The last time I was into parkridge auto was over a year ago. The oil plug on my truck was stripped out on an engine they installed and only they touched at that point in time but when I changed the oil both because the gasket on the old oil filter was never taken off and the plug was leaking they denied both ever happening. This is one will be the very last time I use there service. All they had to do is fix the problem and own there mistake. Neither happened. I am happy to take any buisness that I referred to them including myself and go elsewhere. My father was a mechanic for 50 years. One of the hardest things to do is find an honest shop to preform your work. Unfortunately its not parkridge auto

There is no better auto repair center in the area than Park Ridge. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always do the job right at a reasonable price. Thanks Park Ridge Auto for another fantastic experience!

Took my BMW to Park Ridge believing I had a simple coolent leak. Wrong! Turns out I needed a new water pump which required some serious man hours to replace. Repair was done quickly and repair cost lower than the initial quote. Very happy with all aspects of the repair. This was my first experience with Park Ridge and would definately use them for future service needs.

This was the best car repair experience I've had in a long time. I dropped off my car Weds with a radiator issue and they had it fixed, inspected and ready to roll before lunch on Thursday. I'll absolutely be going here for future work and recommending to friends & family. Thanks!

Everything was great. Got me in right away, making appointments are extremely hard for me to do because I don’t have a regular work schedule. So I appreciate you getting me in right away.

Park Ridge has been my "go to" auto care for 8 yrs! Scott and his team are always accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly (even greeting you by name) . It's nice to feel comfortable dropping your car off for maintenance and knowing that it will be top quality with honesty, without the "upsell"! Thanks Scott, and team, for your consistent 5* service!

I bought my 2011 ford escape to them and had them look at it cause I had a shake noise going on in the back. Scott looked it over my truck and call me back hours later and told me it wasn’t with putting no money into. Everybody there was nice and honest. I def will recommend them to anybody❤️customer service was on point

I've come here a few times to address various concerns for my old vehicle. The waiting room is comfortable, the employees seem to enjoy each other, I've heard other customers talk about how they only want to come to this place...and, as someone who isn't knowledgeable about cars, they just take care of it. That is perhaps the most appreciated part - they just get the car fixed up and give it back to me in a reasonable time frame. Really happy that I've found this place.

Highly recommend. I’ve used Park Ridge to service my vehicles many times over the years. Scott and his staff are very professional and their work is reasonably priced.

This is the very first time I did not go to the dealer for repairs and I could not be more pleased. I was stressed about being without a car and the turn around was fast, 2 hours after opening. Price was fair. They also pointed out some other things that may need attention, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Park Ridge Auto Care was recommended to me by my brother-in-law after our mechanic of over 30 years sold his business. I'm glad I took his advice. Park Ridge is great. It's conveniently located off of the 400 on Union Road. Their communication is great. They're very thorough, professional and honest. It's not easy finding mechanics you can trust and I'm glad I went with Park Ridge.

Needed to get a pre-inspection for a dealer used car and on short notice able to get in the following day. Found premises to be clean, organized, and all staff attentive and accommodating. The technician went over the vehicle with us and explained all concerns and answered all questions fully and consistently. We live 45 minutes away, but the high quality of service makes the travel time all very worthwhile. Our best experience yet of any auto service center in this region.

Scott and his team are always timely and professional with courteous personal customer care and the highest quality work. I have been a consistent customer for about 7 years and wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for service.

