Great customer service and very knowledgeable. They might want to pay attention to their snack section. I got a package of cherry slices. Got home opened them it tasted weird they expired 13 months ago they don’t pay attention to their snack section with expiration dates. You sell snacks or anything like that common sense you check the dates and pull expired stuff. Everything else in the store is very good. It’s nice to have a hardware store local where we can go to get things we need at the last minute.

Massive shoutout to the team here, they put up with my random LARP equipment hunts and don't even bat an eye at how weird my requests are. "You got contact cement, closed cell insulation foam, and a fiberglass rod by chance?" And you know, they had almost all of it!

Sometimes, service outweighs price. The people here are very knowledgeable and truly help. There's something to be said about that. They gave me a military discount as well, which more than paid the little price difference. I will be back and recommend this place to everyone.

Very helpful staff and most prices are comparable to other hardware stores. I think it was a little better before it was an ace hardware.

This hardware is so convenient especially since there is nothing in the area. The prices aren’t terrible, they have pretty much anything you need from flowers in the spring and summer to mulch and stone to rock salt in the winter. Having older houses in the area they have the older fuses too which is awesome because I have had to run over when we blew a fuse and they had one!! They also fix screens and cut plexiglass!! They pretty much have anything you’re looking for!! It’s neat and clean and the kids that work there are very nice and helpful.

They have almost everything you need to do home repairs pet food flowers etc Nice friendly people too!

Small store, I think...BUT they cover all the bases. Today(4-7) they had baby chicks! Little peepers...the staff knows their store. Very polite and helpful!

Just a really handy, open place to get most anything needed for both the indoors and outdoors without having to wander aisles of a superstore.

I would love to support this local business but the prices seem insanely high on many items in their store. Just doesn't make sense, I don't seem to notice it at other small town hardware stores.

Great customer service. Had to get keys made for my elderly Aunt. My grandparents lived in Tully for 65 years, and I love going to a small town hardware stores because it feels like home
