Was discouraged and had scheduled a timing chain and phazers to be installed 1500 and if I did this check engine light was not allowing for me to get inspected . .kurt or curt the manager came outside during below zero temps to help that very hour I had obtained my inspection ... By far THE BEST SERVICE EVER RECIEVED FROM ANY AUTO PARTS STORE.. AND MY DISCOURAGED CHANGED TO A 1500.00 BOUNUS IN MY POCKET ..THE COST FROM WHAT KURT COMPLETED ZERO DOLLARS AND TRUCK BEEN FINE SHAPE . ****JUST FYI AUTOZONE OR ADVANCED AUTO.. This store and it's employees have gone above and beyond for my son with the help and knowledge they have given to him. So much potential for this store. Prices lower then their competitors. 5 phone lines lit up and 3 customers in store waiting. What is the solution....Tom, stay at the store and go prospecting when you have help available.
Every time I go here everyone is always willing to help, even in the rain! My new favorite buddy Justin did awesome helping me today. Taught me a few things and knew just what I need help with because I call everything(a thingymabober). lol Thank you Justin ;)
Best Service Ever! My window's actuator broke and O'Reilly's was the only one to have it in stock. At first they thought I needed the motor as well, but after talking to me, found out I didn't - saving me some money. They were VERY helpful, concerned, and polite. I am not from the immediate area, but I believe I will go to my local O'Reilly's from now on.
First time going to an O’Reilly Auto Parts and was impressed. Well stocked auto parts store. Bright and clean and easy to find items. Was helped by Martin who gave advice on wiper blades and even came out to install them in the freezing rain. I would definitely come here again for my auto parts needs in the future.
On a 9 1/2 hour roadtrip to Canada my check engine light came on. After I went to Autozone and was turned away, I went here to get my check engine light diagnosed. Gentlemen could not have been more helpful. Performed the diagnostic and then called a local garage he knew to see if they could look at my car quickly as he knew I had a wedding to get to. Garage he recommended was able to quickly help me - no charge! Great customer service at this O’Reilly Auto Parts!
O'Reilly was great. Not only did they get us a new battery, they helped us find a local shop in the city to get in around 5:30pm to install it, as it was not an easy install. They went above and beyond to help us and it helped save our family vacation.
Tony is an amazing employee. I walked in the building having the worst day ever not knowing what to do and within 10 minutes He Completely fixed my car issues and my day! That man definitely deserves his acknowledgement! O Reilly auto parts you have officially gained a life long customer!! THANKS A TON TONY.
