Trustworthy is the best way to describe these guys. I go out of my way to bring mine and my wife's car to them because they never mess around and provide quality workmanship on small or big jobs.
Everytime I go in there for something with our cars , they are so nice , very transparent with everything . They take their time explaining the repairs . They are honest with your repairs , will recommend anything that should be done and the pricing is very fair . Excellent service everytime . I definitely recommend anybody to take their car there for repairs , inspections , oil changes ect.
I took my vehicle down there to diagnose a taillight blinking issue with my Ford F-150 and they took the time to trace and figure out exactly where the issue was.
I appreciated there level of customer service, technology used in making the inquiry, purchase, agreement and correspondence through the whole process.
Would definitely go here again and recommend others!
They charged me $620 total to replace a broken shifter cable! I have taken my car to this shop several times now for repairs and this was a huge disappointment! They raised labor rates to $160/hour. They had my car in the shop for 4 days when it should have been only 2. Once they spent two hours fixing the shifter cable, they told me my car would be delayed ANOTHER day because they forgot to order a clip. They charged me for an extra 30 mins of labor to put the clip on although it was their error. They then charged me an additional $65 to charge and test the battery although I let them know in advance that the battery died due to the hazards being left on while waiting for triple A to arrive. The parts were only $75 total and the bill was over $600. They completely ripped me off. I will not be going back there.
Thanks to Mark and Amy at A&M Automotive. They did a great job on my 65 Corvair after it got hit on the side. They worked with my insurance company and Clark's Corvair to get the parts and repairs the car needed. It came out beautiful
I am beyond impressed with A&M Automotive. I had a situation where I needed to have my car checked out in a timely manner. I never used A&M before. They got me in right away and diagnosed my problem, but that isn’t the only reason I am impressed. They went out of their way to accommodate me. I didn’t know how I was going to get my car and they offered to get me (15 minutes away by car). I was able to get someone to drive me, but they were willing to help me. Their professionalism was shown in every aspect of my experience. Definitely 5 stars!

After fighting with my coilovers and wheel set up for a month, a friend recommended Marc at A&M. Marc took the time to explain everything. After he corner balanced the car, it was perfect. Days after it was finished, we drove it 5 hours to camaro nationals in Pa. and it handled better than ever. He knows his stuff and I'll recommend this place to everyone I know.
We have been going to A&M Auto for a few years now and I do not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. I am 100% confident I am getting honest diagnostics, quality work, and fair prices. Amy and Marc are very easy to work with and go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. We recently had a car/deer incident and they took care of the insurance aspect as well. It has been a long time since I felt like I had a relationship with a mechanic and I have that at A&M.

Quick, honest, easy to work with. Have been searching for a new mechanic since the last few either missed major issues or tried to sell me replacement flux capacitor and turn signal fluid for my Toyota truck. These guys were easy to schedule, quick to communicate, cooperative with trying to pare the must-fix down to a more manageable budget, and very patient with my extra pain-in-the-butt aftermarket accessories. As a woman it is often a struggle to find honesty and good service in the car business so these guys will be the first on my list when my truck needs attention again. Highly recommend Donna in the office who was very attentive to my circumstances and needs. Mark in the garage was great at explaining what was necessary and helping me to make a plan. Another of the service guys who's name I didn't catch put up with my cluster of a headlight problem without a complaint. Highly recommend and will be seeing them again!
Another great mechanic shop is located on Route 20 in Evans and they are so well regarded as superb mechanical technicians that they repair all of the Evans police cars and have also a great reputation for many years I highly recommend this place 4 any of your engine repairs or Automotive repairs! On the corner of Route 20 and Main Street in Angola New York is their location!

My wife and I purchased a 1949 Chevy truck that needed a list of things done. I was looking for recommendations for a repair facility that is familiar with older vehicles and a true mechanic; not a tech that can read a computer code and replace parts. Out of all of the recommendations we received about 80% of them were for A&M so we decided to give them a try.
Having worked at automotive dealers ranging from large GM dealers to luxury dealers for 15 years I have expectations of how service should be. Mark and Amy absolutely hit it out of the park for my first experience with them. I did enough research to know that Mark knew his stuff but the other intangibles really wowed us.
We dropped of our new to us truck off and the following day we received an itemized breakdown of the work needed in the form of a text message and email that took us to a link where we could approve or decline individual jobs. We had a couple questions that they answered over the phone and through text. This was very reassuring.
The pricing was fair and we proceeded to have the work done. Upon picking the truck up all of the work was done as well as some little BS that I was going to do myself. They aired the tired properly (i knew they were a little light when I dropped them off), they replaced my zip ties holding on my license plates with nuts and bolts (we just bought her), they put my registration in the window (straight) and detailed her.
To sum this up the pride that they had working on our truck is second to none. They nailed my big 3 (quality of work, pricing and timing) and had an added bonus of a personal touch, constant communication as well as hitting on all of the "little things". Thank you.
I love supporting small businesses and am grateful I found one that I can trust. This is a shop where they do what they say, and say what they do. They are reasonable, fast and honest. A job well done. Will definitely return with my other car.
If you need work done on a vehicle I highly recommend A & M automotive on bullis Rd Elma. Honest, trust worthy, fair prices. They potentially lost a $1600 job to make sure I was taken care of properly. In the end they got the job because of their customer first approach. They even picked my truck up and dropped it off. Great quick service on collisions, oil changes, and inspections! Brought my car in for collision and it was done perfectly in less then a week! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! The waiting area is very clean and welcoming! Highly recommend to anyone in the buffalo area!
