It all started from a flyer on our junk vehicles window. Tommy was very friendly, straightforward and helpful. Tow truck arrived on time as scheduled. The driver, Kevin is outstanding who provided us with some very valuable information! We got a receipt, wrote junk on the title and was paid the market price based on the weight stated in the title. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
At some point we all need a tow, we just don't know when it's going to happen. Glad I called And-1 Towing. They picked up the phone at 8pm on a Monday to notify them of our breakdown in Queens. And-1 Towing dispatched their driver within 15 minutes... couldn't believe it. Had them drop off the vehicle 64 miles away up North to our local shop that SAME evening. The main office maintained communication with me at all times and sent photos. Excellent service, will use again. You cannot put a price on peace of mind, thank you.
I called in to get my trailer flipped back upright. A guy named Tommy answered my call and told me the job would cost $250 so I agreed to that price. He told me that it would take 25 minutes to come to my location. The tow truck driver, Kevin, who was on his way told me it was going to take a bit longer because of traffic which I had no problem with. The job took nearly an hour to get my trailer flipped back upright. The problem was that there were no traffic cones to stop traffic, so Kevin told my brother to try and stop traffic which no car would do so and that put him in a dangerous situation. Second problem is that Kevin ended up charging me $300. We ended up paying because we understand the job wasn't easy and didn't want to start an argument. But come on if you're going to say one price and the customer agrees to that, at least honor it. Third problem is that you guys make your drivers write the review for you, which is unethical practice for any business. It is better to let the customer talk about how the service really went instead of just making yourselves look good. Good service will speak for itself!
