Rude employee. Insulted my intelligence by saying something to me that would’ve gotten any other retail worker in trouble with management. Never going there again.
Here we go. I brought a starter for my car. And less than a week failed. I went back to get my MONEY BACK(no need it for a reemplace we already lost that trust). be cause that day the front desk guy said they only carry that unknown brand you will see it in pictures. Ok, I went a head as a Costumer,Friend,Family or just another fella that lives in the same city from YEARS and trusted THEY parts, not only their unhappy employees( I am not the inly one pointing-this out)(might not be the paid check) but after the brand new started Failed and the only solution on theirs side of my problem was (after not trusting them no more) was to reemplace it for a new broken one. Hell not. I didn’t return it after 6 months of use. So disappointed and to everyone that wants to hear me Just don’t buy parts from small business that can’t take responsibility for they temu parts. Now, to top it off : i did order from AMAZON a denso starter and this one is working perfect. If any concerns be free to make right.
Terrible customer service. I do not recommend visiting this store, they do not have a variety of products available and the cleaning guy thinks he is a car doctor.
The staff is extremely friendly and competent , , it is one of the extremely few auto part stores that arent run of the mill huge corporate chains , great prices and fantastic help. I go there often, as a retired mechanic I appreciate a real auto part store with experienced and knowledgeable staff.
So this started on Saturday. I called, and a man picked up and said "YEA". I asked "Is this Miele?" He says "Yea, what do you need Papi,? I got 6 lines going here" I said "I just need prices on a small handful of parts for a Lexus" Dude flat out says "NO"...what??? I was baffled by this 5 second conversation and hung up. If the owner gets to read this, your man Papi's "No" lost you a $3k worth of Lexus parts sale to carquest in park ridge I saved for monday morning 👌🏻
Horrible customer service , no one puts attention when you walk in , and if the representatives are having a chat you have to wait until they finish talking ,horrible place
Terrible experience. I called ahead of time and I was told that, I would be helped and to just come in. I went to this location and waited over a half of hour and went through three different representatives there and no one could help me. It just too much time to waste on not, getting a solution to my needs and than being told to go to somewhere else. The worst part was, I wasted even more time to go, to their recommended place because, that place, was even worse than them and sold me a faulty product. This trip ended up being a waste of time and gas.
They have a wide variety of parts instock. Get most things by next day. All the sales people know a thing or 2 about cars so you can always ask them for help and advice.
These people are incredibly knowledgeable. They are also incredibly helpful. And before you go to one of the chain stores check their prices. I actually saved almost $100 on a battery for my car. They give you the fax and no BS. I would recommend them above any other parts store. And now they told me they are part of Pep Boys too but still locally owned and operated.
I too agree with "Diego Vallejo Molina". I was there looking at some parts. The older gentleman was really helpful and everything. But the other guy working here tries to stare you down for some reason.
He also never smiles and doesn't realize that he's in the "customer service business". I mean fine, it's an auto parts store so people aren't so friendly. I am ok with that.
But why stare at someone ? That's a bit rude especially when you are leaving the store. I don't know, I felt uncomfortable and feel like it was racially motivated. Employees like these should not be working at stores like these because they tend to bring good reputation down.
Last week I ordered and paid a code reader, they said they will call when arrived. But never did, so i went to pick it up, I saw the reader on the shelf behind the counter, but the guy that was attending me, treated me really bad, it made me feel like if i was stealing it, even that i showed my recipe. I see that if you are Hispanic, you get a rough service and waste more your time that the rest. Hopefully you fix your racist issues so I can feel that I’m coming back to buy from you. I will like to speak with a manager to solve my issue. You have my number on my paid recipe. Thanks
Excellent shop, employees very friendly and helpful, recommend! You get treated better than expensive chain stores like AutoZone or Advance. Miele is the best! If you need something an they don't have they will order it for you.
Went in thinking I might need a new battery and the gentleman behind the counter, who seem like he might be the owner, came out and tested it for me told me it was fine cleaned off my terminals and wouldn't accept a tip. Really nice in this day and age to get this kind of customer service. I'll be back.
