John’s Garage and Tom were a lifesaver for my wife and I during a RV trip to NH. As we were headed up I88 our dash lit up with all sorts of warnings and "high battery voltage". I was able to get off the highway and into a large gravel lot just outside of town for some initial troubleshooting. The campground near the exit referred me to John's when I asked about a heavy truck shop nearby. Tom answered and was able to fit us in around noon and even had 2 alternators I could choose from to replace my failed one. About 3 hours later we were back on the road. Having a shop that actually has parts on hand saved the trip from some faceless corporate shop that likely would have had to order in the part we needed. It was a bit tight in the door all sideways.
I just wanted to thank John’s Garage for being so kind. We were passing through and needed some air in our tires and they graciously put air in all of our tires. He didn’t charge us either, that’s great customer service! Thank you!
This place fixed my bus break line in two hours and got me back on the road quickly. The price was super reasonable and I’m truly grateful that my breakdown happened near them
While traveling from PA we had a travel trailer bearing/brake problem. Pulled into an empty lot and called John's Garage. Frank and Jordan came to our rescue, went for parts, fixed our issue and got us back on our way in 3 hrs. They were awesome! Thank you so much!
We were RVing thru the area when my husband realized it felt funny driving - we Called and they saw us immediately. Luckily was a quick fix w a disc brake - got back on the road- thanks so much!
They were great!! Had the side of a tire torn out on I88, they fit my car in, made a special run for the correct size tire and mounted it. Polite, efficient and easy to deal with.
Very friendly and helpful. Exhaust pipe broke while driving through town during 4th of July week. They quickly provided a temporary fix (and explained what we would have to do after the trip), although it was already late in the day, and other shops had closed. Thank you!
They did a good job at pulling my daughter out of the ditch but the smart remarks of the driver were not impressive. Btw she swerved to miss an animal, she wasn't texting. I can tell you that for sure. Not very professional remarks. Not sure I would call your garage again
