Brought my car in December and it’s March and all they keep telling me ridiculous excuses why it isn’t done. Unprofessional service and behavior. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. DO NOT take your vehicle there. They have had my sons 20424 car for over two months and they don't care. Excuses after excuses. Just incompetence from everyone there.

Edit: I wasn't confused, I clearly understood what was said. Mike called me yesterday and asked if i was coming in to pick up my car if not he would have it towed. First sentence. No prior conversation or warning. I brought the car there last week for a repair estimate $7k, the quote took them a couple days no big deal. I left The car there for a few additional days while waiting for the insurance company to give them the go ahead to fix it. We are talking Thursday to Tuesday. It’s wild to think this employees first response is to threaten a client of the business. It just shows poor management and no leadership at that business. Apparently Mike is the manager so it’s obvious there will be no correction to his unprofessional behavior. I bought my last 3 vehicles at dons ford, never again.

Carbone collision center had my car for almost a month. Waiting on parts. I called them and asked about my vehicle, they said they are awaiting parts but I can come pick it up and bring it back in when parts are in. Ok I will do that I thought. Got there and the car just didn't look like it used too, new scratches missing screws and such, I said no you can keep it and get it right. "They did" two days later. I took my car before they did more damage to it. As the days went by I only noticed more and more things done wrong on it there's over spray everywhere car is covered on some white powder inside many of the pins that hold either the door covers are gone or all messed up, the longer I look the worse it gets. People in the front desk were nice and they were the only ones I saw no evaluator assesor nothing not even a call from them. Poorly done Carbone sad.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brought my car here after hitting an animal. Original estimate sent to insurance was $1800. Only cosmetic damage to headlight, bumper, and fender. They then added a list of unnecessary repairs (on parts that were NOT damaged in the accident) and somehow brought the cost of damages up to $6000 which totaled my car. My insurance said they would honor a new estimate from this shop if they removed the unnecessary repairs. They refused. Insurance said I could get it repaired for less if I got a salvage title. This place said if I did that they would charge an extra $235 to reassemble the car for me to pick it up. I was driving the car for a week after the accident. There was no internal damage. My car was paid off, in good condition, and I had no choice but to buy a new car. Just because of ~$2000 worth of ACTUAL damages. This place is a SCAM.

I had a great experience at Carbone Collision Center. We took my Jeep in a few days ago to see if they could readjust the car door, and Mike, the manager, said he would handle it. They were able to get the door back in place as close to perfectly as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and the group's professionalism. Thank you again to Mike and the staff!

They have an excellent team there to repair damages to my car from a fender bender. I had the car back within the time frame they estimated and it looks like a new car. 10+++ for Carbone Collision! I recommend them highly.

Came in for an estimate which USAA required before using my own repairman. Joe was quick, efficient, and helpful. They were able to work me in early before my appointment. Great experience.

We had the best possible experience. Everything was completed incredibly fast. The company was in contact with us during the entire process and so friendly. The car looks brand new! Mike and his staff did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them.

Mike and Chelsea were so awesome to work with. They kept me updated, made it easy to work with our insurance company and the car looks brand new after all the work it needed. I am so glad we picked Carbone Collision to take our car to for repairs, parts, and paint!

Took car in to repair bumper and grill and they returned it with my dashboard lit up like Christmas. They tell me to drive about 30 miles and it should reset .it didn't so they sent me to the service department they are charging me for diagnostic when it should be on Carbone collision. They obviously damaged something during the process.

These guys could not have been nicer! My parents had some damage to their car and this was the place our insurance recommended...I can see why. While no one wants to need to repair their car, this is the place to go if you do. Chelsea is super sweet and helpful as well as the guys doing the work.

