Took my car there Friday of last week at 70k miles and by Wednesday I had a cylinder misfire due amateurs working on my car. Stupid kid overfilled my suv with oil. And now the owner ( Jimmy ) is ducking responsibility for hiring idiots. Now I am paying monthly payments for a vehicle I can’t even drive. Yeah I am beyond pissed.

Jimmys fixed my car incredible nice, i had been hit from the back and now i look like i have a brand new car! Thank you so much you guys are wonderful and thank you for cleaning and washing my car! Amazing place, highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM JIMMY! Bought a car from Jimmy's about a year ago. Driven it less than $1000 miles since and have already had to put over $3000 into the car for repairs. Shortly after purchasing it I noticed a clicking sound (within the 30 day State lemon law period) in one of the wheels. I took it in to have him fix it (I dealt with owner Jimmy for everything) and he assured me nothing was wrong. He was also very defensive and a bit confrontational about the vehicle. I am now paying out the ear to repair an issue related to that very sound I brought up with him. This is just the latest in a long list of repairs I have had to make. Go elsewhere.

Great job very professional. Owner and manager were very nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job just wish I knew about their quality work years ago so I could have went their last time I needed work. Worth a trip from were ever you are.

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO TO FISHKILL AUTO BODY INSTEAD! Jimmy's Auto Outlet is by far the WORST repair shop I've had the displeasure of dealing with. When I brought my car in for repair, Gary Q let me know that there would be a delay. Fine, no problem. I come on the day he tells me the car will be ready, and he tells me that they will call me at the end of the day because the car is not ready yet. I never get the phone call. The next day they try to tell me that it will take the rest of the weekend to get the car done. They consistently lie about their time table. Once I got the car back, I noticed that the new panel guard they on my front driver wheel was already ripped! They didn't even do a good job! My lock alarm doesn't sound when the car locks anymore either! The owner of the business also does not know how to process a check at the bank, insisting you use cash or a debit or risk a 3% upcharge. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE GO TO FISHKILL AUTO BODY INSTEAD! The staff at Fishkill Auto Body are kinder, more consistent, have never given me any problems and HAVE NEVER HANDED BACK TO ME A CAR THAT WASN'T FIXED. Stay away from Jimmy's, they do not do a good job.

amazing costumer service!! my car had a few issues and when i brought it back the they fixed it super quickly!! they were super nice about it and it was fixed within two days. highly recommend!!!!!!!

Jimmy and his staff are the best mechanics I have ever relied on for all my car needs. route 52 in Fishkill New York they go above and beyond and always do great job, they take your car in the morning and you have it later on that same day, and I feel he is very fair with his pricing, and has always been very friendly and very professional!

Had auto body repair done. The repair came out perfectly. They did a real rush job on the interior detail and got cleaning solution on my windshield which was a pain to get off. Would have been better if they just left it. Also the owner was out of the shop and the manager was unavailable so I couldn't pick the car up on the day it was ready which cost me on my rental. They were supposed to send text message updates and not only did I not get those but couldn't reach anybody on the phone. For the quality of work I would use them again for all the other stuff.....probably not.

Jimmy and his staff always take wonderful care of me and my family. He is the only one l will allow to work on our cars , for they carry the most precious cargo in the world.

Dissatisfied with my service received at Jimmys. They took a long time to finish the car, told me it would be done a few days ago that morning and then wouldn’t answer their phone when I called at around 3:45. I left a message and called again at 4:20 and still nothing. I get the car back and the repairs are fine, but my interior is covered with some type of greasy cleaner they used. I’m not even sure what the point of using it was as they didn’t vacuum or do anything else. It was also done haphazardly and extra spray was on my windshield and drivers display. The steering wheel was also COVERED in this greasy cleaner, and you are never supposed to use any type of oil based cleaner on the steering wheel. It’s a brand new car and now the steering wheel looks like it’s from 2005. It’s also in my AC vents. So not only did they take an extra day for no reason, I now have to take my car somewhere to be detailed to fix the mess they created.

Took my car to Jimmys last week for the first time. Very friendly and honest, took great care of my car. Would deff recommend them and will be using them for all my car needs. Thanks again jimmys auto, job well done !!!! 😉

New to the area. Purchased used car for our son from Jimmy in April. Great place to go to when looking for reasonable prices, honest reliable work, and great customer service. Even after purchase and work needed for car after expired warranty Jimmy is working with my family at his expense. Trust, honesty and reliability are important factors when you are not an expert and depend on businesses to provide you services. It's always impressive to come across a business with 30 plus years of service is still willing to stand behind their name/service and not the dollar! Totally recommend! Jimmy and crew thank you!

