I was traveling up I84 passing through NY state when I suddenly started experiencing car trouble. I got off the nearest exit and google led me to Wits. The woman at the front listened to my concerns and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. She understood that I was traveling on a long trip on one of the coldest days of the year and made sure that my car was looked at as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, the car was being looked at. The issue was fixed and I was back on the road within less than an hour. The cost of the service was very reasonable and everyone I dealt with there was very kind. The waiting area was clean and warm. I was so glad to have found Wits! I sincerely wish they were local to me. I would love to be able to give them more business in the future.
Mike, is so helpful the best place to go for any Auto services. I highly recommend him. He is a really good man. Do you need in the office is the best mechanics are great they’re going there for years would not go anywhere else. Those guys are the greatest.
My 1987 fiero had a cracked it’s radiator on my way home and I was dead on the side of the road in a parking lot, when I had towed my only car and life line to their shop even when it was late they still gave me the time and taught me some thing about my car, hands down I would trust my car with them again in a heart beat if anything critical breaks on my car, if your reading this, you guys at wits auto repair are forever going to be the place I go to when I need help and something repaired, thank you so much!

The team was very nice and respected my truck while doing an initial inspection. They thoroughly inspected the car and made some recommendations that I am making the dealership I bought from aware of. Very honest and friendly people.

Went in for the first time to get an oil change on my wife’s car and had a great experience. The staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming, and I was even offered coffee while I waited. My appointment was at 8 a.m. and I was out by 9 a.m. quick and efficient! I definitely recommend taking your car here for your next service.

Now I had two tires I wanted mounted and balanced on the front of my truck 17 inch
I’ve had this done in th past at other locations and it averaged $35 per tire. Here I paid $62.50 per tires for a total of $125.00 to mount and balanced 2 tires. They did a great job but seems a bit steep. I will go there again for service cause they are local and they have great service and they don’t try and upsell you on anything. So I gave 5 stars based on service , my fault for not inquiring on price prior
Called on a Saturday afternoon because the brake line on my wife’s suburban had broken. Assured me that it was an easy fix. Towed the car on Sunday to them and they were able to work on it first thing on Monday morning and I had the car back by that afternoon. Amazing staff and reasonably priced. Would absolutely take my car there again.
I’ve come to Wits many times for various degrees of service. They do a great job, they are very clear with their pricing and are kind to work with. Most recently I came to get my NYS inspection. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they fixed a few little issues. Will definitely be back and I really recommend them!
I have brought several of our vehicles here for various services over time. My initial experiences were positive, with no issues to report. However, during a more recent visit, I received a quote for repairs on my Nissan that was significantly higher than expected. I ultimately had the same work completed elsewhere for half the price.
Following that experience, I returned for an oil change but was disappointed by the customer service I received. In particular, I found Jeanine’s attitude to be unwelcoming; she consistently answered phone calls with apparent annoyance, and her tone when interacting with customers in person was unnecessarily curt. On my most recent visit, her response to being addressed as “ma’am” was especially unprofessional, despite the term being used respectfully.
Due to these concerns regarding both pricing and customer service, WE have decided not to return.
I had an excellent experience with Wits auto shop! My side mirror was broken, and I was really stressed about getting it fixed quickly. I called them, and they were incredibly responsive. They scheduled me in immediately and had my mirror replaced in no time. The service was fast and professional. The team was friendly and knowledgeable making the whole process seamlessly. I highly recommend Wits auto shop to anyone in need of auto repairs. They truly were above and beyond to get me back on the road.
I would recommend Wits Auto body to anyone. They are very professional and courteous. The office girls are fantastic and very polite. I have been taken my cars to Wits for a while now. I do trust them with my cars. Because I am a blunt person, and maybe just cheap, but I fine their repair costs a little high compared to other shops. I understand they have overhead cost and all. Like I said, maybe I’m just a cheap person. Although, when you go to Wits, you can rest assume that your car is being fixed by professional mechanics who know what they are doing. Which is very hard to find a shop like this nowadays. In the past I have had issues with other shops that I had to return a day after getting my car back because of an issue with their work, but at Wits, you don’t need to worry. They do the work right the first time.
Ladies— if you’re looking for an honest mechanic who won’t rip you off, this is the place to go!! Mike and Hunter are awesome, they’re honest about what your car really needs and explain what’s going on if you don’t understand. I called Wits Auto to see if they can fit me in for an inspection, and they took me within couple of hours of calling. The service provided was good, and on schedule my car went right in upon arrival.

Disappointed. Good mechanics. However doesn’t stand by the work done. Gas tank replaced on car. Drove fine till ran out of gas with no gas empty indicator. Never ran out of gas before on any car. They tell me the fuel pump is bad, and it costs $600. Surely it went bad on it’s own, yeah right. This is after spending about $2k on the tank. We won’t spend any more money there.
Very happy with my experience at Wits. I stopped by and was greeted immediately by Janine who was very friendly. We scheduled an inspection for the next morning. When I arrived they took my car in immediately and I was out within the hour.
What a lovely experience. I stopped in mid-afternoon on a Monday looking for a quick oil change. I was pleasantly surprised when they said sure, we can do it right now. I was in and out in less than an hour. The girls at the desk are super friendly and the guys were very polite and helpful. And the price was less than the chains on Route 9. What more can you ask for :-)
Today I had my inspection done here for my car and it was a great experience. I would highly recommend to family and friends. I will never go back to mavis for inspections again. They did the job quickly and the staff were all so great especially the women in the office Janine. Thank you so much for making something that’s so annoying to get done so easy!
Brought my car in primarily due to squeaky brakes and some other issues. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I was driven home by one of their mechanics because I had no one who could pick me up while I waited for my car to be finished (this was a walk-in and I did not have an appointment) and they were nice enough to pick me up again when my car was done the same day! They were able to fix my brakes and the prices are very reasonable.
Wit's was great! I needed my tires replaced very quickly because I had a wedding to go to the next day and they were able to squeeze me in to get them replaced and aligned with extra time to spare. I will say it was a little more expensive than I anticipated because I provided my own tires but I have no complaints at all about the work done or the people I interacted with. They even were able to provide me with a ride home!
