Neil and Dom are really Making Cars Great Again! So you have tried all the rest now try the BEST! I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and these guys are the great. I don’t want any one else to touch my cars. If I have to wait I will grab myself a delicious coffee inside and say hello to Jessi and Sukki. Talk about taking pride in your beans the coffee is a must try. If it’s lunch time grab yourself a sub and eat fresh at the cleanest Subway you will ever see. This place has it all. At Roslyn Car Care they don’t just care about your car they care about you!!
Neil is an outstanding gentleman. He went above and beyond doing a thorough diagnostic check on my vehicle without any charge. Honest people are hard to come by and he checks all the boxes. There's no other place anyone should consider servicing their vehicle.

Our most recent experience was bringing our Toyota Highlander in for NYS inspection. At recent local Toyota service, the Toyota service manager advised me that the front brakes/rotor needed to be replaced (estimate $700) and rattling noise in car was from crack under running board (estimate nearly $600 to replace, inc. labor).
I asked Neil to check these out at time of inspection. Neil mentioned that “The front brakes aren’t even close to needing replacement” and “There was a broken bolt in the running board that we took care of for you.”
All repair shops should be as competent, professional, honest, and fair as the Roslyn Car Care Center. No need to EVER utilize the local Toyota dealership for service!! Neil and staff always deliver service with a smile and done timely and right!!

My tire blew out. They were the closest option. They diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the problem. 25 bucks and about 25 minutes later I was back on the road. They are super professional and affordable. Also friendly. Great shop. Thanks guys.
Something not right happened here when I went to fill my tank with gas. I pressed the “87” button for the cheapest gas, as I always do, but noticed that my $40 only gave me 1/2 tank gas (it should’ve almost filled my tank). I questioned the young lady at the cash register and she began saying there was a mistake and something is wrong with the machine and was going to refund me $6 but then said I chose “93” Ultimate gas, showed this to me on my receipt and bid me adieu. I returned to the pump to confirm, in my mind, that I pressed the “87” gas option and definitely not the “93,” which I have never done. I suspect I was scammed and will never return to this gas station again, and I’m going to report this to “bp” customer service or headquarters.
Roslyn car acre is unfailingly reliable, prompt and fair. From checking out potential problems to nursing my vehicle’s maintenance , they have serviced my vehicles over the years. Their counsel is sound and their attention is fabulously thorough. Niel is professional and great to work with and his prices are great. All of his staff behave as guardians of our safety and advocates for our frugality. They are stuck with me for life! I would recommend them to everyone that takes pride in what they drive. Thank you.

I came up from Virginia to drop my daughter off at college. I noticed her brake lights weren't working. I went to an AutoZone and borrowed some tools to fix her bulbs. BUT the bulbs didn't fix it - it was a brake switch. I ended up spending the night instead of driving a partial way back to find someone to help me fix it. I saw that this garage had good reviews. So I took the car there first thing in the morning to see if I could get it in. Neal and his team rearranged a few cars in the garage to take care of me. They had me in and out in 45 minutes! They also gave me a great price for the work. I was on the road again by 9:30 feeling good about leaving my daughter 9 hours away again. Great people. Great service. I will always send her there if anything new happens with her car. Thank you for a great experience!

I am not certain if RCCC went out of their way to help me today, but I am glad they did. It is very obvious people who runs the place understand customer service. I had brought them so many small problems in all my cars over years and was never disappointed. Nevertheless I was surprised by their friendliness, promptness, professionalism and eagerness to help.
Had a small nail in the tire of my SUV today. Noticed it at 5 PM. Called my usual suspects at local Mavis tire and Land Rover dealer and got the usual 5 PM party lines. Spoke to Roslyn's manager at 505, at the shop at 520, out by 540.
Not so sure this is the routine anymore, but they solved my problem and allowed me to move on with my busy life. I wish there are more people like them.
Dropped car off for simple NY State inspection, all the guys were super friendly and they were quick. Even gave me a ride to my office. Highly recommended.
Great place, honest mechanics which are hard to find, great location, good parking for Subway and store. All in one quick stop plus a Subway for lunch. Gas and great mechanical service!
