Call to have an appointment to get my tires put on they realize that the lug nuts they told me about it and they replaced them all tires for balanced and all everything good good place to go for service

I was desperate for an inspection overdue by 6 months crossing the state border from Pa as I had been away at school. These guys were kind enough to fit me in day of and helped me avoid the nearly 200 dollar cost of a ticket I would have received. They are great people!

Called AAA because I got my plow truck stuck doing something I probably shouldn’t have been doing, and they sent Aaron. I wasn’t sure if this was something AAA covered ,but Aaron FaceTimed me and saw my situation and said he could handle it. AND HANDLE IT HE DID! That man worked for over an hour pulling and dragging my truck over a distance of what must’ve been 100ft every which way and he got me out. And I swear he was the nicest tow truck driver I’ve ever met. Such an awesome guy. Thank you so much for your help.

Mancuso's came for AAA service timely and very professional. Service specialist in 10/18 around 6:00 was top notch friendly and quick to get the job done. Impressed with there wonderful customer service

I would not recommend these people at all. Disorganized and confused, I've stopped in twice to get a simple estimate and four months later, they still haven't been able to put one together. I have no trust in them.

These guys are the best…. Over the holiday weekend we were basically towed to them with a wheel bearing blowout on our travel trailer. These guys went above and beyond to get us back on the road to our destination. John, Kevin, and the rest of the crew were the best. I can’t thank you all enough…. I wish I had a place like this near me. You guys are the best!

Completely unprofessional and will never be taking a vehicle here again. I’ve never had a problem with a garage like this before but when my brake line went, I took it to them. I had an appointment at a better garage but Mancuso’s told me they could do it 4 days earlier. Instead, it took them just as long and they did not call me when it was finished. I only found that the car was ready to be picked up when I called them to check the status the following day. They suggested replacing both lines but were able to repair the rupture so I requested the latter. When I left, I found that they had drilled a self-threading bolt straight into my front, passenger side tire only after stopping to pump my tires when the pressure light came on. Bolts flip on their sides when run over where nails puncture tires and there were socket friction marks around the bolt on the rubber, suggesting that the puncture was deliberate. Kevin was the name of the mechanic that handled my vehicle and likely the mechanic responsible for the bolt. Completely uncommunicative and intent on nickel-and-diming their customers. I would suggest Pompender’s or Dunn instead.

I reached out to Mancuso earlier this week to inquire about the estimated cost for the installation of two rotors and brake pads. Unfortunately, the quote I received was significantly higher compared to previous services. ($450) They explained tha this increase was due to rising costs in parts and labor. After this conversation, I contacted Auto Zone to compare prices. I discovered that the cost of the parts had only increased by two dollars. Consequently, I decided to contact a mechanic shop recommended by a friend. I am pleased to inform you that they were able to complete the job for $290.00 and did some extra work on my heat plate for free, less than the quote provided by Mancuso. i wouild like to extend my gratitute to my friend for the recommendation and extend my farewell to Mancuso. I look forward to building an honest and positive relationship with my new mechanic.

Same day service from time I called, cost was lower than quoted over the phone!!! I asked a question about my vehicle and Both Techs went over and beyond and within a short 20mins & a little research they helped answer a greater issue that other big named shops around here haven't been able to pinpoint. Great local company! I take my vehicles there for service and inspection because they are honest and accommodating.

Quick accurate service. Darryl in particular goes above and beyond he is knowledgeable and patient. They don’t try to dry your pockets or give unnecessary service. When it comes to my vehicle I don’t worry because they’ve got me covered! Been a customer 10 years & counting

Mancuso's are the best. They are friendly, quick, efficient and reasonable. Typically no more than 2 days time for the work that they have done for me, and some of that work was extensive. That's why they are 5 stars in my book!

I will say at first I was very upset with this place. After overhearing (me being loud enough for him To hear) my concerns, the manager/ possible owner did make things right. I did give only four stars because they made things right by me (after I spoke up) but hopefully they do the same for others.

Highly recommend! New from out of state and needed a car inspection. He notified me of what I needed to complete to pass inspection and did not charge me until I had everything ready. I will definitely be back if I need anything else! Thank you so much for everything you do for this wonderful community.

We were on our way from Canada to Columbus OH for a baseball tournament when our alternator went. They had it fixed and we were back on the road within 2.5 hours! Thank you so much for your quick and amazing assistance!!!!

Don't call these people for towing, call your AAA. They will not take your info then drop a bill on you for 3 times your AAA membership, & then belittle you after you call to find out the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I took my daughter's van in for a list of repairs that another mechanic claimed it needed, they checked it out & didn't find a thing that needed fixed. They could have soaked us for quite a bit but they are too honest for that. I would recommend them to anyone.

Mancuso gave me incredible service, the tow truck operator was so helpful. He really went above and beyond for me, even driving me to AutoZone. Highly recommend for anyone in the area.

These guys are the best and super friendly too. My car broke down twice in 1 week the second time I had Mancuso take it and look at it. The bad news I got was all the repairs to fix it totalled over 2500 dollars. So its time to buy a new car but Mancuso was able to get it at least running for me so I have it until I purchase a new one and the price wasn't half bad. I definitely recommend them to anyone! Very honest people. Thanks again!

This place is great! They ALWAYS do good work in a timely manner. You don't feel like they're overcharging you either. Their staff are professional and courteous. Mancuso's is the best, locally owned choice, in the area.

My vehicle would not start. I called my road side assistance, who dispatched Mancuso. They came out and tried to jump it as I thought it was just a weak battery. That didn't work so I had to call my road side assistance back and they eventually sent Mancuso back out. Mancuso was quick to get there and hook my vehicle up and get it towed. Prompt, professional service. Thank you.

I rarely do this but this is an exception. I have always found them to be honest and upfront with the work that they do. They are reasonably priced and always courteous. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Went there based on another user's review, and was very satisfied. I was on vacation in a rental car and far from home, when it developed a problem. I pulled into their shop on a friday morning and they took care of my problem (heater not blowing hot) quickly, and with a professional, friendly manner. I was a bit pushy, not wanting them to run up a big bill on a rental car, and they handled all of my concerns in a professional manner. No extra work was done without consulting me first, and the final bill was very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone without reservation; they are honest, reasonable and friendly.
