I mean waiting in line for 10 plus minutes you’d expect the cashier to help you instead of proceeding to answer the phone after she helped the last customer then as you Stand there for another 5 minutes still not being helped. Now if that isn’t some great customer service

help me choose the right fuse. When I went to AutoZone before, the staff told me to find it myself, and I had no idea what to look for. This time you helped me solve the problem; I got the correct part, and it works perfectly after installing it in my car. Thank you again!

Purchased a battery for my 2021 Jetta. "Free Install" was part of the purchase. Advance Auto Parts couldn't perform the service. Other stores in the area also couldn't perform a service which required VIT technology. I am not satisfied and unhappy with a poor experience.

Knowledgeable staff but small selection of individual fuses. We had to buy a 40pack for one fuse that we needed.

Over the years I've been to many Auto Parts stores. This Advance Auto Parts store on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola will go out of the way to make sure you are totally satisfied as a customer. I said to the manager that you guys know what it takes to build Goodwill into a customer that makes me feel like I want to come back here. Then I said I take that back it makes me feel like this is the only auto parts store that I ever want to deal with. What can I say great service great people.

Well, well, well what can I say? As soon as I parked into that familiar parking spot, I breathed in the gorgeous air, and I made my way to the front doors. I walked towards the front and I pulled the push door accidentally and I thought it was closed, but then I realized to my surprise it was open so then I’ve entered the door and from there on the magic happen the new beginnings have started. I wish that I could tell you the truth. I’ve been here 1 million times I stopped painting excuses, red, even if I’m trapped in our rewind, rewind it right in front of these employees. I heard their voices but missed them in time. I followed one of those signs, but the clocks always struck nine when the sun sets on the side of my head and I thought it was snowing only when the ashes fell on the floor in my hands that I know. Oh. They’ll be a car where all the parts go we should bury the parts along with the cars we own, but I couldn’t fix it. I couldn’t make my car work. Until I went to you guys and got the parts. So onto a bursting wave of blinding lights I thought those guys splashed antifreeze in the sky standing still in front of my car. I still remember the way I used to drive in the rain hold out my hand and I race. The clouds never seem to fade away away away away, no matter how hard I looked through the streets around I never could shine the headlights underground to the point where I got sick of pretending that I could drive till I learned to drive my car. Let it unfold those blinding lights. Give me something to hold onto my wheel when I’m driving so slow over the edge of the bridge that I took turn to follow. Where do I go? Where do I end up when I drive to work? To in the shadows so bright and in gold place my faith into my cars I’m not in control stop a couple parts renew stop the drive and let it follow through, antifreeze, just fill off the tube. Drive again another drive a I guess that there was never really such a thing like every drive was meant to be, but I’m gonna win the silly game until then I will never drive take back all my regrets in camouflage them like my car silhouette. Time is like music play till the end and then reset knowing it all in my destiny to drive like how you did for me. Hold on to me as we go as I drive down this unfamiliar road although this wave wave is streaming us along just know you’re not alone make this place. My home settle down lol be clear. Don’t paint your mind with the parts they’ll fill you with fear the trouble and might drag you down when my car is lost. It will always be found. Just know it’s never long. I’m gonna make this store my home. On the other side of the street I knew stood a car that looked like you. I guess I felt some déjà vu. I thought it couldn’t be true cause I moved to West LA and then 2 to New York in Long Island Ayo. Whatever to get away from you oh but the one night was more than just right I didn’t need you. Until me car blew. I was so overwhelmed and Frankly scared as well cuz my service was past due. Oh I swear to you, they’ll be there for you, this is not a drive by by by by byyy, just a car guy looking for a new ride, hefty thing to hold my supplies- eyes-eyes eye eyssss.

What a great store. It's big, bright, well stocked and clean. The staff are very good too. Jonathan helped us and went out of his way to help and was amazing. Highly recommend

It was my first time at Advance Auto Parts and I was really impressed with the service. Robert was outstanding: he not only helped me with my battery replacement but also took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was good to go. He was kind, professional, and very attentive. You can tell he truly cares about helping customers, which is rare to find these days. Thanks to his service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this store and recommending it. A 10/10 for Robert and Advance Auto Parts!

I needed to replace my battery & the staff were a big help today. They made sure I had the correct battery and installed it. They assisted in troubleshooting my car when the sensors restarted after the battery install. I really appreciate all the help!

Just got a new windshield wiper there! Young blonde gentleman helped me pick the right one for my car and install it ! Give this man a raise !! Great store :)

Lazy employees not willing to even check their policy on price match. Outright deny on request to price match without even checking. Apparently the employee says they don't price match Wal-Mart.

I never write any bad reviews about another business but I just had one of the worst experiences here and I feel HR should definitely take a look into exactly what's going on in this location. I went into this location after work for an oil change. I spoke to an older gentleman by the name of Eric and he was in front of the computer and I asked if he can look up which oil my Nissan Sentra needs. He looked up from the computer and rudely explained "If you open the hood of your car it clearly tells you which oil goes into your car." I said "I didn't know it says that thanks for the info but can you still please check the computer because I don't want to go back outside in the dark to open the hood to see the writing on the engine." He then looks over at another customer waiting nearby and tells him that "I don't understand how someone who drives a car does not know what oil goes into his car." I felt really embarrased by this and explained to him that I'm not a professional mechanic and I'm sorry I dont know much about cars and that's why I came into Auto Zone expecting one of the workers to help me. Eventually he looked into his computer and saw which oil I needed for my car but he just pointed me to the direction of the oil section of the store. I looked in the back and was searching for about 5 minutes and I could not find the oil I needed. I went back to Eric to see if he can help me find the oil and he reluctantantly went to the section and said we don't have it. I just don't know why I wasted my time if he could've just checked his computer to see how many he had in stock. It was just the worst experiece I've had at a retail store and Eric had the worst customer service skills in a place that advertises that they are better than a mechanic because they are always willing to help which is clearly not the case.

NEW CAR BATTERY - Searched online, physically went to two different places(won’t mention names) they wanted all kinds of personal ID, they wanted to sign me up for numerous programs etc… These places were such a hassle I gave up for the day. Started fresh search this morning. Stumbled on Advance Auto Parts thru Google Nav, they had good reviews so I went there. So glad I did. The kid at the counter had a helpful attitude and I appreciate that very much. They hooked a computer to my car to make sure it was a battery problem at no charge! (the other places charge $10) They had me In and out in 20 mins with a brand new Diehard Battery that Advance Auto installed in my car at no charge! I made the right choice by giving up yesterday and starting fresh this morning! Thank you to Advance Auto Parts in Mineola, NY.

Sign says come in and we troubleshoot your engine light . Well they didn’t , they said they didn’t have a OBD . Never shopping here again. Brand new store you would think they would be excited to have customers walk in .
