Golden Automotive in Oxford, NY is hands-down one of the best shops around. The staff is honest, knowledgeable, and actually takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle instead of just throwing parts at it. They even tracked down the exact part I needed for my carburetor, which saved me a ton of time and frustration.
The work is done right the first time, pricing is fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Golden Automotive is that place. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable, professional service.
Amanda is awesome- anytime I need a rental, she has one. She’s very helpful in understanding the repairs process and walks you through what you need to do. If there’s an issue, she’ll do what you can to make it right.
The boys in the shop are top notch. I have had a couple of cars repaired there and there was never any issues. I haven’t had their towing service yet, but I know Tim knows his stuff and will probably do his best to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
This shop is a very friendly and knowledgeable place to take a car to. My sons car would not pass inspection because of a code that could mean 1000 things but Tim started from the less expensive options and found the problem (code was system too lean) would not clear w the many things he did to fix it. After a few days he found the needle in the haystack and fixed and inspected. Best part is I know if this car was “fixed” by any other shop it would have cost triple of what he charged. Great job and we found our family mechanic….5 ⭐️ any day and thank you 🙏 for your excellent friendly service that didn’t empty the wallet.

I highly recommend Golden's Body Shop LLC for any and all repair work performed. On 4.22.20, our Subaru needed the annual inspection done and signal light bulb replaced. All was performed and my wife and I were out of there in less than an hour. Their professionalism and quality of service is outstanding.
It's a great place with friendly and polite service, regardless if you are looking for a new car or a 2$ part from there salvage yard, you will be greeted like an old friend and receive true customer service!
