So quick story I go off the road the other night call AAA at 5 PM. No ETA nothing won’t tell me where I’m going when they’re coming or anything else after two hours I called the Walt’s… within 35 minutes he was at my location getting me pulled out just a great guy. We both had a good time complaining about the weather. I may be in Rotterdam but I would book this guy up anytime for anything A+ all the way.

Called last minute on a Saturday afternoon to have a car towed to my sons work that he had purchased so he could work on it. They arrived within 30 minutes (note the location was 20 minutes from their garage) and the car was hooked up delivered and they were back on their way in under an hour. The nicest guys. My son was so excited about his purchase, asked the driver if he wanted to see the engine and hear about the car. He even took the extra time to talk to my son about the car. It truly made my sons day. Oh and did I mention it was pouring rain, and they were still so accommodating and kind. I would 100% Recommend!

Had a driver slide off our driveway. Waits came and helped us out. They were so patient and had such a positive energy. Made a long night so much better and so much easier. I would recommend these guys to anyone who ever needs a tow. Thank you Waits!!
I had a wheel come off a landscape trailer with a mower on it. Called them and was told they were about 15 minutes away. After 10 minutes they called and said they had another call and for me to hang tight. They would be there after that. Well,2 hours later they did show up. After looking at the situation I could tell they weren’t to thrilled. I asked if they could tow it to their garage and fix the problem.(Needed new wheel bearings and possibly a hub). They did not give me a price or how long it would take to get fixed. After speaking to them they said they really don’t do repairs anymore, mostly tows. Asked if I had a garage I deal with that used a towing service and give them a call. I did but my garage does not work on trailers. I finally found a garage that worked on trailer wheels which was 10 miles closer than my original garage and had them tow it there. Asked how much I owed and the price was still $300.00 saying it was because of the time involved. Previously it was for the tow. If they just got right to it instead of wasting time it would not have taken 4 1/2 hours to bring it to the garage. Although I was grateful it was eventually towed to a garage, I felt that they took advantage of my situation. I paid their fee for a 20 mile tow and would not recommend them to anyone.
Pre scheduled a tow and was left waiting for an 1 1/2 hours, only for the car to arrive with damage. Don’t use this service if your time or vehicle has any meaning to you

Hit something bad and started leaking transmission fluid and oil, called Waits and was helped immediately and professionally! The same garage towed my totaled jeep around 7 years ago and the service is just as amazing as ever, he even remembered us! He was friendly, quick, professional, and super funny! Definitely saving this company for any future towing needs. Price was very reasonable as well and he showed up in record time, even after getting not so good directions from me 😅 Thank you so much for your help today!!
Quick and efficient. I was towed on a Friday night and they replaced my blown out tire with a new one for a very reasonable price and the service was exceptional
