I've rented Uhauls from various businesses, but this was the first place to give me a little booklet with info that was helpful. I was having issues with my online reservation, so I called them directly and I was told to come right in. Friendly, fast, and no issues. I recommend!
I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I've had thorough work done on my vehicles. Would never replace Parts if it didn't need them. Very reasonable rates. I will not go anywhere else.
My wife bought a car from this place almost 5000 dollars 47 hundred to be exact the car looked nice inside and out. We have had the car for less than 6 months it has been leaking oil like crazy. The valve cover gasket was replaced at this dealer and since we had spoke the the owner regarding this car before we made a purchase and he told us that the repair was made we decided to get it because we thought the problem was fixed. Well it still leaks oil , bad around the split lines of the engine , the serpentine belt snapped off shortly after we purchased this car but it is a used car so I replaced it out of pocket and went about my business well less than a week later with a new belt me and my wife were running errands and guess what happened the belt came off probably from slipping on all the oil that's leaking. After inspecting the belt further I noticed a pully laying on the frame of the car under the hood near the motor mounts I picked it up and discovered that the crank shaft / harmonic balancer fell off the entire engine. I just don't understand why and how this kind of thing can happen on a 4700 dollar car so soon unless this car was a lemon from the beginning. I am very unhappy and it sickens me to know that there are people selling vehicles in this condition to hard working honest customers for such a high price. When you pay that much money u should be able to rest assured knowing that no major problems will arise . I understand it being used there is going to be minor things come up but not major parts going bad or falling off this soon. I would really exercise caution when doing business with this place!!!!!!
I would say some pretty grimy people work here, my girlfriend got her tires rotated in the wheel fell off on the way home, scumbags refuse to pay for the damaged wheel!!!!
Not only did they repair my car so I could pass inspection, they repaired my loud muffler without me asking, and didn't charge me for it. Can't beat that kind of honest, generous work.
So rented a uhaul from them and was charged extra for a dirty vehicle informed us that dog food was left in it when we don't even have a dog and then saying it was everything else after telling them we don't have pets if 30 bucks is for one small lego block then that really reflects on what kind of business they are running you'd think after parking it nice and putting the sign back up in the window for them they'd have a thing called decency guess they're just about making money and not customer base good for them.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Never returning and I recommend everybody do the same. Rented a trailer from them, informing the EXACT time frame in which i would have it. We agreed that a one-day rental would be perfect for what i needed. Informed them of the exact time i would be back, which they said was fine and we continued the paperwork for a one day rental. I returned it in the exact time frame that was given that next day and went along with business as usual. Come to find out yesterday that i was charged for two days. Returned today to be told essentially “oh well too bad” and there was nothing they were going to do about it. Never was i told i would be charged for a second day even when i gave them the EXACT time frame that i was going to be using their product, AS WELL AS upon the return of the trailer when the owner himself(who was also the one handling everything) assisted me in unloading the trailer. All these people care about is money and will do what they can to get the most out of you. Exactly what you would expect from any kind of “dealer”. Stay away
