We had a flat tire close to midnight and called this tow company for help. The driver arrived within about 20 minutes, which honestly impressed us given the time. He was friendly, professional, and immediately made us feel safe and taken care of. He handled our car very carefully and made sure everything was secured properly before transporting it. His truck was clean and well-maintained, and he got our car to the tire shop safely without any issues. Very reliable service. The driver was straightforward, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work no nonsense, just solid, dependable service. Highly recommend!

Called up And 1 Towing at 10:30PM while it was snowing and Rick was able to pick me up within 15 minutes, got me to where I needed to be quick and easy. 10/10 towing and for a good price.

I texted this business, and got a phone call confirming they got the text and were looking for a truck. In less than 10 minutes I got a call from their exemplary Tower Rick, who got to me in 20 minutes from his call as stated. My SUV was stuck in ICE, and needed a tow to my mechanic in Brooklyn, and he got me there carefully and safely. Awesome dude, very professional and respectful and great conversationalist during our 10 mile trip. Costly--but with all that was going on, well worth it! I'm definitely keeping their numbers handy in case I have more trouble in Queens NY ever again!

It all started from a flyer on our junk vehicles window. Tommy was very friendly, straightforward and helpful. Tow truck arrived on time as scheduled. The driver, Kevin is outstanding who provided us with some very valuable information! We got a receipt, wrote junk on the title and was paid the market price based on the weight stated in the title.
