Went to purchase a rear wiper blade for my 2023 Buick Encore. Was told that the part was discontinued. Really on a 3 year old vehicle? Went online and found numerous sites to purchase the wiper. Wouldn’t go there again!!!!
Walked around for a while needing help with no one around. Finally heard someone on the phone way in the back and called out a few times to get their attention. Came out as slow as possible with the minimal amount of help. Only would go back due to proximity.
Just came to this location to have my car battery tested. It had been sitting for awhile and wouldn't turn on. AAA came out and couldn't get it started and told me to get a tow to a mechanic. Instead my brother jumped it and I came here to get it tested. The helped me out right away and explained everything clearly. The staff member even let me know how I could disconnect the battery in the future if it is going to sit for awhile. I can't say enough about how helpful they were.
These people are lazy, the one guy with mechanic experience is lazy and doesn't even want to leave store to help customer in parking lot. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I needed just one minute of his time but was ignored. No stars

After being ignored on numerous occasions for service at other AAP stores in the area, it is so refreshing to walk into an AAP and be greeted and acknowledged for service even when the employees are busy. I drive just a bit further to shop at this store because it is always a pleasant experience. My compliments to the staff.
My first visit last month was great but I just went today to buy a battery. WOW amazing customer service! I called ahead to check if they had the part I needed and the rep confirmed it was on the shelf. When I got there he helped me save some money and gave me tips for the install! Really a great experience! This will be my go to parts store from now on.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Jessica was the best! She had a new battery installed for me as well as clean the terminals and check my alternator within minutes. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Parts and will definitely go back for an auto parts needed.
I’ve had to get a few parts from the Advance Auto Parts in Lynbrook over the past few months, and every visit has been a great experience. The employees are always friendly and seem like they genuinely enjoy working there. They’re very helpful and attentive, making sure I find exactly what I need. I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere and excellent customer service every time I stop by.
Came in for an odd part and provided the staff with a part number. All 3 guys committed to finding the part for me with 1 guy on the phone with other stores and 2 others searching the floor and in the back. After some time they found my part and I was able to complete my project. Thanks
