Jason, the manager and his team at iDeal Auto Body Services of Floral Park did an amazing job on my SUV. I was recently in a car accident and my truck sustained damages. I took my truck to iDeal Auto Body Services and I felt like there was no hope of her looking like her original self (prior to the accident). However, they did an amazing job on my truck. They kept my truck for a little over two weeks. I would have had my truck sooner but iDeal Autobody were waiting for a part from Massachusetts. They cleaned and detailed the inside of my truck, cleaned and polished the outside of the truck. She looked and smelled brand new. I did receive text messages regarding the status of my vehicle but no real phone calls. I am a firm believer that sometimes no news is good news. Jason also took her for a test drive to make sure dashboard lights were good prior to me driving off the lot. THANK YOU so much Jason and your team for tending to my baby!!! Ideal Auto was amazing! My car was broken into and my airbag was stolen, and from start to finish, the process with them was seamless. The moment you walk in, the check-in area doesn’t feel like a typical auto body shop you feel comfortable, and most importantly, they treat you like a person. They worked directly with my insurance to make sure my car was fully repaired, guided me through getting a rental, and even called to arrange my pickup. To my surprise, when I got my car back, they had cleaned and detailed it so it felt completely brand new. I hands down recommend them for their service, kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail.

iDeal works very well with GEICO and the process is seamless. Appointment is the best way to go. They work with Enterprise if you want a rental. They update you through every step of the way. They will give you approximate date when parts will come and car will be ready to be picked up. Jason is a very professional and straightforward manager. He explains the process and what to expect from the workshop. The car looks pretty new after the detailing they offer with the service.
