What clients say about Recycling Buffalo in North Tonawanda (NY)
Hours posted for Monday on Google say 10:00 AM. We arrived at 10:30 AM and were told by employees in the parking lot that we had to come back at 11:00 AM. If your posted hours say 10:00, the doors should be open at 10:00. Very confusing and frustrating. What kind of operation is this?
This was my first time going here and The owner Bradford was very very nice and kind and got a lot done quickly and enjoyed how clean it was and smelled good and very nice place and will be going back for sure. Thanks
I just showed up at 354pm on Tuesday and they were closed. They are supposed to be open until 5pm according to their sign on the door and online. Thanks for wasting my time.

First time here and will definitely be coming everytime I have bottles or cans, service was fast and efficient great customer service and I know you won’t hear this to much but the place was very clean and well maintained compared to other places I’ve been! Gotta add that the atmosphere was rock solid music playing and even had a little seating area if ya have a lot of cans.
The first time I went here, I was thoroughly impressed. It was extremely clean, with no nasty smells. They even have a few chairs for waiting people.
The owner is very nice and friendly. He goes above and beyond in my opinion. I went there on a Saturday after 2, he was there and helped me when he didn't have to at all. I really appreciate his help and understanding about the mix-up on the hours from the website and the hours posted there. Thank you so very much for your understanding and help.
My new go to place for now on , Of all the places I’ve experienced in the past, this store is the most clean, comfortable and pleasant establishments that I’ve ever been too. Zero smells.
I wish I could leave this place 100 stars. I’ve only been here twice but I was so impressed my first time here! This location is clean, it smells good, and he’s fast! What made me want to write a review this time, was the customer service! He went out of his way to make conversation with me, on a not so good day(for me) and that meant a lot! I will recommend this place to everyone and thank you for being caring and spreading kindness!
Very clean, smells much better than the normal stale beer. Place to sit and wait very nice staff. Overall much better experience than anywhere else I have been to. Highly recommended.
Recycling Buffalo is a great place to return your bottles. They are clean, fast, and the customer service is wonderful! The owner came out to my car to help me carry the bags of bottles inside. I thought that was kind and I appreciated it very much! I will continue recycling through Recycling Buffalo ? due to this great service! Thank you very much ! ??
First think I noticed was how clean it was, like new clean. We were greeted by staff who assisted with getting all the bottles and cans out of my vehicle. Overall great experience, I plan to return with my next carload of bottles.
The store is clean and very organized. Was very surprised how much was sorted. Bradford is super chill and super nice. Would definitely recommend coming here!
This past weekend I brought 4 bags in right before they closed and was out of there in a matter of minutes! They were polite and helpful, and the front counter was very clean! I messaged them about their hours earlier in the day and they were quick to respond. They were also willing to stay open until I got there - how’s that for customer service?! I saw a few disc golf baskets set up and was told they have a league, what a fun idea! I’m happy to support the local and I’ll definitely be back.
I'll never go to Wegmans again! (for can/bottle returns that is lol) Owner was super friendly. My bottle returns were fast and easy. All I did was empty my bag of returns on the table and then I had cash in my hand. No machine spitting bottles back at me. Thank you for a hassle free experience!
