I bought a couple of vehicles from Frankfort Valley Auto in the past and had no issues. I bought my current SUV from Carbone 8 years ago but I bring it to Frankfort Valley Auto when I need service. They are reasonable and friendly.
DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM HERE.I bought my car this past May with 77,000+ miles,Took it back to them bc brakes/tires needed to be changed,then there was shaking,tire pressurelight is always going on n off,kept going back every week n given a run around,they fix the issue,not the full problem..and coincidentally the warranty was up at the end of July,just today i had to have the suspension changed on it,nothing was mentioned about the suspension being bad...that was almost 1,500.00 ..Is this a place of trust n honesty...I THINK NOT.
I would strongly suggest you do NOT buy a car from this place. He sold us a car and immediately it leaked oil. Took it back and he said he fixed it. Nope. Took it back again with the same result. So then, of course the 30 days are up. $800 later it is fixed by another garage. Then, after another few months the car DIED. No garage wanted to fix it as it would involve totally changing out the engine. We were quoted $5000 to $8000. So we are stuck with a car payment for 5 years with a junk car. Called Frank to see if he could do anything and he said he’d check into it and get back to me. Now I realize he is under no obligation to fix this as the warranty has run out. But he never called back!!! Obviously does not care about his reputation. Do not buy a car there as he strung us along till the warranty ran out then did not appear to care. My opinion anyway.
My wife and I have both purchased 8 vehicle's in the past 24 years from FVAS and have zero complaints! I have recommended them to family and friends. Excellent business!
If you want a car with a junkyard engine in it this is the place to go.. didn't even last a year for $7000 dollar .. total hack!... After the engine blew and I went to a real mechanic they said the engine had vs all over it from Vincent's U-Pull-It..
Do not I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR UNLESS YOU GET IT CHECKED & by checked I mean engine, Exhaust any other big problems ! Otherwise do not buy lmao Your looking for the Price of the car then double that in a couple months for repairs
Larry and Deb are great people . Always reasonable and honest . I've bought 3 vehicles from them and never had a problem with any of the vehicles . My last vehicle I purchased from them was needed quickly to replace a totaled car which hadn't even been completely rectified yet and Deb worked her magic and got me in a very reliable car which I actually never test drove. This is called pure trust ! You guys rock 💪 ! I know with just a phone call you guys will take care of my auto needs with complete honesty and a HUGE smile !

Over the past 20 years I have bought everyone of my vehicles from Larry. He has never steered my wrong. I don't know what I'm gonna do if he ever retires.
Worst place to buy a car ever!! Don't bother! Larry's wife Deb is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with! Everytime I would go in with a problem she would pretty much tell me I was lying because they didn't want to fix anything under the warranty. Didn't even have the car a week and the heater core went! Also my mother was a life long customer! Got every car from them for over 20 years and she was yelling at my mother one day. Never ever will we step into that place again! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
