Absolutely amazing experience, with the huge snow storm nearly every other towing company was not open/too busy late at night. They were super timely and were very patient with us could not have asked for a better experience the driver who was dispatched to us with the wrecker was very nice and made sure to explain everything he was doing before just going ahead with it and it was very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Best towing company in the area
Not only did this place illegally tow my car from my home they have incompetent people towing cars and broke my tire rod and my car cannot steer. I have been calling them since it happened and no one is answering so now I will be taking legal action.
This company needs to be reported to Consumers affair and Department of Consumer Protection. They are conducting illegal and predatory towing. My car was towed under false pretense and tow was not reported. I believe part of the intent was to keep my car for as long as they could to rack up fees and collect. I also see that as theft. My EZpass also paid for their truck toll. Person that answered the phone was also rude and refuse to answer questions asked and hang up. They will be reported trust and believe.then to tell me to get my money back I have to take them to small claims court and prove ABC
I have a contract with this company specified which cars not the tow and they still towed the specified cars and are giving me issues to return the cars back to my lot
Was camping out in a literal 7/11 parking lot, watched my mother hop out of her vehicle and immediately ran to go tow her vehicle. As I was leaving to meet her in the car with my two friends I was running out asking him please do not tow, he proceeded to have a nasty horrible attitude. Disrespected my mother and asked for money before he let go of the car, proceeded to try and bargain her money and had a very nasty attitude. Right after releasing the vehicle he proceeded to go right back into the 7/11 parking lot to wrongfully tow others just to take money.
In regards to the location at 6202 Almeda Ave, Queens NY. This business is unethical and exhibits potentially illegal conduct. The business appears to be engaged in what can only be described as predatory practices, targeting long-time residents of the neighborhood with unjust and opportunistic towing actions.
Most recently, a vehicle was towed from a strip mall parking lot while the driver — a woman — was legally parked and actively shopping for groceries inside the store. This incident alone raises serious questions about your business's operational integrity. To exacerbate the issue, the company proceeded to alter the price - not listed in the establishment, only verbally told by the an behind the counter - to have the vehicle released from a dirt lot, a move that can only be described as extortionate. Mind you, based on past reviews, the amount told could only be paid in cash or via Zelle as the credit card machine was not functioning. After further investigations into the company, the credit card machine has not worked in over two years.
Additionally, the refusal to provide access to a manager or supervisor when requested is a blatant evasion of accountability. The customer service representative, who identified herself as "Ashley," not only failed to provide assistance but yelled at me over the phone when I receipt of payment, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and customer care.
This experience is not only unacceptable but may also constitute a violation of consumer protection laws. Please be advised that I am in the process of exploring legal action available to me, including but not limited to filing complaints with the appropriate municipal and state authorities, as well as pursuing civil action for damages resulting from your misconduct.
Truly awful “human beings “. Parked my car in a CVS parking lot on a Friday at 4:30 and they towed my car during a during a thunderstorm as I waited the storm out inside. They towed my car in minutes!!!!
I thought my car was stolen, but the CVS employees apologetically informed me that this company tows their customers on a daily basis! Paying customers! I attempted to show them my receipt to prove I was a cvs customer, but the man refused to hear me out and the said the only way to get my car back was to pay $140. Absolutely evil to do this to someone and profit off of it.
Scammers is right! They trolled a strip mall parking lot to hook cars to their truck. I wasn’t parked more than seven minutes, literally in an unmarked area, and when I came out, my car was hooked up to the truck. The two young guys who were driving the truck were very disrespectful and claimed that I was parked illegally in a fire zone. There was nothing indicating that it was a fire zone. Fire zone was not written on the sidewalk by the yellow lines. There were no signs and then they said well there are three yellow poles and two blue poles and I’m like and what is that supposed to mean. I called 911 obviously they were going to take forever to respond. I called the local precinct that was two blocks away. They said it was a civil matter. Long story short I ended up paying $136. They had to see my driver’s license and my registration. they were trolling the area because they’re trying to take advantage of beachgoers who come out here to Rockaway Beach, where I live. This one post may not mean a lot, but if all of us collectively get together and write reviews and I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau, which I advise all of you to do to investigate them. Shame on them.
These guys tow your car from one street, then leave it on another back road. When you retrieve your vehicle they charge you for storage when your car was on the street. Wry dishonest people. I will soon be taking legal action against them for fraud.
If I can give a 0 star rating I would these people are honestly disgusting, how are they even still in business I don’t know , please pay attention to the bad reviews they are true 28 reviews at a 1.5 rating , the good ones are from fake accounts they create to try to help their rating out a bit I guess .
The level of unprofessionalism is out of this world . Do not do business with these people , just got off the phone with someone trying to confirm info he was no help at all and hung up the phone . DISGUSTED!!!!
They took care of me before leaving for work. They jumped my car after the car that I came with to get my belongs died out of nowhere (it was an EV) and well just solid people all around. Thanks Bande Auto!

These people are ripping off customers who come to 7/11. I just went inside to grab water when i come out the guy towed my car and ask me for $190 that is so crazy.
It's a gang of robbers. Towing in front of you, running after you for more than 300 meters, and almost getting hit by a car, they won't stop the car. What they did was robbery. I've never seen such bad people
I wouldn't even rate them cuz they don't deserve my ratings. I barely do that but I had to do it. This business is totally Scam. Tows your car and go block away from perimeter charge you double for the release of your property. This a scam business.
He towed my car with in a minutes .He didn’t follow the towed away guideline .If he followed the towed away guideline he took at least 5 minutes to tow my car. If any thing happen to my car because you guys didn’t care about my car while towing my car, then I’m going to complain to your company beware at jfk specially tlc driver they could take your car with in a minutes. MY VEHICLE WAS PROPERLY PARKED IN MY ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE IN THE BRONX NY,WHICH I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARK. BANDE AUTOMOTIVE LLC TOWED MY VEHICLE TO QUEENS NY LICENSE #2103567. I SHOWED THEM ALL MY SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND THEY INSISTED IN ME PAYING THEIR FEES. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PAPERWORK FROM THEM ALL I HAVE IS THE BOOTING # 49766 WHICH WAS MARKED ON MY WINDOW SHIELD TO IMPROPER TOWING LIGHTS ON MY VEHICLE DODGE DASH BOARD LIGHTS APPEARED CAUSING MALFUNCTIONING IN SENSORS. They continue to justify that my vehicle wasn’t suppose to be parked in my parking spot without proof.
IM APPALLED ON THE HANDLING OF MY CASE.