I've never had a worse experience with any business. I used Carbone Collision because their repairs are guaranteed via my insurance. All my car needed was paint repair on two doors after it had been keyed and scratched. This is a brand new 2021 Nissan rogue which I'd purchased in 01/2022. Carbone called me on 05/18/22 to tell me my vehicle's paint repair was complete. When I inspected the vehicle I found that they'd left the vehicle filthy inside. They'd left all sorts of white dusty substance all over the vehicle. The interior is black so you literally can't miss it. An employee looked at the vehicle and agreed that it was supposed to be detailed and the external issues in the paint and so-on was unacceptable. So, we left if for another day for them to clean it. 05/19 rolls around and I'm told it's complete again. I arrived at the shop after work and upon inspection it was most certainly not cleaned. So that brings us to today, the third day in which Carbone told me this vehicle was completed. Now, the interior is definitely cleaner than it was, but there is discoloration of the steering wheel that wasn't' there before, a sizable dent in the detailing that wasn't there before, and that's just the interior (which they again did not fully clean the white substance from). On the outside, nearly every single surface has scratches in it. I'm including pictures. There's dried WHITE paint on my BLACK vehicle in several spots. My brand new car looks like it's at least three years old, when it's literally brand new off the lot as of 01/22. I'm reporting them to my insurance. This was only supposed to be an easy paint repair, and instead my vehicle looks worse now than when it was vandalized! EDIT: I just wanted to give a shout out to Chelsea (hope I spelled it right) who was the only Carbone employee that was helpful and I greatly appreciate her. Other than Chelsea, this is the worst experience and they completely ruined the exterior and interior of my vehicle.

Carbone Collision not only did a great job repairing my car, but they kept me informed every step of the way. The car looked better when I left there, than it did when I first purchased it! Thanks again to Mike and his staff!

I now give this place 5 out of 5 stars. When my vehicle repair was postponed multiple weeks waiting on 1 part, my truck sat with the repair center. Due to the long duration of time that went by without running my engine in the extreme cold, the battery completely died and I had to purchase a new one. I wrote a previous review in which I voiced my issue of having to buy a battery right after picking up my truck and I was asked to reach out to Mike by Carbone. After speaking with Mike he apologized for the issue and offered to pay for the battery. I was very surprised with the amount of care Carbone had for their quality of work and for how their customers feel treated. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of repairs.

This place was pretty spectacular. Of all the collision shops I've ever been to this one is truly set up like a factory which is refreshing given most collision shops are generally smaller and less organized and the larger cookie cutter chains, in my experience, do subpar work and cut too many corners What's left to see is the quality of the work that's what's really important. However the intake was uber professional and very efficient and they gave me all the dates and the estimate and pretty much everything I needed to know. Three separate people handled my intake which was impressive. So we'll see.

I waited patiently for my car to be repaired for almost 2 weeks. When I finally received my car, the sideview mirror was not working. It would not adjust for me to see clearly cars coming from behind. The mirror was ordered new and yet warped or distorted. Not one person thought to check to make sure this mirror was working properly before I was told to come get it. They should have been prepared with the necessary parts when I brought my car in initially for an estimate, and they should have made sure that everything was running smoothly and working properly before sending me on my way with my car that I trusted to be safe and functional.

Timely repair and extremely friendly people, but the quality of workmanship is lacking. Two attempts to repair very minor damage. I accepted the repair after the second go-round as my husband advised that was the best job this shop could do.

Pickup was delayed because it took several days for them to find all the damage, but I'm glad they did find it all! Chelsea at the front desk is super kind and helpful! They did a great job with the repair and cleaned the vehicle really nicely too

I was in accident with a brand new ram 1500, truck had less than 5k miles on it. Truck had front end damage. Insurance company covered all of it. Go to pick up the truck after being "fixed". Noticed the hood and fenders were not even close to lining up. Told them about it, agreeded to fix it, now i had to wait another couple days. So, now i have to get another rental because they couldnt fix it the first time. Then, I go the second time to pick it up and its still horrible..so now the manager mike comes out with me to look at it. Of course, he apologized and then they brought my truck back in the shop to fix it ONCE again. I come back the third time and the hood and fenders are now acceptable. I drove it home and when i parked it i noticed the driver side fog light, (which they replaced) wasn't sitting flush with the bumper like the stock factory lights are supposed to. I was so upset with the company and going back and forth with them, I ended up fixing it myself. Also, they missed that the accident shifted my bed of the truck.. my tailgate now has a huge gap in it. Mike, the manager was great. Only reason why its not a one star review. But besides that, the whole experience and service was absolutley horrible. Do not bring your vehicle here.