Courteous service but had bad results from what was supposed to be an oil change coolant flush with new components and a leaking front tire. The oil change required extensive repairs due to a factory designed plastic auto cooler known to leak. The price for the upgrade fix was reasonable and I went with it. A bolt was broken during repair of the cooler and I lost a day and a half without a vehicle they charged me 1 and one half hours of time for broken bolt. The coolant flush was not performed but the components including a new thermostat and housing (they replaced the thermostat housing with a factory plastic style because they would not go beyond their supplier for an aluminum version upgrade that I preferred.) They removed the front tire and broke the bead to reseal to prevent leaking. They called me when they had job completed and picked me up at home to return to shop and pay the bill. On the drive back to shop the manager driving assured me all was done less the coolant flush and the aluminum thermostat housing. Had me pay the bill and never showed me old parts. Here's my gripe, 2 days after the fix while driving I smell gas fumes, I pull over and check for leaks, couldn't find any. When I got home a friend came by and when he got out of his vehicle smelled fuel he asked me about it, after opening hood we find a fuel fitting was off it's connection. We press it in place and it goes in tight and stayed there since ( about 2 weeks till this review). This day I was 60 miles from home and I noticed the front left wheel thumping and getting worse. When I arrived at my destination I look over the steering components and start to think something has worn out so I have AAA tow me home. I call up same friend who helped me find the fuel leak issue ( which was caused by mechanic when changing oil cooler he did not put the line back properly) my friend takes the truck for a ride so we can determine the fix and starts to believe a CV joint is worn out? Back in the driveway we put the front end up on jackstands and ops check all we could. Upon inspecting the left wheel that was removed by Park Ridge to repair a slow leak my mechanic friend notices wheel shakes and finds that 4 lug nuts were loosening with 1 snug. So we pulled it off jackstands torqued the lug nuts to spec, test drove the truck and the skake and thump went away. By the way all though I was charged for the tire fix it still slow leaks. I can't call my experience at Park Ridge Auto a worthy experience and do not recommend them and will never use them again. Maybe the Management should start looking at what their workers are doing a little closer to prevent dangerous mishaps like they put me through.

My 1986 Buick was stored for years and needed dire attention. Scott was great to work and set up schedule to bring it in. I was in no hurry and told them to take their time and work on it when time allowed. They kept it garaged every night. Steve was the auto tech who did most of the work. Scott kept me informed on the progress and within a month the car was road ready. They did a great job. The car ran like it just came out of the showroom. There is more to be done but that will wait for Spring. The price was well within my expectations and budget. The printout of the work done and what still needs to be done was clear and precise. I’m am very satisfied and highly recommend Park Ridge Auto Services.

I've taken my car there to get inspected a couple times, they got it done quickly both times and didn't try to upsell me. Very friendly staff and great service

Excellent service! I was shuttled home because I didn't have a ride after leaving my truck. Very easy to setup an appointment online. Definitely using them from this point on.

Exemplary customer service. I took my car in for a multitude of issues. All were fixed in the same day. Through no fault of their own, a faulty part was installed in my car and they fixed it the next day for no charge. Their hours are great for people who work and their prices arevery reasonable.

Wonderful experience. We have been using Park Ridge for years, never had an issue, no long waits for appointments, vehicle is always ready on time and most of all they are very honest. One of the best recommendations we ever got.

Everyone at this business is friendly and respectful. They are honest in their work and pricing. I would not take my car anywhere else. Park Ridge is my go to place when my vehicle needs maintenance and loving. Great job and thank you for your service to my car

A friend recommended Park Ridge Auto Care to me about 10 years ago, and I have been a customer ever since! Scott and his team do a wonderful job communicating what needs to be done and why, and I never feel like they are trying to upsell at any point. I normally drop my vehicle off for service, but on the few occasions I have waited in the lobby it is always well maintained and supplied with coffee and water.

I always have a great experience. I needed to get my car in for brake work, and they were able to get me in on the day I needed. The work was done quickly and well. They listen to my concerns and I have never felt taken advantage of with their advice.

I had no idea this little gem of a place was right in my town! I made an online appointment for NYS Inspection. I was taken on time, in and out service, friendly staff, and comfortable waiting area. I definitely will consider Park Ridge Auto if I need car repairs.

I'm considering taking my older car on a long road trip (Buffalo to Las Vegas and back). Took it to park ridge for them to go over it thourougly before the trip. They did a ton of work on it, including a new battery, new serpentine belt, new spark plugs, new sway bar link pins, an alignment, added fuel treatment, and an oil change with a high mileage oil additive. They also did an inspection. prior to this service, my car (2012 ford fusion with the V6) was struggling to get 19 miles per gallon. Took it for a long test drive out the Rez right after picking it up; first i reset the counter for the MPG. after going to the rez and back (about 50 miles) I'm now getting about 29 miles per gallon! not sure how much of that is attributed ot the spark plugs; the old ones were the originals with 150,000 miles on them! who knows if they were even all firing anymore? Any, If i do end up taking my car on the long trip i have in mind i'm sure it will do much better now than if i had not had all this work done.

Had 22 inch tires swapped to a new pair of rims and it definitely took experienced, knowledgeable techs to make my Mercedes look right.. I was referred by another shop that does great work (GK auto) and now I have another great shop to take care of my vehicles when needed.
