Went in to this dealership today to check out the 2026 Seltos. Sat down with the salesman, Will, who answered all of my questions and eventually made doing a deal with them so easy. I am not one for buying new cars as it's always been a stressful experience but this team rocks. Great price, great trade in price and stress free deal making. Went today and got a brand new KIA Seltos for my boyfriend.... yes I AM jealous!! Lol.... we had the best salesman... Thank you Will Hrubec.... No pressure... No rushing ... Took the time to explain EVERYTHING and answer every question ( I had a lot lol ). Same thing with financing!! No pressure and EXCELLENT warranties offered!! But, again all the information was given to us with none of the pressure!! This is how you build clients for life!! Thank you for making it so easy!!

I purchased my Kia Carnival from Autoworld Kia and have continued to bring it there for service. The first two services were free and uneventful, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing. On both recent services, the oil change/service indicator was not reset, and I had to manually address this myself. During my 24,000-mile service, I was told the visit would take about two hours; instead, I was there for four hours. When I returned to my car, I found food and personal items left inside by the person who serviced it, including a half-drunk water bottle and protein shakes. The car also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Later, I discovered a cigarette butt left inside the vehicle. I had to pay for an additional professional cleaning to remove the smoke odor. I contacted my service representative twice and also reached out directly to the service center. I never received a call back or any response. The oil change sticker still shows 24,000 miles, and the service reminder was never reset, which raises serious concerns about whether the full 24,000-mile service was actually completed—especially given that I was charged over $1,600. I understand there is an upcharge when using a dealership service center, but that should come with professionalism, accountability, and high-quality work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would only return in the event of a recall. If you are comfortable with employees eating and smoking in your car, this may not be an issue—but I am not.

Scott Yaeger was extremely helpful when he assisted me back in 2021 with purchasing my first car, a 2021 Kia Sportage LX. He worked hard to get me a great deal and took the time to explain the vehicle’s quality and features in a clear and honest way. Even after the purchase, I continue coming back for service, and Scott is still there to help and make sure everything goes smoothly. He genuinely tries to save you money and looks out for your best interest. I highly recommend Scott Yaeger if you want a professional, knowledgeable salesperson, he has over 15 years of experience. Lee was absolutely amazing to deal with and the reason that I came back was because he was so courteous and helped us find what we needed in a car. He was not pushy at all and took the time to meet our needs and explain the differences on every car. Mike the mananger was extremely accommodating to meet us at the price we wanted to be at with the car we loved. Would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely recommend Lee if you want your perfect car and don't want to be overwhelmed with typical dealerships being pushy. 5 stars all around !

Let me start by saying this is the 5th dealership we visited and auto world exceeded all my expectations . My sales rep Ryan was amazing , so this review is for him. We met a very helpful salesperson in the parking lot Akhim who greeted us and we then sat with him inside their temporary offices. Akhim was so helpful, knowledgeable. He guided us based on what we were looking for and never tried to oversell. He was very accommodating in having us test drive the model we were interested. After the drive, we sat down again went over pricing. Akhim was never pushy and was genuine and helpful. His manager came to say hello and again not pushy. It was an excellent experience and I highly recommend if you are interested in a Kia for you to see Akhim Dale and this dealership.

Great teamwork! I found a car online and reached out through autotrader.com to Auto-World Kia. I was immediately contacted by Chris, who set-up an appointment for me to see the car and take a test drive the next day. When I arrived the following day, I was warmly greeted by the lovely manager, Sean, who told me my salesperson was not available yet but he would help me himself. He got the keys to the car and allowed me to get in and look around while waiting for Willie. Willie took over from there. Knowlegeable about the car and Kia (it was my first time buying a Kia), Willie was easy to work with and made all the adjustments to help me get the car at the cost I wanted. My trade-in was simple. Willie was professional and not at all pushy, always asking about my needs from the car. The sale was made and I love my new car! Thank you William Hrubec! Vinay in finance was also clear and not pushy, making all the adjustments needed for the final sale. The one negative experience, as other reviewers have noted, is that it is a MUCH longer process than they initially tell you. It took 5 hours even though I walked in knowing the car I would purchase and did not look at any other. Plan for a long day!

My Autoworld KIA experience was by far better than anyone can expect at a car dealership. Pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Scott and Vinay aren't only true professionals but great people. They were very transparent from the start, no games and no gimmicks. I wasn't sure what I would get from Service based on mixed reviews. I found the end product to be very good and very professional. They serviced and replaced the ICCU On my 2023 EV6. Originally it had sounded like it would take a while however it took exactly 5 days. I got my car and it was spotless and the repair seems to be good however, I have no idea about non-mechanical cars. Jeff was good. 5 stars

Please stay away from this dealership at all costs!!!! It took over 6 hours to finish the new car purchase! I went in at 12noon had to wait an hour to see a salesperson I test drove 2 cars and decided on a car. At 3pm I started with the paperwork. I was ready to see the finance person to sing all the paperwork at 4pm. From there I was told there was 2 person ahead of me so I waited and waited for until 9 :30 pm.then I finally finished my purchase at 10:30 pm. This is insane!!!!! The next day I here noise from the passenger seat, clunking noise. So I made an appointment for 2 days later. I visited the service department and I was shocked. You have to wait 3 weeks to just to check for the problem!!! You have to leave your car for 3 weeks just to check!! No loaner car available! It's all out. I was told when I purchased an extended warranty for 10000 miles for $3000 with $100 deductible I will always get a loaner car. What good is a extended warranty if there's no loaner car available!!! At the end the service person manged to put my car in to check right away. I waited 2 hours. They have to order the part and it could take a month or more!!! And they will call when the part comes in. I asked for a service paper but he said it's okay, you don't need a receipt, we will just call you when the part is in. This place is very unprofessional!!!! So buyers please stay away from this dealership!!!!!