Brought our car here after an accident. A deer ruined our front passenger side. They fixed the body work and didn't seem to check under the hood. Gave us our car back, we drove it that night and it overheated. Took it back to them, they claimed they fixed it. We drove it again breaking down yet again. We took it too our mechanic to see what was going on. He tells us we now have a cracked head gasket. All because they didn't do their job correctly. Thankfully our insurance is letting our mechanic make all necessary repairs. Beware if taking your car here.

Really superior service. The body work was first class and the service personnel were friendly, efficient and personable. I couldn't be happier. They turned what could have been a dreadful experience into a very pleasurable one. I will most certainly return with all my bodywork needs and recommend Carbone to all of my friends. Thank you!

I brought my 2017 Nissan there after hitting a deer and the staff was amazing. They contacted me with everything that was going on with my car and my car was done before the expected date. The staff made sure I was happy and I am so thankful for their hard work.

I own a 2017 Jeep bought it in September 2017, in January 2018 I was hit in the front end. I took my car to carbone collision they fixed it. When I picked it up I didn’t even make it 2 miles up the road and it quit, had to tow it back, they fixed that. Now September 2020 the drivers door they fixed is rusting, I took it to a reliable center he said it was never painted correctly. So I have a 3 year old car that is rusting, I will never take anything there again. I will show the rusty door to everyone and tell them not to go there.

Fast professional service. My car was hit last evening so I was looking to see how much this was going to cost me. They had a printed detailed estimate in my hands within 10 min.of my walking in the door.With out an appointment. Happy with their service not happy with the 700 bill guess I'll be trackingvdowm my neighbors " friend" that backed into my legally parked car.

took my car here based on online reviews which are all positive and because I bought my car brand new 1 mile on the car from Carbone Nissan. I have been waiting 31 days so far and counting for my car to be fixed right! The repairs should have taken 7 days at the most. They've admitted its been drastically delayed because after getting it put back together nothing is lined up correctly so my hood won't shut. Its a brand new 2018 vehicle! The repair shop said well you're 30 days isn't up on your rental yet!! News flash I couldn't get a rental because I do not have a major credit card in my own name. I've been able to find rides to get back and forth to work and some doctor appointments. But, if they would've told me it would take more than a week up front I could've taken it to a different shop. Instead of being upfront with me I was lead to believe 7days the next week it was another 7days then another and last Friday I was told early this week I called on it today Tues and now I'm told maybe by this Friday! In the mean time I'm still paying my car payments and insurance payments and paying for rides everyplace I need to go. Does no good to have rental coverage on my policy the insurance company doesn't disclose that in addition to rental coverage you need a major credit card in your own name in order to rent the car. Oh and carbone collision doesn't provide loaners. I want other people deciding to go to carbone collision based on online reviews to know the hell I've been going through. I will NEVER take my car or recommend anyone to do business with them. Clearly they need to work on being honest with customers and getting people to work for them that know you should be taking measurements as they put it back together so they can make the necessary adjustments so when they're all done everything lines up correctly hoods will shut, doors close correctly etc...instead of getting it all done and now have to take it all apart and start over AGAIN!!! Update: finally my car is done 37 days later on my way to pick it up now. Praying irs been done right with no more problems. I would like to add on a positive note the manager Mike waived my $500 deductable for the inconvenience. I'm very thankful for that.

I custom ordered a Jeep through Carbone. After having it for a very short period of time, i noticed some defects in the paint. Carbone Collision Center was happy to assist in reporting these defects to Jeep and repainting the areas affected at no cost to me. As this was a brand new car, I was nervous about it being painted. However Carbone Collision Center lived up to the high standards I had and did a great job in the end. I wasn't without my car for long and was very satisfied in the service i received. Thanks again Carbone!
