definitely! Stores service was 10/10

Don’t answer the phone and when they do nothing but hold, which is fine until it’s 15 minutes later and when I called back same thing. Answer the phone and check up on your customers waiting on the phone. Don’t waste your time with this store even when you go to the store it takes forever to get help. Only good thing dude named Trevor trying his best with what he’s got.

The staff who was there on Thursday, Aug 22nd is unreliable and no help at all. The part wasn't available in the store, asked him which location has it. Guaranteed me that the Suffern location has the exact size I was looking for. Guess what?? They don’t have it. That guy wasted my time and effort.

Kevin L. was a great help. He was very respectful, as well as resourceful and knowledgeable. He knew what I needed and help me find them. AutoZone spring valley is a great place to find parts. My best experience with AutoZone spring valley was when my crank shaft pulley broke on Saturday afternoon, I called and was able to order the part paid over the phone. The part was there Sunday morning and I was back on the road. That was very satisfying customer service. Thank you.

I have been yesterday was Saturday 02-24-2018 at 3:55pm.. Three cashiers were so disrespectful, laughing and singing with each other, a lot of people have been wanting in the row.. I grabbed some stuff to buy it, but same time I was returning something.. the middle cashier ( a girl) Say I can’t do it.. then She asked other cashier (a boy) to help her, that boy was singing and looking on me and saying: no no no with moving a hand.. I had to leave the store without buying the stuff what I need it and without returning the item which I bought day a go .. Auto zone is my favorite store, but this store does not deserve to has this kind of workers..

I purchased a car battery here. The sales associate was trying to up sell an expensive model that I didn't want or need, and insisted that I sign up for the membership /rewards program before completing the sale. I was eventually able to get what I came for at a decent price.
