Very nice guy I'm currently in Rome New York and I needed my car towed and looked at for repairs. He was nice and didn't want me to pay the tow to Utica so he referred me to Mike Jr in Rome New. Forgot to update this but do not use Mike Jrs towing in Rome,NY they towed my car i watched them take pictures of my car before they loaded it and so did i and then when i got my car back the rear driver side brake light was broken and scratched the bumped and proceeded to not show me there insirance pictures after i lpai d them
Very easy to get a hold of and work with. They picked up our wrecked car from the roadside and towed it to a local scrapyard parking lot for a very reasonable price. Glad they are open 24 hours for emergency calls and towing.
Found my self in a pinch and Ron really pulled through. He worked late to ensure my car got to the repair shop on time even though I called last minute!

This is an excellent towing service with above expectations customer service. I was given quality information and the driver helped me find the best location to the vehicle to for service. The pick up was in the evening, and the tow driver went above and beyond to be helpful and provide information about the locality as I am from out of town. Absolutely incredible service, he came and got me quick and the price was very reasonable for the distance. I had lost my only car key and he even made some calls to try and help me get a new one quicker. I cannot recommend him enough! I know who I'll be calling any time I need a tow!
Ronnie came by with a flatbed to pick up my quattro audi. he was quick and responsive every time I called. he was super nice and personable on the ride over to the mechanic and I would call him again or recommend him in a heartbeat.

I can’t thank Ronnie’s towing enough for saving us today! While heading to the Utica Zoo, my Ford decided to loose oil pressure and cause issues with the engine.. it was myself, my mom, my one and two year old and I called Ronnie’s towing to have it towed to Vernon. He gave me a great price and got to us quickly! We ended up having my vehicle toward to the Ford dealership which then raised the price of the tow but it was still affordable! He got to us quickly and loaded up the car and took it to where it needed to go! I am SOOOO thankful for this towing company and will definitely be using them in the near future. (Even though we hope we don’t need too use them again)
Called and instantly picked up ready to help out. Finished with his last call and straight over to help me out. Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable even noticed something with my car and gave me a tip to bring it up with the shop I'm using. 100% would use again if needed.

Best towing service I've ever had! I've had horrible towing services with a different party. My vehicle was broken down for months because I did not want to be bothered with another horrible towing experience. BUT, Ronnie and his crew arrived early and were in and out within minutes! They brought my vehicle to my mechanic and everything was done and fixed in 2 days. I must say I regret not relying on Ronnie sooner. Great job and thank you again! Definitely recommend.

When my car broke down at 10pm on the side of the road, he came quickly and brought my car to my mechanic for me. He was also WAY cheaper then anyone else I called. Everyone else wanted double or triple what he charged me. Would 100% recommend and use again.
On a day of ice and rain I got top notch service and friendly operator. I like to use local businesses as much as possible and this was not a disappointment at all. He was careful with the vehicle and the price was great. It’s rare to have honesty part of the business transaction, but he was helpful in my family getting our vehicle home and offered to be available if we needed it to go to the dealership. The maneuver he had to do to get the vehicle parked I honestly didn’t think he would get it….. HE NAILED IT. Thanks
