Great experience. Epic Towing was able to help me out when stranded on the side of the road. Harry was professional, took good care of my vehicle and came very fast. Would highly recommend.

The owner Huck was very professional and came quickly when other services had hours long waits. He even called me back to assure me he was still on his way but stuck in 5 o’clock traffic. Changed my tire quickly despite it being dark, cold and the spare stored underneath my vehicle. He answered my questions and was sure to put everything back together correctly for me. Would definitely recommend Epic and their 10/10 service.

Went with you guys because of your reviews compared to others and man are they right. Really great service! Made a very hard situation better with a calm and understanding demeanor. There's no one better. Thanks!

Huge shout out to Jared! All I can say is AMAZING! This tow company was truly so helpful and supportive and great at problem solving! I had a huge issue trying to coordinate where to bring my car for service because the roadside assistance service I was using was not helpful in the slightest, and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. EPIC was so patient with me, even though my problems caused them to be delayed with other scheduled services they had for the day. I sincerely apologize to the customers that were held up by me! But know that EPIC will do a wonderful job and they are so respectful! A lot of tow companies are definitely not nice to their customers!

I had my car stuck in beaver island was calling numbers that i had look in google and no one would answer and i happen to call this company and the guy had call me back in less than 5mins. I told him i needed a ride to buffalo and he quickly look it up and was able to find a driver. In less than 30 mins I had a driver come and pick it up. I would def call them again!

Great first experience. Had a good friend recommend EPIC towing. My car died gave them a call. They were There to pick up my car the same day. Dropped it off at my Repair shop all for a good price. Driver was very friendly not like other tow companies. They will definitely be in my phone for any future issues. Thanks EPIC for taking of my car. Giving me peace of mind not worrying about my car. A great towing company to deal with. They were punctual, and the driver Jared/Jarrod, was very professional and courteous! He was very careful loading my custom street rod onto the truck. They are also very responsive in getting back to you, and letting you know ETA's etc.

I definitely recommend this company in my case it was an Emergency lockout …locked my keys in the car with my baby in the car seat! Called 911 whom sent another company who took to long for me ….every second mattered. This company showed up first and fast! Very friendly helped calm me down was a quick job thanks to the driver whom I owe my life too! Thank you for saving my babies life! Not all heroes wear capes!

I unfortunately had a breakdown with my vehicle and had to set up towing. I was placed in contact with Epic Towing and recovering and received 5 start treatment with quick service and a phone call directly from Huck with Epic who was extremely kind and compassionate about my experience. I would use them again as needed and highly recommend to anyone.

The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and easy to talk to. He came to my house to pick up my keys so that I didn't have to drive to the location where my vehicle broke down. Hucks was great. I needed help with a battery replacement on my car. He told me when he would be able to make it and came right at that time. He was very professional and friendly. Even have some tips on what to look out for next time. He had it done in about 15 minutes max which was perfect because I was kinda in a rush. If he can’t help (which I’m sure he always can) he’ll lead you in the right direction! Use Epic towing for whatever vehicle services you need!!

Called about having an old car in my driveway towed away on Saturday morning. They stopped by within a few hours to assess and said they’d be back the following morning to haul it away. The car was gone by noon on Sunday morning. Service was quick, friendly, and executed with ease despite a long, narrow driveway and a tight fit on the street. Can’t recommend Epic enough.

I did a little research on what company to go with, and selected them for to their positive reviews... They were earlier than promised, very fast, and very professional. I really could not recommend them more. The gentleman who came to help me was clearly with his kids when I called him, and stepped away on a Saturday to help and was never anything but pleasant. Props all around.

Needed a tow for my car. Started it to warm it up and oil light came on, info center said "Low oil pressure, Turn off vehicle immediately". Called my go to repair shop and the owner told me to have it towed down. Called my auto insurance roadside assistance and this is the company they sent and I'm so glad they did. The operator was very professional, very polite, didn't just hook up, loaded the car up on the bed of his truck, and ignore us, nor acted like he's only there to take my car where it needed to go. He engaged in conversation with me and my son. He was also fast at what he does and treated my car like it was his. He's a great asset to your company. Just an all around super nice guy. Also a fast response. I would definitely recommend this company.

Needed a tow last Sunday afternoon, gave Epic towing a call and they were there within the hour. Very friendly and professional service from Hoqbi, who took great care of me and my car. They got my car home quickly and safely and the cost was very reasonable especially on a Sunday! I will definitely call them again if I ever need a tow!

Called in for a tow due to a blown radiator hose on my car. Guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful and nice. Driver was excellent, efficient, and took great care of my car. Definitely will be calling for their service again if needed down the road. Highly recommend 👍

The driver was friendly, courteous, efficient and reassuring. They came before the estimated time and called when they were on the way and when they got here. Hooked up my car quickly but carefully and were on their way within 5 or 10 minutes and made sure to confirm where my car was being towed to. My check engine light was flashing on my vehicle so I ended up reaching out to Epic Towing and Recovery to help me get my vehicle to an available mechanic. Getting your vehicle towed is always a stressful experience, but it’s worth mentioning that Azaldee Mohamed, my assigned driver for this tow, was very respectful and courteous. He showed up on time as promised, was very meticulous when hooking up my vehicle and transporting it, and was fun to talk to. His professionalism added a little light to a bad evening, which I highly appreciate when looking back in hindsight.
