Took forever to do the "inspection" on my vehicle. Once they completed the "inspection" they had to take it somewhere else to actually get it inspected. Then they didn't want to give me the receipt for the inspection.
Great experience. They were able to take my car the hour it broke down, and did exactly what I asked they do with my car shortly after they got the part. Good price, and exactly what they quoted me upfront. Car is running perfectly now
I had a great experience with the shop, and they did a great job on my car. Although I live about 50 minutes away, Koch's will be my go-to mechanic for all my automotive needs.
Dan and and his crew are amazing. Weather its a tow some service work or fixing a tire . And their pick up and delivery service for vehicles is a life saver for my crazy schedule
They are absolutely horrible. My 2nd time there and they did something to my jeep. They were only supposed to change the oil and rotate the tires. Let's just say it has a major issue now
Would like to thank Dan at Koch’s Auto and towing for providing excellent customer service. After a serious accident his son and crew were friendly and quick to get our totaled vehicles off the road and to safety.. they allowed to sit in a warm truck and get out of the elements during a freak snow and hail storm in May .Would definitely recommend him.
We dropped our van off with a horrid grinding sound on the brakes. They diagnosed it with needing new rotors, a new brakes pad on one, and new calipers (the springs were broken on the emergency brake which I could confirm because it had stopped working a week prior). I had Googled the approximate cost of just the rotor replacement which could have been as high as $580. Koch's replaced and fixed all the parts for us for $560, which we thought was very reasonable. We've taken our cars to Koch's 3x now and they always seem to be reasonably priced. And they always give us the option to buy the parts needed ourselves if we want to try to save more money (which we did one time), so it's appreciated that they don't force us to do everything through them. They were extremely friendly and seemed to go out of their way to get our vehicle back to us as soon as possible too.
Accident involved our truck and camper. Truck was put on a flat bed by another company. Our camper was pulled from the accident scene by a regular pickup truck from Koch's. Six days later our adjuster went to Koch's to look at the camper and Koch's gave them a bill of $3400.00. When the adjuster told them that the tow limit on the policy was only $1000.00, Koch's told the adjuster, "I don't care, he can afford the difference." The company that towed our truck charged way less than $1000.00.
