Out of three copart yards I been to this most inconvenient, my biggest issue with this place is with there loaders they need to realize this a auto auction yard and not just a junkyard they rough house the cars like it's nobody's business I witnessed first hand loaders speeding through pot holes in yard with my car nearly dropped it the driver side fender liner got damaged I simply cut it off and made no complaints I informed front desk my shipping would be delayed I would be leaving my car in front the day my shipping carrier came I warned them but it was too late the loaders brought my car back to the yard this time loosing my keys and my carrier had to cancel on me

Do not use this towing company! I have never in my life thought that I would have a strong opinion on towing company, but this has been an absolutely horrible experience. My car was referred to this company from kars for kids. The towing company went back-and-forth to the service center where the car is for over a week and “ could not find the car” (as if the car had actually vanished). I spent hours on the phone with them. I emailed and called and texted them back day after day . They then canceled the towing, saying that they could not get a hold of me, which is so untrue and so sad after I spent hours of my time trying to help them do their job. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered in any area of life, ever.

Horrible!!!!! They Asked For Some Documents To Be Notorized & Sent In Along With A Copy Of My Driver's License. DONE!...3 Days Later I Noticed That The Funds For My Total Loss Weren't In My Account. I Called 1st Representative Said That They Recieved It On Wednesday But Their Backed Up & They'll Get To It Eventually, 2nd Representative Said They Never Received It Mind You I Have The Email Stating That Not Only Was It Delivered BUT It Was Signed For By A J.Johnathan!... 3rd Time Calling & This Representative Said That I Had To Complete The Paperwork Online Thru The Portal Even Though I Told Her I Mailed It In With The Label That They Provided! & Lastly I'm Currently On The Phone With 4th Representative....WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS!??!......PISSED THE HELL OFF IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!! UPDATED: I Spoke With The Manager Who Was Very Helpful & Even Tho I Had To Resend The Documents I Feel As Though The Process Will Finally Be Moving Forward.

Had the pleasure to deal with this yard twice now - once I bought a vehicle and the second time I was the seller, both times a complete disaster! And both times Jenifer... My god if you ever get her on your case run away, don't buy, don't sell, don't sign, don't even talk to her that woman is so nasty in every way and she will shut down and destroy whatever you're trying to do just because. So my first buy from here they couldn't provide me a title, they dragged it out for almost 2 years and countless hours of my time, the state had to get involved, attorneys... so they would in the end simply issue a refund and take back the motorcycle, doesn't matter that I had it fixed by that time, doesn't matter that it's 2 years older now and lost value.. The second selling experience I got Jenifer again to outright lie in my face, then on the phone. She thinks she's ugly on the outside but the ugly is really on the inside in this case. So she put all kinds of nonsense on my lot like estimated price just a random number with 3 zeros (had to be corrected) completely inaccurate damage on the vehicle, mileage and lied lied lied about everything when confronted. I've dealt with many yards across the country but this one is absolutely disgusting and I honestly hope they just shut down this location. Charlie the manager is no better either, he's never available and never responds to emails but his whole team uses him as a dead end point where you get redirected after you've proven your case but they wont undo the damage. As the saying goes fool me once, that's not nice, fool me two shame on you, fool me three, shame on me.

Avoid doing business with these people if possible. Overall very bad experience. Entire staff has a bad attitude. Besides never being able to identify you or car when you call, they are impatient and have an attitude when you speak to them. Car is being salvaged and I recently returned the ProQuote to these guys. Spoke to Donna on a Thursday to schedule pick up. Told her I work and would like to be present when car is picked up. Donna then scheduled to have car picked up two Saturdays later with me present between 8am and 12pm. The Friday before the pickup I call and speak to Barbara. She demonstrated incompetence in a number of areas: including but not limited to not knowing how to take a message or address when given to her. She also would not give me to Donna who apparently was hiding from me. This is because when I asked to confirm the Saturday morning pickup I was told that I was scheduled for Monday. I told her I work and that Donna specifically scheduled Saturday. I was then told I was never scheduled for Saturday. This was a flat out lie. Well after a lot of back and forth and amazingly long waits on hold, I told them I want my title back. They assured me that they would mail it back by FedEx on Monday. I asked Barbara to have the representative she was speaking to (every time I was put on hold) to email a confirmation to me that my title would be mailed back. Barbara assured me that they would by the end of the day and and then abruptly hung up on me before I could ask the name of the person who would be emailing me and returning my title to me. Note I never did receive the email confirmation. I immediately called back to get the name of this individual. Again Barbara put me on hold for a very long time. When she got back on the phone instead of telling me the name of the person she told me someone from Allstate would be calling me (note Allstate referred me to CoPart). When I asked her why she would not or could not explain. I then asked her whether or not I was going to have a problem with my title, she once again stated that it would be mailed out on Monday. Anyone want to put money on me not getting my title back? In short, completely dissatisfied with CoPart. If I were you, I would trust the negative reviews here completely. 3/15/19 - I am late in posting this follow-up. My title was mailed back to me within one-week. So, I am completely satisfied in that regard. Otherwise, the rest of my review is accurate and still stands.
