Very busy location, staff constantly in motion. Just be patient, they will get to you in the order you walk in the door. Only drawback is needing to park in the back, & carry everything to the front entrance.
This place is awesome the service is great fast clean
And then today handed out 100 free turkeys on a Sunday in the cold wind to make sure 100 people got a thanksgiving meal this is a great company and to give back to the Lackawanna community god bless you all happy holidays
It was a very quick and easy experience. The place was clean and the gentlemen manning the counter were very friendly. On top of that, they pay $0.06 a can vs $0.05 elsewhere. I’ll definitely be back.
Second time I have gone in here and the place smells terrible to begin with, there was no place to put bottles down people are just ignorant and rude

Counted my bottles before I took them in they shorted me 20 bottles never again was going to say something but once they count them it's too late wasn't going to argue over a dollar I'm sure they do it to everyone and put it in the top jar stay away go elsewhere
Always a great experience, can’t thank you guys enough for the work you guys do! I come here often with so many bottles & cans & it’s always a pleasure walking out. Saw a negative review of comments made towards a muslim customer, I’m a muslim woman & I’ve never felt judged or disrespected in anyway. Workers are always kind & genuine. I would never I mean never come back here a guy before me just placed a never open bag of ice cream on the tip box and he just started yelling at him I felt soo bad and he got mad because he just brought like 15 bottles I gave them 7 full bags of cans and water bottles I just got 28 in return the other day I gave them 4 bags and I got 45$ wegmans is way way way better 4-5 bags=28 don’t coke here and they went so fast and skipped a lot of bottles started talking about me because I’m Muslim just the worst place it smelled like alcohol from far way if I could give it a zero star rating I would if u wanna have a the worst experience then this is the best place .
Fast and efficient. They give you. 6 cents rather than the normal 5. Never had an issue here other than sometimes lines can form from those bringing multiple garbage bags full of cans. They probably need more people working here.
I count my bottles before i go in so i know how much i should get in return. The taller thin guy with beard and glasses is always exactly right on the mark. The last two times i have gone in i got the shorter guy with beard and glasses. He shorted me the 1st time by 53 bottles i didn't say anything cause he would just deny it. Recently i got him again i was hoping he may of made mistake last time so went to him again cause taller guy was busy. He did it to me again off by 45 bottles. I am ok if off few bottles but that is a large amount both times. I told him he is being shady and doing something dishonest to be off that much the only 2 times he waited on me. BEAWARE OF SHORTER GUY WITH BEARD AND GLASSES. He is being dishonest and taking some extra $$ for himself.
Our bottle guy was cool. The heavy set guy was complaining about tips the whole time we were there. I won't be coming back. I'm wondering when tips became mandatory and not from the heart for good service and being friendly.
Wow… SUPER FAST, was a very pleasant experience… let’s be honest, returning bottles is not a chore most of us look forward too, these guys were EFFICIENT! Make sure you tip these guys for doing a NEEDED usually thankless service, Thanks! I took back over $30 worth of bottles, I was in and out in 15min, Amazing.
Came here based on reviews. The place is clean, staff was very friendly(even after I apologized in advance letting them know I had about 14 bags worth of bottles and cans with me), and they were very quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend and will revisit.
These people don't wear masks...their rude. No carts avail. Threw my change at my car. No rules posted on door..but amused themselves at my expence. Sorry you own this business...if you hate it it so much, sell it to someone who cares.
First experience with a professional bottle return place, I usually just do it myself but with this pandemic I've let them build up since January and that wasn't happening. Abbott Bottle return was one of the suggested places so I gave it a shot. The staff worked very quickly and seemed very organized, they counted my $55 of cans and bottles in no time. Two thumbs up! I will be back (just hopefully not with as many lol)
We showed up to return three bags of bottles at 4:06 PM on a Friday. The sign on the door said if you are not in line by 4:15 PM that they would be closing. They let my husband stand in line for five minutes before they told him at 4:11 PM that the business was closed for the day. When I called immediately from the car and said we were there to return bottles from a different town and could they please take our business the man said no and hung up on me. Rude people, no standard business hours, pretty bad public relations.
I hate the job of returning cans so I usually wait until I have a ton before I take care of them. This place didn't complain that I had too many cans (like Cash for Cans does). The manager Kevin was pleasant and fast. The place was super clean. I'm definitely going to be going here from now on.