Jim has been my Mechanic and Auto body Mechanic for years. He does excellent work and is very fair on his prices. Definitely a shop that knows their cars and how to handle them with great professionalism.

Dropped off my Mazda CX-5 to have my bumper fixed, Jimmy and his team did an amazing job on installing and painting on a new bumper for me. Saved me a few hundreds of dollars getting the work done here oppose to taking it into a Mazda dealership. I’ll be sure to get all my work done here with any of my cars :)

I brought my 2020 Hyundai Sante Fe in for repair work on the right side of my bumper on Monday, 6/01/2020. Jimmy's Auto Outlet has a partnership with GEICO and Enterprise (car rentals), which made my experience very convenient. Upon getting my Hyundai Sante Fe back today, 6/05/2020, I noticed that the bumper was fixed and that my car had been washed, and detailed; an unexpected surprise. It literally looks better than the day I bought it from Prestige Hyunda from back in January of this year: Both inside and out! They allow you to look at the cars, in the price range you asked for, with no sales pressure. When I had an issue with the car, they took it right back and fixed it. They are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I was here for body work. They did a really nice job and came in on time and budget. Good job.

Had my car repaired here through Insurance. Took a month to fix a dent in the door. The shop blamed the Insurance adjustor for sending the wrong part. Doesn't the Shop order the Parts? If so, they need to find a better supplier that knows what they are doing. Apparently I am not alone in my assessment of this shop. At least the car was clean when he finally finished the repair so his Detailer knows what he is doing.

Jimmy's has a nice selection of vehicles at fair prices. They were great to deal with before and after the purchase. They honor their promise of a quality car and have done more for me than many would to uphold that reputation.

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger from Jimmy's and the car is absolutely beautiful! When I purchased it, the mileage was around 28,000 miles and today it's around 114,000 miles and still running great! I get all my major repair work done at Jimmy's as their mechanics are the very best! Their body shop is the absolute best too, color matching is right on. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from Jimmy's, I definitely will be a loyal long term customer there. The convenience of one stop shopping at Jimmy's makes it the best place to purchase a top quality used car!

I was dealing with Fishkill Tire with all my cars (5) and needed some service done as I was leaving for vacation. They could not get me in for a small service job and I could not take the car on vacation the way is was. I called Jimmy's explained my problem. They said can you leave it we will try and get to it, and they did. I was happy to leave on vacation with a good working car. Jimmy" now has all my repairs.

NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a 2005 Volvo s60 2.5T for $9,500 from this place, and I've put at LEAST $5,000 back into it in the last year and 4 months. It needed a new fuel pump and regulator, shift knob (which was in the first 60 days, thankfully because they had to pay for it), a new key because the only ONE they gave me (there wasn't a spare) wasn't being recognized by the car so it would stall in the middle of the road, not to mention the fact that again, in the first 60 days, it needed a headlamp replacement and their retard "mechanics" tried shoving a bulb in that didn't fit. Then I took it to Volvo, they put the correct bulb in, and it was fine. There is currently an electrical problem with the headlight and with the computer (something dealing with the breaks), and now it's having shifting trouble. And to touch on the terrible service, when I first went to look at the cars on the lot, the salesman Anthony acted like he had no time for me, then he was a sweetheart when we were thinking about purchasing the car, and once we were sitting down signing the papers, he was a jerk again. When I brought my car in to have the shift knob fixed, they acted like it was my fault that the knob broke in the first month I owned the car and accused me of doing so, and they rudely asked me to park my car but the problem was, after I had already told them, it didn't come out of drive or neutral so I couldn't. Never give this excuse of a "dealership" any sort of your business. Its not worth the money, time, or stress that will come with the cars. Save yourself the heartache.

I brought my car in for a ticking noise and James recommended B&G oil additive to help. The noise got worse and turned out that one of the valves was bad, but thanks to James recommending the B&G product B&G are covering the repairs to my car. Jimmy's Auto Outlet is the only place I bring my cars to be serviced. The staff are pleasant and friendly, the work they do is fantastic, and are priced fairly.
