Took my mother's vehicle for an inspection. They falsely failed it for tires and brakes. The parts were worn but not below passing. It also took over 2 hours because they couldn't find the wheel lock key. (Key was right in backseat)
First time here i needed a Battery Mark was great said that the battery will be here in 30 min
I knew my truck had some issues so i appreciate their honesty and concerns i promise i will definitely be back for tires right after the holiday thank you so much Mark and the mechanics here were great 👍

Great work, attention to detail. I needed a heater core replaced which required the entire dashboard to be removed. I spoke to several shops before choosing Falkners and I chose them because Mark understood the complexity of the job. They completed the job and everyone of the 1000 screws, fasteners, clips, covers, wires, and brackets were installed properly. No rattles and works perfectly!
UPDATE 2-3 YRS LATER: Rattles and noises have been getting worse so I took it apart and now see some of the cob-job work that was done. Broken clips jammed in places where they don't belong, missing screws, sloppy assembly and a poorly installed core required a complete re-do. Ironically, before I learned this, I took another car there and had very bad experience. It was equally cobbed up costing me thousands. Jammed a seal in pump causing a leak a then wanted me to pay more to replace it. Broke some things because they didn't use the right tools. They want to replace everything they touch rather than analyzing and repairing. More $ that way! Won't be using them anymore.
Worst auto mechanics in the area. Won't fix your problems. Just makes more problems and tells your it's not their problem. $2200 and nothings fixed. Hacks
Came to get my brakes and rotors changed and ended up getting that and a muffler fixed. Amassing service and at a great price as well. This is definitely my new go to shop.
I was having the hardest time finding an auto shop willing to work with my out of market warranty, so I was happy to find out that Falkner's would. I brought my vehicle in not knowing exactly what the problem was.
Peter was very kind and patiently explained what they found. I did end up paying quite a bit more for the repair than I had hoped I would, but that seems to be an issue w the warranty-and my car, not the shop. Besides, my car is running beautifully now so I'm happy. Very grateful to have found an honest auto service center. If (God forbid) I have any other issues I know where I'm going.
Great service. Took vehicle in for alignment and they did excellent job with same day service. Even went beyond their duties and took care of lil things. Like greasing Squeaky door hinges and fixing a rattling heat shield. 5 star service all the way. Definitely gonna be my go to mechanic for now on.
Took my son's car there to fix his ball joint, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The cost was very reasonable I was very happy with the work done. I will definitely take all my vehicles there whenever I need mechanical work done.
I was in the middle of a road trip from Massachusetts to Colorado when my battery light came on. I stopped at Advance Auto and had them test my alternator, which was bad. Because it was 9pm, all auto shops were closed. Luckily, I was just outside Buffalo NY so I spent the rest of the night researching shops in the area, and decided to call Falkner’s in the morning. These guys were great. I called as soon as they opened and they got me right in and changed my alternator. It took longer than expected due to some stuck bolts but they finished the job in the same day and even gave me a discount on the labor and the extra time it took to get the bolts off. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and if I am ever stuck in Buffalo again (hopefully not) I will return to them.
Charged me an hour labor to change 2 license plate lights and one trail light bulb. Don't see how that would take me than 15 minutes. And 3 dollars in shop supplies. Not sure what that's about.
Faulkner's was great to work with! They got my car in right away and went above and beyond to deliver top-notch service. Pete was super helpful and very genuine - I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, which sometimes happens with auto service shops. I will definitely be going there again!
Mark and Peter have always taken care of me and never let me drive away with any doubt. They know what I come from and what I expect as far as automotive performance and never let me down. They have come through for me when other shops have failed....thanks guys ...your the best
UPDATE 1/3/2020:
Less than a week later the original issue has popped up again. They told me it wasn't a leak when it was in their shop and they charged me enough for 'diagnostics' that they should of known what was wrong. I also told them it was likely a leak and not just a sensor.
Further the plastic cover that is used to hold the bar that keeps my hood up is now missing. So my bar just rattles around inside my hood and the cables that are normally under said cover are now exposed.
Will be filling a complaint with the BBB and AAA.
Fast, and good follow up. They were able to service my car quickly on very short notice. They called me when they said they would and explained everything clearly. Very high price for the service level. Found them through AAA and would not recommend.
Great fast service. Honest and friendly. I didn't feel pressured or stressed out to fix anything immediately that wasn't crucial. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely go back !

Always quick and convenient service. The managers and staff are always friendly and they will always make sure you drive away happy. Prices are fair and decent. I don't trust anyone else to work on the cars that I drive my family around in.

I went in there to get an oil change, having never been there before. The manager (I believe his name was Steve) told me that the manufacturer said that I had to get a synthetic oil change and that regular oil could damage my engine. So I wound up paying about $60 extra. So next oil change, I went to Towne Ford, and their service manager told me that it's totally not true, that regular oil would work just fine, and that the guy at Falkner's totally ripped me off. I don't appreciate that kind of dishonesty. I will NEVER go there again, and as far as I'm concerned, they lied and stole from me. Don't let this happen to you.
I have been having my vehicles serviced at this shop for 30 years. Top notch professional service every time. Any suggestion for additional work has always been in the interest of safety and long term maintenance of the car. These guys are the best.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Being busy with work and school I took my truck to Falkners what a MISTAKE!!!!! Got my truck fixed there and I noticed gear oil leaking a week later. Took it back in and left it there a few hours and was told it was fixed this time. A few days later I looked back under it and gear oil was leaking again. Fed up I went In for a third time and said just order the parts and ill fix it myself which I did and miraculously its still not leaking a week and a half later. If you want something done right you have to do it yourself I guess. If the rear differential was to run out of fluid it would cause my truck but apparently the people at Falkners weren't concerned about that.
Went for a simple alignment. Was told the ball joints were almost falling out. They had been replaced only 6 months ago. I used to work in a wrecking yard and put the car up to check for play in the ball joints - there was none at all. To make matters worse, they charged me almost $22.00 as a lift fee, even though they did no work.
