Devin P. IS THE GREATEST!!! I was stuck in my driveway yesterday and he helped me out. It was not easy because I was not very good at keeping with my steering wheel straight. LOL
He was so patient, and kind to me. He had a smile on his face the entire time. These are the times I wish I carried cash because he definitely deserved a big tip. This guy is out in the cold taking care of drivers like me all day/night and he never gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you so much DEVIN P. You are my hero!!!! I would like to recommend Johnston's to all my friends. I was in an car accident recently and my car was damaged badly (airbag deployed). I went to Johnston's and got VIP experience there. People are very friendly. I could reach out to them any time and got reply instantly. My car was fixed faster than I expected and my six-year old car now looks like a new one! I am very happy with the job quality. The price is very reasonable as well and more importantly is the warrant they gave after I paid.
Called AAA this morning & their automated system advised me it would be 44 minutes before Johnston's Auto Body would show up. That was B.S......The driver showed up in under 10 minutes, was professional, personable, polite & got the pick up done quick. I'm very happy with Johnston's service.
My husband had a rear axle snap on his Model T and they came and figured out a way to get it on the flatbed and take it to our house and get it into our garage. Very friendly and took extra care to get everything done safely.

I got a flat tyre on Route 5S this afternoon, I called AAA and they sent Johnston's Towing to my rescue! This is the 2nd tyme I have used this tow company and I have nothing but great things to say about them! Donald, the tow driver, arrived with a flatbed truck almost immediately (I seriously was amazed & thankful for this fast service as it was HOT out there!) Donald was very kind and THOUGHTFUL (rolled my car windows up without my knowledge to avoid rain entering the car.. as a pop up rain shower was about to happen) and he was so careful when securing and transporting my old,collector car! VERY MUCH APPRECIATE YOUR KINDNESS AND FINESSE DONALD!! I strongly recommend this business and its employees, like I said, this is my 2nd dealing with them and I am very happy with them!! THANK YOU DONALD!!!!
Not sure how anyone CAN NOT rate Johnston's Towing 5 stars! Carl was on time, professional, personable and experienced no questions asked! Would recommend to any friend or family in need. Whether the middle of the night on a holiday or heat index of 98, he made other local tow companies look foolish! After other companies refused the job, Carl was the right man for it! The tow driver made an exception to take my family back to their tow yard to make hotel arrangements after we had an accident and were stranded out of state, at night, on the side of the highway. He was personable, helpful, and reassuring.
My lovely car lock decided it wanted to not unlock. I called AAA they showed up in about 15 mins had my car unlocked in less than 5 mins. They were very nice thank you!
As A Member of AAA since 1989 They are the best from Cal; Fla to NY they are the best by a mile! There here in 15mins a garter of the time I'm told, with a great Attitude; smile + white glove survive! No room for improvement + there proud to do there job! They came to me! Dave was able to open the hatchback! My dog was locked in her crate and I couldn’t get her out because the door wouldn’t open! I was so grateful for his help and so was my dog!

If I could give 0 stars I would. One thing that irritates me the most is people who work in customer service but lack good customer service skills. I called this place and a guy picked up and greeted me by saying hello, I replied hello and he goes “yea?” I proceeded to ask is that how you greet a customer and followed up with asking about their towing service. The guy replied “we have no trucks available “ and hung up the phone. If you don’t like your job and it makes you that miserable then quit.
I had my truck in to get a bunch of dents and dings fixed and repainted. I also decided to do a face lift and needed a bunch of parts painted from scratch. Communication with Sean was super easy and Brandon's work is some of the best I've seen. They got everything done in a timely manner.
I will definitely be coming back with anything car related.
These guys were amazing. My girlfriend locked the keys in the car right before we had to go to a wedding. A young man showed up in 5 minutes and saved the day. Very nice people and great price for the service. Thanks again!

I've lived in the best places in the US + Johnson's is the best! I call AAA and there here in 15 minutes, I don't need to ask for a flatbed because they put tires under your rear tires! Have you ever heared about a tip??? It's to insure proper service +is given to all service provides +should be given upfront!!! Even at a resterant+ salon Etc.I tell them this is part of your tip+ the rest when Your excellent service is completed!! Kindness goes a very long way!! Treat others the way you want to be treated when there in freezing or hot weather! Still with a smile on there face !

Very unprofessional and disrespectful--- could not bring myself to do business with them after speaking with them on the phone... I called AAA back and had them send a different towing company after already waiting 2 hours...
...I wouldnt give them business if they were the only towing company out there... I would rather push my car home then call them.
I find it hysterical that this company had 5 star ratings before this (rightfully) termed employer brain washed everybody into thinking the company was in the wrong for what he did. It was a very unprofessional move, and he was out of uniform. That portrays a bad image for the company itself, and i don’t blame them one bit for what they did. I absolutely give this company a 5 star rating and i think they deserve better.
After changing out the engine in my Escape I took it for a drive down the road and the sounds and clunks that it was making underneath weren't usual. I called up Craig who came to pick up the car on a flatbed. Thank goodness he did! My entire rear end was about to fall off, after swapping the engine they never reattached my rear drive shaft/my rack and pinion.. Joe and John were very courteous in speaking to me about all my options and the prices that went along with them, Ray and Craig both kept me informed of how everything was going along with my car. I would highly recommend, and most assuredly will be going back to Johnston's Auto Body. Thanks again guys!
i went to turn up my road this morning "star hill rd remsen" and this truck is just sitting there....no turn lights on no four ways no nothing had headlights on and that was it!
i sat there for about 5-10 minutes because I did not feel comfortable backing up into traffic to go around him! he was also driving very sporadically in Barneveld weaving in and out of traffic this morning 1030 am.
I suggest you get control of your drivers!!
put them through a driving course before you get a lawsuit on your hands!
Johnson's defrauded my jeep of its estimate parts, did extra damages to the body and electrical system to inflate the claim beyond total value of jeep. Every other body panel on the whole vehicle has a new dent in it and is going to cost a entire paint job to fix. The electrical system was sabotaged at the tipum box causing the death of my battery and alternator. Out of 9900 dollar accident claim only 1600 in new parts and labor can be found installed. In my opinion Mr Craig Johnson is a criminal and fraud. People like this should be dragged behind the Jeep, not allowed to do work to it. I have been assured that between my attorney, DMV and the insurance fraud unit Mr Johnson won't have the opportunity to do this to you.
They did an amazing job. My brand new vehicle was just short of being totaled and when I picked it up after being repaired you would have never known it had been in such a major accident. The owner Craig and his partner Steve are extremely professional and great people to work with. I would highly recommend their services. They deliver on what they promise. It's nice to find people who still care about the workmanship they do and the importance of the customer. Thank you.
