Locked my keys in my car last night at a work function and AAA was a 3+ hour joke to deal with. Called DNA towing and was in my car and on my way home within 20 minutes! Highly recommend!
I was stranded on the 990 for over an hour due to an issue with my roadside assistance carrier. Matt knew about my situation and made it a priority to get me where I needed to go. He was professional, yet personable. I really liked that. He was fast and quite knowledgeable. He showed me quite a bit of courtesy by going above and beyond on how he dropped off my vehicle. To say the least, Matt made a bad situation much more bearable. And I greatly appreciate his services. Definitely recommend. THANK YOU, MATT!!!

We broke down in Niagara Falls yesterday and driver Trevor came and towed us. He was the nicest tow truck driver I've ever had in my life. Please don't ever lose your friendly attitude, Trevor! It was so refreshing. And he got to us in like 10 or so minutes. Highly recommended!
My car somehow was stuck in neutral while being in park … in a downtown Buffalo parking ramp when I had jury duty. Served jury duty hoping it would reset … it didn’t lol. Called AAA, first garage assigned to me from Williamsville called and honestly brought me to tears if I’m being honest … said I was kind of on my own and would have to probably hire guys to push my car out because it was too low overhead at the parking garage. Then AAA called DNA Towing and “Brandon” saved the freaking day with his positive attitude and flatbed. He was optimistic and enthusiastic from the first call and incredibly professional over the phone and in person and said he would figure out how to get my car out … and he did! I was very impressed with his candor. It made a worrisome moment easier and his knowledge and professionalism sincerely appreciated! As a small business owner myself, I hope his employer uses him as a gauge of what other employees should strive to work towards. That “can do” attitude is rare and really nice to see in this next generation coming up! Treated my car with care and I would use this company outside of AAA if I lived closer and needed assistance.
Called AAA for a flat and sent dna towing, in the process of pulling the car onto the bed the incline of the trailer bed was too steep and the front of my bumper dragged across the bottom causing it to crack down the middle. ( on the way to its drop off point the driver had absolutely no lights on at 830 at night) after I filed a claim to have them replace the bumper they took it and inspected it then proceeded to say it was previously cracked and there is no way to prove that it was the driver even though the driver took pictures of the license plate where the crack was obviously not visible before it was towed.
My daughter is a college student at Niagara University, I live in Rochester. She broke down and happened upon DNA (DANNY) by calling AAA. Danny was patient with her and explain to her what the problem was and how she could fix it herself. Fast forward 4 weeks she needed him to tow the car from the parking lot at school ( she obviously didn't fix it). He came got the car and fixed the problem. Being over an hour away from your child when they are having car problems is intense. Danny made the process smooth and his communication is amazing. They are definitely an up and coming company with respect and great morals of understanding. Thank you Danny for helping us out in this situation and getting her mobile again. If you need a respectful towing company/ mechanic DNA is it. Definitely give them a call
We needed Towing out of a snow bank in our yard.
The serviceman was very attentive. He arrived earlier than project arrival time. He was very professional.
He made sure we were safe and able to get going without difficulty. Then He made sure my husband was able to get into our house without incident before he left the site.
Highly recommend the Towing service and the serviceman.
I called DNA towing and they answered the phone right away after my truck broke down. They were there within 35 to 45 minutes and got me where I needed to be. The person who answered the phone was friendly and courteous in the driver was just as good.10 out of 10 I do recommend!
This guy's blows ive been trying to get ahold of him for two days and he won't answer his phone can't leave a voice mail because his voicemail box is full. He won't call anybody back he says he's open 24 hours but never answers the phone.
Leo is an awesome guy. Showed up within 15 minutes in the middle of the night. Towed and stored my vehicle, and gave me tons of guidance regarding the best way to deal with my insurance company and repairs. Awesome company, would 100 percent reccomend to anyone that is in need of a tow after an accident. You guys really saved me, thank you.
Was having a battery issue this morning, wasn’t to happy about that but Shane made my experience great he called as soon as he got the call he showed up in a blink of an eye and as the nicest person ever at 5am. Thank you so much for helping me with my car and will be so happy to recommend you guys
I had a flat tire and the tow truck driver came and picked up my truck and left my driver's side window down after dropping my truck off at the dealership. The whole entire driver's side was soaked after it was left outside in the rain. I tried calling a few times and got no response or callback
Awesome Towing service. Highly recommend. Most Towing places are downright awful to work with, not to mention completely rude to you, these guys on the other hand complete opposite. They helped me out in a couple situations where I didn't have a lot time to remedy the issues. Super friendly people, and excellent pricing, compared to most other companies. Will be using them if I need them in the future.
