I ordered a part from these guys and I received the wrong one which was probably no fault to them. I called and talked to a guy named Mike Curran who had some amazing customer service. He checked to see if they had the correct part which they did not. He issued me a full refund including the shipping and told me to throw out the part. I did not even have to deal with the hassle of shipping it back to them. I will order parts from the guys in the future.

I would have to say this place is great. Fast service and friendly staff. Needed a wheel for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. They were able to get one for me in 2 days. The price for the wheel was a great price as well. I will use this establishment again if I need more parts for my vehicle.

Husband needed an engine for his Highlander, we dealt with Cameron who was excellent, said since we are in Queens he would have his partner company Alliance handle it. Everything went well, the engine was delivered to our mechanic's shop quickly and was installed and is working well.

These guys are great. I bought a fender for my 91 roadmaster on eBay, but it was too rusty. I drove from CT to get it so I was pretty disappointed at first, but they not only let me out onto the yard to check it out, they let me take just the trim (the only part I really needed) for free for the hassle. I even got a T shirt too! Need more businesses like these guys. They know how to make things right with their customers!

We have been dealing with Cornell's for quite a long time. Cornells has fair pricing, quick deliveries and really great salesmen. We deal with Mike Curran when ordering parts for our customer repairs. Mike is so helpful and professional, he's quick to responding back and he always goes out of his way to help search for parts we need. We highly recommend Cornells, and when you call, ask for Mike!

They sold me a transmission (4k plus)that knocks and makes some other really weird noise.. said they would call me with a company to have it looked at…never was able to get them on the phone and have left countless messages!! I’ll be out 3k just putting this transmission in and taking it back out!! Also to top it off they offered a 100k mile warranty over the phone to only a six month warranty when it came to pay them… there general manager is who I originally dealt with and accepts that fact that I had to pay to install and now pay to take it out!! If I could rate this company lower I would.. will see them in court!

None of the major trailer stores around here even understood what I was looking for, and I wasted a lot of time on the road.
