When my 2021 Lexus RX350’s Mark Levinson radio amplifier failed, Joe and his team quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Way less expensive and quicker than the $2400 repair job the dealership quoted due to the part backlog. The amp works perfectly now and the 1yr warranty gives peace of mind. Shipped them the Bose Amplifier from my second gen Mazda 3 to fix (they are known to give issues) and the turn around was insanely quick and he kept me updated at each step. I just put in the repaired amp and the whole system came back to life instantly. I'm so happy!

If you have a problem with your car audio look no further than OEM . I recently sent my 2014 Escape ACM to them and after a few earlier attempts with other companies I was not totally convinced that OEM would repair it. Well I could not have been more wrong, repaired the day they received it and back in the mail the day after. The ACM was back in my car 4 days later and it works perfectly. Very satisfied! The amplifier in my Buick got wet and ruined from a windshield leak so no sound from the radio. OEM offered a great price, lifetime warranty and my amplifier works as it should now. I definitely recommend and will use again should a need arise!

I wanted to start off thanking Joe for helping me fix my Lexus Radio. The Lexus radios and amps are very prone premature wear. I contacted Joe and he lead me to the right direction. He’s really understanding and took the time to help me take out the radio too! He fixed it under 2 hours and viola my radio worked. I want to thank Joe for his amazing work and niche on fixing these Lexus radios. I was quoted 5-6k to fix this at a Lexus dealership. Why pay such a high price at the dealership? You won’t regret his work. Very honest and cool experience. Definitely worth the trip.

The radio in my 2014 Lexus IS 350 (Mark Levinson) had the infamous boot loop problem until one day it finally just stopped working. These guys saved me thousands of dollars and had my radio working like new again. The one year warranty really put me as ease as I have comically bad luck. Sure enough, I had a rare problem 6 months down the line. I was able to send it back under warranty free of cost. Back in action today. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Changed the battery on my Lexus RX350 and the head unit died (black screen, no map or audio controls but the reverse camera worked). A very common problem if you search ClubLexus or FB groups, the dealership in Toronto doesn't fix this and quoted me $14,000 for a new one! Contacted OEM Auto Audio, asked if I could come down to have the work done and they were kind enough to say yes. Could have shipped but my infotainment was down for 3 weeks already and didn't want to wait 2 more, drove from Toronto and the work was completed in like 30 minutes, amazing. Thank you very much for everything saved me a huge headache!

My head unit kept going in and out. I reached out to OEM Auto Audio and spoke with the owner. He quickly provided a shipping label and I shipped the head unit. Once he received the head unit he fixed it within 48 hours. Once the repair was completed, the owner and I talked for a bit and he was friendly. Then I received the head unit back two days after the repair. The head unit works like brand new! Highly recommend OEM Auto Audio!

100 Stars!! Joe fixed my 2017 Lexus RX350’s radio/GPS rebooting and pink screen issues. Dealer said they cannot fix the unit and asked me to replace it. I went online try look for a replacement but really worry about the conditions. I found Joe online and decided to give it a try due to all the great reviews. I found a Youtube video on how to remove the head unit, shipped to Joe, Joe called me 3 hours after he received it and said everything is fixed. He shipped the unit out same day and i got it back 2 days later. Easy process and fixed my unit as expected. Highly recommended Joe!!!

Joe the most honest repairman and thats an understatement. I had the classic audioless ML amp for IS350. Dealers no help, surfed the web as a DIY project was a long road.....and all roads lead to Joe. He help diagnose the issue over the phone, recommended to check connections and fault codes before sending in. Recommended the root cause and fix to solve all fixes. At last I sent it in and Joe did what he did best, delivered a working amp! Audio is back and I can get my life on track. The value has been restored to this vehicle thanks to Joe. If you have this issue with water ingress and intermittent audio, dont waste your time and send it in to Joe. The quicker you send it in, the sooner you can be listening to your favorite tunes. It was pretty awesome to have an OEM specialist so close to home. Shipping was quick as was the turnaround. From shipping off, to receiving back repaired, it only took exactly two weeks. 4th generation Lexus GS350 F Sport I ordered the replacement amp, it was shipped and received promptly! I had the old amp removed and installed the replacement amp and the issue was not resolved! I still had no sound and no control over the sound functions of the radio even though it was actively playing my phones bluetooth. I went to return the item (my mistake !!!) and the seller contacted me. They explained to me that the junction connection was probably my real issue and that there was nothing wrong with either amp. The Seller sent me a text and a description of how to tackle the issue. I took apart my center console and followed the cleaning instructions, 45 min to an hour later I was able to get sound from my stereo again. I contacted the seller again to let them know and they told me to return the item and they would only charge me for shipping which I feel like is fair considering the amp wasn't the issue to begin with. Waiting on the refund now, but considering how stand up this company has been I'm not too concerned that I will receive the credit on my card here shortly. Again, things didn't go as planned but this seller is solid in my book, I would definitely recommend using them over buying a new amp they are a solid company, with solid products, and excellent customer service!!! I included the verbiage and photo that was sent to me by the seller!! they are great! There's a common connection issue present in these vehicles. There's a junction in the data cables between the head-unit and amplifier that routes below the center console/shifter area. Attached is a picture of this junction connector. Simply unplug this connector, spray some electrical contact cleaner inside both connectors and work them in and out a few times. Reconnect the connectors and hopefully this resolves your issues.
