Amazing service! Justin’s Automotive is an incredibly honest and reliable shop — 100% recommend! As a girl who doesn’t know much about cars, I truly appreciated how they took the time to explain everything to me in detail and gave me all the resources I needed to keep my vehicle safe on the road. I brought in a Stephex horse van, and they fixed everything perfectly. Exceptional service from start to finish!
They couldn’t take the time to even look at my tire. They didn’t care that I was ours from my home. All they could focus on is what they couldn’t do what they didn’t do and what they won’t do and not one of them had any suggestions of what they could do to help me?
I pray to God I never break down near them!!

Apparently Justin's toweing thinks they can go through red lights! I wonder what the emergency was bc they they think that yellow lights on their tow truck are red!

I have all repairs from inspection, brakes, Clutches oil changes to engine work.. i’ve been going to Justin’s since he was in Putnam Lake I found them to be professional courteous friendly and most of all HONEST there have been times where he could’ve gotten expensive work out of me but instead he told me what happened shouldn’t have happened with the rack and pinion and told me to check for recalls which there was and I was able to bring it to the dealer and have it done for free thank you Justin and everyone that works there
Awful place don't go there. would recommend going somewhere else. The workers are rude and disrespectful. They lady that works at the front desk has the worst customer service.
I was heading to work when I experienced my car loosing power. I was refured to them and after telling me it was my fuel pump and the car would be fixed mon. I stop in that mon and the car is not fixed. I was told I would receive a call on Tues. Got a call saying they went ahead and ordered another part, without my permission and the car would be ready on Wed. I called Thur when I haven't heard from them and was told the car is almost ready they will call me soon. They called back saying it was the injectors and it was going to be pricey and with how many miles is on the car it didn't seem worth the time or money and I agreed. They said they would try one more thing that was free to do first thing Fri morning and call me by noon. No one called I ended up having to spend more money to rent a car to get to work. A week later, after putting down a payment for a new car I stopped in to clean out my car and they said the car will be ready tomorrow and said they ordered another part,without my permission. Five days later still had not gotten a call from them that car was ready so called on Wed and the receptionist said she believed it was ready. I stop in today and find out the repairs will cost $1,600. This is more then I planned on spending on the car and am very upset that they never informed me on any of the problems, repairs or parts before they did anything. I do NOT recommend this place.
Justin and his crew are great! They are always so helpful and kind. Anytime my car needs anything they are my go-to and they always come through for me!

My car broke down on 84 and a tow truck was sent by Robert, a state trooper, who stopped to help, and was very nice. Aaron picked up my car and me and let me off in a very good area. When I called the shop to ask for my phone charger which I had left in my car Aaron came back out. He couldn't find it and gave me his personal phone battery pack so I wouldn't be without a phone. The people in the shop fixed my car with the right part and I was able to pick it up two days later. It was a lot less than I thought it was going to cost, very reasonable. I can't say enough about this place, they were fantastic, and Aaron. Best people. Great price
They were very very helpful. I unexpectedly had a small problem and they graciously said to come by. They were on it!! I felt as though they were not only qualified but, that they were honest. Most refreshing, l encourage using them.

I became acquainted with this business when I broke down on I-684 nearby and needed to be towed. This was on a Sunday. So they towed me in, got me a ride to a nearby business to rent a vehicle and the next day they repaired my vehicle. They did quality work, and considering everything, they did it for a fair price. I was stuck and they could have charged me a lot more.
April 05, 2013 I was pulled over by a Sheriff in Patterson, NY on RT 22 about 1:30pm, the Sheriff had my Jeep towed by said company. 6pm April 05,2013 I returned to the said location to pick up my Jeep and spoke to whom I thought was a worker said, "that is not possible because the Girl has left for the day". I had asked "well how much will it be" ? $185.00 he responded. I returned April 06, 2013 10am, not 24hrs. later to pick up my Jeep, only to find out the worker was the owner and the office where he refused my money is the same office I paid for the Jeep. If that wasn't bad enough the Girl told me I owe $327.30 for 2 Day Stay, Shop Supplies, Hazardous Materials.... What ? I paid and I am very upset with what happen. The owner could of taken my money, I'm from the Bronx and how does $185.00 turn into $327.30 ?
