i was taken care of very quickly and professionally by SS Diesel , they were very easy to work with as well as willing to answer all my questions. I could not recommend any other shop more. Definitely worth the drive for their quality and ease of mind
I would personally give them no stars absolutly aweful when we took our truck it took him forever to even get it in over charged me when I got it home suspension bolt in front didn't even have a nut on it now my new mechanic said every bolt in the front lose tranny leaks all this stuff I review the list of work s and s supposedly did and I have to pay a new mechanic to do it all over again HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have a new ford truck with a diesel engine. Got unlucky and picked up some contaminated fuel somewhere while traveling. Witnessed some serious engine problems from it. Had it toed to the dealership where i was told the problem but parts were unavailable. Kind of left me out on a limb. Was planning a major trip with the truck. Stressed out i gave Shawn a call. Started going to Shawn when he opened in Arcade and have used his service ever since. Friendly, accommodating with appointments, and the work is always done right. I trust him that if it ever isn't, he'll make it right. The most important things to me in a repair shop are honesty, trustworthyness and expertise, and SS has it all. Making me feel like an old friend when I call for an appointment or bring the car in for service is an added bonus that makes me actually like being there
