Purchased and had installed an engine from Rich at East Park Auto, and while it ran well it did have an issue that needed to be addressed. Rich took care of the issue, and the engine is now 100%. I will be using this company for car parts again, and would reccoment it to anyone looking for an honest company with friendly service.
I had no idea how hard it would be to find reasonably priced parts for a used car I had bought at a really great value. Instead of paying $500+ for the needed parts new (why do that for an older used car?!?), I found these guys by chance on an internet search. So glad I did. With one call, 5 minutes later, 5 parts I needed were identified as available and with a quick credit card payment was made for about $130. I was a bit worried how simple it seemed. No worries needed. I agree with the other reviews. Bruce was awesome. Parts arrived within just a couple of days to my home in Mississippi; great condition, well packaged, ready to go. Great experience... If I ever need parts again, I won't need to waste my time again looking, I'll just call these guys!
These guys are great! I have dealt with Bruce a lot and he is always able to help me with good parts and good prices. I have only had a couple of minor problems with parts I have received from East Park and they are always quick to respond and always stand behind what they sell.
