Buyer beware...make sure you have a mechanic check the car before you buy from here. I bought a 2016 honda accord in June for my grandson. Three weeks later we had to replace the alternator. One month later we had to do front and back brakes. Now, 5 months later the engine started knocking and needs to be replaced. Beware...Addendum to the post...To be fair to Reis Motors...The car went to the mechanic for engine replacement and the mechanic found that it wasn't the engine, it was the alternator causing the problems. So instead of $6000 it only cost us $1000, bringing the total to $3000 in the 4 months since the car was bought.

Came into Reis Motors to shop for a work van and immediately I was approached by the owner and felt an overwhelming trust and realism about him. Totally different than many dealership experiences. I asked for a picture of under car as i would be an out of state buyer. Guy gets very rude with me and states "I dont have picture of under car. Where are you going to find a good price for a vehicle like this? Thats all you need to worry about."
May be a good vehicle and price, but will not patronize anyone's business who shows disrespect and cant handle a simple task of taking a picture of under car to see if its rust before I drive 4 hours to buy the vehicle.
However, The guy was very quick to send total price of vehicle, send address and ask when am I coming to buy, but does not want to answer certain questions that a customer has.
I was buying this 09 honda ridgeline for my nephew for school. He was very excited and had to break the news to him that we will have to find another vehicle due to lack of customer service at this place. This is a lesson for my nephew and I will still get him a vehicle at another location.
This guy IS A BIG SCAM ARTIST he sold me a town and country and after 6 months when he fixed the Catalytic converter it broke again and wouldn't fix he purposely sold me a lemon it also the air conditioning was never working. the screen doesn't work and had to get new tires DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER STAY FAR AWAY

I drove 5 hours to come buy a GL 450. Service was great and he was very polite. I was happy with the fact that he was so concerned about my safety and advised me not to drive without insurance on the vehicle (though I wasn't going to drive an uninsured car). I was satisfied with the service I got.
Overall it was a great experience. Both Eric and Sam were very professional and courteous in assisting my family and me on our needs. They were very transparent and there was no negative experience during our interactions. They were very exceptional in terms of handing the transaction process, and they both were very educated on the process. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

I just bought a car and must say they are very good and honest people. I am a mom of 5 who really needed a car ASAP and did not have much money. But they worked with me and we found something that they had and was perfect for me. They are honest and that means everything. I highly recommend doing business with them. The car is written at a very cheap rate but when you go it gives you a very expensive deal and the car is also not good and the customer service is very bad.
