I have given them months to help me with this situation i was lied to about. Supposably they have no idea the titling process or that New York does have salvage titles. I certainly anticipated certain mechanical issues, but it has been September and still trying to figure out how to get it on the road. They have been no help whatsoever! Very disappointed, will be contacting BBB in New York this week, side note finally got a check a week ago from August that they were supposed to send me for transmission that was discussed at purchase

Bought two cars. First one was fine, the second was wrong title after i fixed the damage. Replaced the car by another but before they send the trade, they let it in the rain with all windows open and send a non functional car. All this took over a month passed the ebay return policy. Refused the return later on or partial refund because i had to fix their car they took back and my car the sent. Lots of electrical problems. Two stars because the first car was reasonable.

It would be foolish to buy a car from this seller. I bought a Ford Ranger from this seller via eBay last November. They described it as having "Slight frame damage". Well the damage was so extensive that the frame had to be replaced. There was so much wrong that was NOT disclosed that I could write a couple paragraphs. Suffice to say that if the car could have been restored without loosing money they would not be selling it.

Horrible phone etiquette! I called and asked to speak to the owner and was hung up on without even knowing the purpose for the call. I guess this is the behavior that is typical of a company being called by angry customers expecting answers for what they receive opposed to what they were expecting to buy. beyond unprofessional and rude. I own an accounting and bookkeeping services company and as a business owner i would never do this to someone nor tolerate this type of behavior from an employee. Additionally, this is the first reaction of this type I have ever gotten when asking to speak to the business owner or office manager from a company.

If you are looking for a newer car that has some damage on it and put it back together to save thousands off dollars off the price look no further. Troya has a lot of vehicles and can find what you're looking for.

Do not do business with this FOOL’s they are scammers, they take great pictures and trick buyers. Bought a car from them months ago and the pictures were totally contrary to what I got when I received the car. This company is a scam STAY Away!!! I contacted them and all I got is more lies. Was told I would be refunded some partial payment but never heard back from them. Contacted them after on several occasions but no response. Just stay away from this guys and don’t trust the feedback you see on ebay I believe it fake!!!!

Great people, I've been buying locally for years and couldn't be happier with Troya

I have bought three cars from Troya, including my current one, and couldn't be more satisfied. Since I was buying a used car that had been damaged I had a ton of questions with each purchase. I found them to be straight forward and good to work with, otherwise I would not have been a repeat customer! I will definitely be back when I am ready for my next car.

I agree with the other user who said not to trust the feedback on eBay. I purchased a car from Troya in November that they made look like was fully repaired. They conveniently took a long time to ship the car (most likely so the time to leave feedback would expire) and when I received it, there were MANY issues. Whoever repaired it didn't even take the time to fasten the bumpers back on all the way. On top of that, just about every light on the dash was on. I've put over $3000 into it so far and haven't even been able to drive it yet. The passenger seat belt is still locked from the accident. There was frame damage and the dash doesn't reattach properly, even after the body shop pulled it apart and found that there were many missing fasteners and most of the wiring was just shoved in and pinched in a few places. It also makes some very noticeable noises that the mechanic can't figure out. the air filter box was broken, as was the battery harness. The trunk was bent so badly that the battery doesn't even sit in it properly after the body shop spent hours trying to get it back in place. There's only one key fob, no spare tire and they didn't even bother installing 5 of the exterior light bulbs. And on top of all of that, the transmission downshifts into first very hard and will most likely need to be repaired/replaced. Buyer beware! Jesse (who is one of the people who left a 5 star feedback on here) seems very friendly and helpful, but in the end is just looking to make a quick buck!

Don't let 100% positive feedback on eBay to fool you. After you pay the money, don't expect any further help but some rude responses. When I was buying the car they said it is all body work. Then it turned out that the car has a huge mechanical problem which costed me around $5000. I left a negative feedback but eBay deleted it a week later. I have seen some other negative feedbacks but ebay deleted them later too. Because eBay earns a lot from these car sales and "AS IS" means "AS IS". When you are buying the car, the guy acts like really friendly and you think if there is any problem they will take it back. A friend of mine was also going to buy from them but then he realized the frame damage at the last moment. They call themselves expert, but they don't know anything about the huge frame damage ??? Also they have several guys who bid on the cars in the last minute. So it is not "No Reserve". When they don't get the money they want, they cancel the highest bidder saying they sold it locally. Then they list the very same car couple of weeks later.
