While the news we received during a failed inspection was less than ideal, the professionalism and empathy of the staff made the experience much more bearable. They took their time answering my husband's and my questions with genuine patience. The repairs needed are costly...the kind of news that makes anyone sick to their stomach, especially in these economic times. We truly appreciated the staff’s approach. Coming from the retail and food service industries ourselves, we understand that the staff are just the messengers. Our misfortune isn’t their fault, and we believe in meeting kindness with kindness. We appreciate the thought taken in delivering the news and the great customer service we received. We also want to recognize the technicians behind the scenes for their thorough work. We know they often don't get the credit they deserve. Despite the bad news, Overall, the service was excellent.

Relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. I was just planning on looking at a car and ended up driving it home. I had a negative experience with previous dealership and was more than happy to drive the distance to Albion.

I had a great experience with Bidleman’s Car Dealership. I initially found the vehicle through Cars.com and was contacted by Camron regarding my inquiry. I live in Buffalo, about an hour away, and during our first conversation I mentioned that I was shopping around but was interested in coming in for a test drive and possibly making a same-day decision. When I arrived, Camron had the car ready for viewing and gave me a very in-depth walk-through. I was able to test drive the vehicle while my current car was being appraised for a trade-in. After the test drive, we went over numbers. Even though I wasn’t fully decided at the time due to other options I was considering, I never once felt pressured. The entire staff was professional and respectful. I also worked with Dylan, who helped explain the figures clearly and answered all of my questions. I left that day with a great feeling about the dealership and placed a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle overnight while I thought things through. After sleeping on it, I decided to move forward with the purchase. Camron and Dylan worked with me to get the numbers where I was aiming for both my trade-in and financing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and have really enjoyed learning all the new features of my car. I would absolutely recommend Bidleman’s to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.

Working with dealership to buy a car. They would not discuss terms without a deposit that they claimed was fully refundable. After finding out the car was not going to meet our needs the deposit was not refunded and the dealership would not answer calls or emails to discuss why.

I initially harbored reservations about purchasing from a dealership, as my preference has consistently been online transactions for my previous three vehicle acquisitions. However, Cam facilitated an exceptionally smooth experience, completing the process efficiently within a remarkably short timeframe. Furthermore, he proactively addressed all my inquiries via text message leading up to the sale.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, even when issues arose. Very pleased with the car which was priced very well (we had been searching extensively). We were willing to travel over two hours to work with them.

This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences. I have had to date. Such an incredibly courteous and helpful staff and I was not pressured at any moment during the whole process. The prices at this dealership are better than anywhere else, and I have to say the service was also second to none. I’ll be back in the future when it’s time to get another one.

Very poor customer service, tried to rush my sale of a truck from their inventory. The truck wasn’t sale ready an rather than wait 3 days for the trucks work to be done they were extremely rude and pushed the sale away completely because I wouldn’t take the vehicle from them for 30,000$ with visible damage to the vehicle, wanted me to sign an take the vehicle with an IOU that they would fix the truck after I purchased it. Very unprofessional and rude when I wouldn’t take a damaged vehicle.

Excellent experience, purchased a 2026 Yukon. Transaction was seamless, and did it all via emails and by phone. When I picked up the Yukon, it was a quick pickup, as everything was ready. The vehicle was clean and Dylan was great to work with.

Absolutely terrible unprofessional service. Purchased a new GMC Yukon out of state (I am from CT) and took delivery on May 9th, 2025. Today is October 18th and the vehicle still has no registration. I had to call and request a dealer plate after 4 months because they failed to transfer my vanity plate effectively. Not to mention we verbally agreed upon free delivery, but then when the deal was all said and done they wanted to charge me $500 to deliver the vehicle. We settled on half of that ($250) because I wasn’t going to argue about $250 over $60,000. Called 2 days ago to get this sorted out and magically, the business manager no longer works for the company. I was told they would follow up and have yet to receive a call. I just got a letter in the mail from the CT DMV stating that as of 10/16 my vanity plates have been cancelled. I paid them the fee to have my registration completed. It really shouldn’t be this hard.

The entire dealership was very helpful. c Cameron went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best pricing possible, and even traveled almost 50 miles to my home to deliver the car! Exceptional customer service!

Cam was very helpful processing the majority of the paperwork over the phone the night prior to arrival. When we were waiting for the car to be ready for pick up at the dealership, he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We worked with him from start to finish and were in and out promptly and without unnecessary pressure. From phone call to driving away from the lot in 24 hours. Great service.
