They Can’t Seem To Return Phone Calls…..or email inquiries. I reached out by email… no response. I call the next day and ask for the sales manager for used cars (looking at $300,000 Mclaren) and have to leave a VM. No call all day. Call back many hours later and get a receptionist with a bit of an attitude telling me Dave is a busy guy. Yeah, well, I’ve never had that issue with the other Mclaren and Ferrari dealership I’ve dealt with. If I can’t get you to call me back BEFORE I’ve given you a check, why would I believe you will take care of me when I need help AFTER the check has cleared? YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!

Exceptionally easy to purchase a Jaguar F-Type. Anton was on top of everything from start to finish. If I asked a question by text, he answered immediately. He sent update photo's of the car being prepped for shipping across country and kept me posted every step of the way. I have not received the car yet but it's in the carriers hands now. I'll update if the car does not arrive in the condition expected but I would be completely surprised if it didn't. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This dealership is fantastic. I spotted a Porsche 911 on their website that had been traded in for an Aston Martin and it was exactly the car I'd wanted since I was a kid. I reached out and worked with Jason. He not only drove the car over to Gold Coast Porsche for the pre-purchase inspection, the price of which he agreed to cover if I bought the car, but when the inspection turned up error codes on the radio, he replaced it for $5k on the spot at no additional cost to me. He said whether I bought the car or not, it was the right thing to do since they were selling it. He worked quickly to help me navigate the MA DMV to obtain plates in 2 days and I picked up the car today. It's better than advertised and I couldn't be happier with my Long Island Sports Cars experience.

Horrible experience. Bought a 2020 Aston Martin AMR from this Lemonade Stand. Car was nothing but problems from day 1 that it arrived. Had check engine lights on and could not get car smogged. Drove it for 120 miles to reset computers per Brian’s instructions and then the engine started to have multiple misfires. Tried to contact Aston Newport Beach where I have bought/leased a Aston Vantage V12, Aston Vanquish S and a Aston DBS Superleggera Tag Heur limited edition. The guys at Aston Newport acted as if I were a stranger and would not return phone calls or emails. Today, the 2020 Aston Martin Vantage AMR that I only drove for less than 200 miles since it arrived had a complete transmission failure on the freeway and I almost got killed. California Highway Patrol had to quarantine the entire lane on the Highway as the car was complete undriveable (i.e. I can not even pull to the side of the highway to wait for the tow truck — this is all documented by CHP and the Irvine Police Department who also witnessed the condition of the car. To add insult to injury, I tried to call Aston Martin Roadside Service for a tow and after more than an hour, no one at Aston Roadside Service can tell me where the tow truck is. The CHP officer said I can not wait any longer for Aston and dispatched a CHP tow truck which I had to pay over $250 out of pocket to get towed home because of Aston Martin’s incompetence). Aston Martin DOES NOT care about their customers. I recently bought a 2020 Ferrari Pista and Ferrari makes Aston Martin’s Sales and Service department look like Hyundai (actually Hyundai is more reliable than Astons). Aston Martin Long Island is as useless as they come when you buy a car from them and there is trouble. This dealership actually threatens customers to cut off service when he sold me a lemon. I was a die hard Aston Martin fan but enough is enough - these guys are just in it for the sale and turn their backs on you as soon as they take your money. DO NOT BUY ASTON MARTINS — or if you do DO NOT BUY FROM LONG ISLAND SPORTS CARS.

Thank you Mike for taking care of my 675LT. I had a few small issues with my vehicle that I wanted to take care of... Mike was extremely detailed and helpful throughout the process. He took photos of things, and always got back to me at the time he said. This is my first supercar, and the service dept. can be scary when your mislead or uneducated... Mike was very honest and upfront throughout the process. Looking forward to future contacts! 6 Stars for Mike.

My sales person was Patrick Watt. He was great to deal with. I got a great car at a fair price including my trade-in. The delivered the car on the day it was promised. I'm from out of state and they took care of all the paperwork except for the state inspection of course. I'd buy again from them.

From my initial inquiry of the car from the website till I took delivery, Patrick was professional and courteous. There was minor issue after I took delivery, but he was able to work with the closest dealership to me and get the problem all taken care of. I will definitely be using Long Island Sports Cars again.

I had a really great experience with Long Island Sports Cars! I live in Florida and I recently purchased a car from them sign unseen. The transaction went incredibly smoothly and they really went above and beyond. The previous owner of the car had an extra set of wheels and tires which Long Island Sports Cars shipped to me at no charge. They had a full and thorough service done on the car at the local Porsche dealer at their own expense. They handled shipping and the car arrived quickly and in great shape. I really have zero complaints, which is rare in this industry.
