I woke Bob up at midnight tonight, after a long shift at work. The clutch failed. I'm hating adulthood and trying not to panic in the cold and dark. He told me he'd come get me and the car in a half hour. The quote was beyond reasonable. 28 minutes of me stressing myself out, sitting in my car with the heater on, and Bob shows up. It is 18 degrees outside and he invites me to go sit in the cab. "Make yourself at home."
He gets the car loaded up and takes me home. Through the 30 mile drive home, he was calm and welcoming. This man's quiet competence had me feeling so safe.
Bob has a card reader in the truck for millennials like me who don't carry any cash. I got a receipt and everything.
I'm writing this review from the comfort of my home at 130 this morning.

Came out in the middle of the night to pull me out of the ditch after hitting black ice. It was a precarious spot, tucked sideways tightly between some big trees and signs/guard rails. Arrived quickly and got me out amazingly quickly without a single scratch or dent. He charged a very minimal fee and was great to work with.
Bobs collision and customs is wonderful, no matter what time or were you are Bob is there with no questions. Bob is a lifesaver and so reliable, I will always be grateful to Bob and his crew. If you need a tow, I recommend you call Bob! Also, very reasonable prices, he's the best around!
Took my car to Bob's collision& customs after hitting a deer with drivers side and front-end body damage; and had my car looking and running like new again! Bob handled everything so smoothly and made my first experience pleasant. He made sure my repairs were done and done right and had even went out of his way to deliver my car back to me. We have used Bob's towing service twice now and both Experiances have been outstanding. His rates are far lower than anyone else but that does not take away from his superior quality. Thank you Bob!!
I would like to take this opportunity to express my most sincere appreciation and gratitude to Bob of Bob’s Collision for the professional services he provided to my family as we struggled to locate my daughter’s car after a medical emergency. In short, my daughter was camping alone in the Long Pond,
Smithville Flats campground in NJ when she experienced a cardiac arrest and called 911. Ambulance located her and she was transported to Lady of the Lourdes hospital in Binghamton. We had no idea where her car was but with the assistance of the New York Forestry team (Jeremy and Captain Billiken) and Bob’s Collision they were able to locate my daughter’s car and it is now in a safe location in NJ thanks to Bob’s Collison. Bob is a excellent auto body repairman. His prices are fair and the workmanship is outstanding. He is making sure you're getting constant updates on the status of the vehicle. He also will do minor items for no extra cost that the insurance would not cover. You will have your vehicle back completely detailed inside and out. I highly recommend his shop for any damage not requiring frame work. Especially front end deer hits
I am amending my rating as per contact with the owner 29 August 2023 at 14:28 and a discussion relating to the number of stars in rating's unintentional negative impact on an otherwise flawless rating. I assumed Bob's had completed the work in good faith and I was still looking forward to posting those images of the completed work. I want to thank Bob's Collision and Customs for getting in touch and benefit of doubt. I hope this doesn't effect his professional conduct and or his original quote.
There was no malicious intent in a lower rating. I have complete faith in Bob's Collision & Customs or I wouldn't have gone there!
This was my fault. I had assumed that a simple handshake and quote from Bob's Collision & Customs was a done deal , but if Bob's Collision & Customs needs to back out of the agreement I'll understand. This job does require the best of the best.
A honest handshake and straight forward talk is all it took to seal the deal.

Very polite. Bob's Collision & Customs gave a fair estimate in consideration the amount of damage. Still waiting because he's been looking for parts. It's going to take two days to repair the damage. I plan on posting those before and after images when the job is finished if possible. Thanks again Bob's Collision & Customs.
9/21/2023 Update:
Gave a quote of $1400.00 to repair, contacting me only when given a negative review, and he didn't stand behind a handshake agreement. He said that he'd complete the work. Then he broke a deal. Plain and simple. I've given Bob's Customs & Collision the benefit of doubt and they have not given reason to justify a five star rating. Intimidating me on the phone doesn't effect his rating in a positive way.
My son locked his keys in his truck while at work. I messaged Bob and he gave me the number of one of his employees to call for help. Within 20 minutes Chuck was there. Not only did he get the truck unlocked, he also checked out a couple other things as well. Absolutely amazing service as well as pricing. Highly recommend for for all your automotive needs.
so it was a bad day nothing was going right . i was picking my boat up to take it home and the wheel come off and there was no way of fixing it . I called around 7am on a Saturday and spoke to bob and at first he said he was unsure if he could do it right away. After talking to him he know i was in need not only a tow but a good friendly person to come and get the boat and to calm me down and to assure me everything was going to be ok . Great fast and professional service from the start of the call to delivering the boat.

Bob was wonderful he was called by my insurance company when I got a flat tire 2.5 hours from home. He got to me within 30 minutes and was able to get me back in the road. Highly recommend this company.
My wife and I used Bob's Towing the other day because we really needed a tow for our car to be fixed. Bob was very polite and helpful and worked well with us. His crew got the job done with him quickly and also kept our car safe. Bob also gave us advice on how to handle the reimbursement through the dealership that we were having the vehicle towed to due to a recall issue and we would highly recommend using Bob's Collision and Customs very affordable and friendly service.
