My windshield wiper snapped in half during a surprise snowstorm and Michael B genuinely saved us! We went in and he promptly asked what car we had, got the proper blade, and installed it within minutes. Extremely thankful for his knowledge and kindness! It was my first visit to a AutoZone and he made a lasting impression. Thank you!!

Brought in a used car battery for recycling. Cashier "Thaddius" refused to accept despite AutoZone web site and sign on store windows clearly stating they accept used car batteries for recycling.

Went to drop off used oil and didn’t see the small sign at the door when I walked in. When we asked, the guy at the counter said they weren’t accepting used oil, which was fine until he told us that “reading is fundamental” as we were walking out. He clearly has no respect for any customer.

Everytime I go here they are always ready to help and I always leave feeling well taken care of… I always get more information than I bargain for… if you need parts this is the place to go to they will definitely have you headed in the right direction

I went to the store to find a flex pipe and some spark plugs and ignition coils I was working with a girl named skye I think it was stock something on her name tag. And when I gave her my make model for my car I even gave her my license plate she gave me attitude saying it’s my car not hers. This is not ok for a store to be having someone who has an attitude with customers I work as a manager for sales and customer service and someone like that wouldn’t be hired by me let alone be a sales manager

I went to this location 3 times in the past few months. The first time I was looking to replace a light bulb and was priced for the entire light (over $100) and told they’re out of stock. I am not very knowledgeable of cars, so I left thinking that I was going to have to replace the whole light. Turns out I just needed the $8 bulb. Why I was never asked that question, I’m assuming that employee wasn’t very knowledgeable either. I went back here again a few days ago because my engine light came on and back off and wanted it tested. That employee gave me a runaround about why it was a waste of time instead of just doing it. Today I go back because the light came back on and another employee was very rude. Needless to say I feel like this location is full of employees who don’t like their job, and come off as if you’re bothering them and also just aren’t very knowledgeable of what they’re doing. I went to Advanced Auto instead and they were very helpful. I won’t go back to this location anymore.

This store is close to my house and I always buy something for my car. Today I went to and asked for a Totalpro battery and the associate brought Econocraft brand) which is $79.99 on the website and they charged me to 129.99 before tax. As a customer I never try the Auto zone, specially this location. Dear people! Please don't go there. They trick you and charge you extra. If I rate this store zero out of ten (0/10). Still 0/10 After 8 days of returning the battery I didn't receive my refund. They waste customer time and playing with people. I don't know why? Oh my God!!!!!!!!

Went in with a battery issue, ended up being a dead alternator. They had it in stock and my battery was still under warranty too. So a little parking lot parts change and voila, problem fixed. Everybody was a big help to me in a time of unexpected need.

Shout out to Steve! Outstanding service. So last time it was raining I thought, "get new wiper blades." Once the sun came out, forgot all about it. So it's raining now. Went over to AutoZone, got a solid recommendation on some decent blades to get. **Noticeable improvement, thanks Steve**. Free installation and a complimentary bottle of wiper fluid. Cant beat it!!

The stores Manager Keltsie? Is excellent. I was blown away by Keltsies (sorry about the spelling) kindness and knowledge of cars. She is 100 % an asset to this company. Keltsie went above and beyond to help me with my car. Not only did she replace my headlight. She cleaned the corrosion off of my battery cables. She also helped me fix my trunk. I was having a hard time getting it open. Once again, I was completely blown away by Keltsies knowledge of cars and her compassion to help other people. Thank you Sweetheart for all you did for me! I will forever be grateful for all she did to help me This woman could have just fixed my headlight and walked away. But instead she went way above and beyond what any normal employee would do. In this day and age, consider yourself lucky if you can even get someone to help you! This Manager should be commended for her hard work and dedication and in my opinion, given a raise or moved up to a higher position. Auto Zone is blessed to have such a knowledgeable, kind, caring human being!

I just went to AutoZone to test my battery. It tested bad and was replaced by the Store Manager Kelsey (sp?). They were friendly, knowledgeable and replaced the battery and wipers quickly and efficiently. The service here was far greater than most other auto parts store I have visited. I highly recommend them and their services. Thank you,

Buyer beware: This location does not offer installation with battery as advertised in the commercials. The person I spoke with told me he knows how to do it but doesn’t make mechanic money so he has a right of refusal. Advanced Auto on Central Ave. is doing it today with free install

Excellent service here!! I just stopped in to grab some oil, and unfortunately that's when my battery AND alternator decided to stop working. Fortunately, the two employees there were willing to go above and beyond to get my car working again! They were very nice and made sure to recommend the best products within my price range, and even explained their reasoning to help me decide. Adam and Jesse, thank you for everything, you have no idea how much I appreciated it!

I hope I am spelling your name correct good sir, but Rayner you are amazing. I can not express my thanks and gratitude enough for helping me so much today. I came in to get a low beam bulb and replacement clip for my headlight assembly, and the fact that with my major recent injury and surgery you took your time to selflessly install the new bulb and check my other bulbs. This is the best experience, and I can’t wait to come back for all of my car needs and maintenance items. Over the top, and Rayner (hope I spelled right!) shower true customer service and just outright being a great person. This is why I will 100% be back. Thank you so much!!!!!

Place was busy, the dude,was stuck working alone, customers were getting impatient, and this guy was running from spot to spot busting his a$$ to help people, the phone was ringing, I needed a battery install and it was cold out and this guy rocked out! I had a great experience, but I brought my patience with me, unlike most people.

I use the store quite often both for my job and personal. I find that the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. They'll help you find something they'll help you put it on your car they're always willing to give you a smile.

Needed to get my battery tested, tried going to the one closer to my job in Latham but felt like the person who helped me at that location had no idea what they were doing #1, and #2 treated me as though I was being a bother.. This place though, the girl that helped me was fast, friendly and efficient. Told me what was going on and what to do and what the prices are for what I needed without being rude or pushy. Thank you so much for your help! (Sorry also that I didn't catch your name!)

So, I needed coolant for my car. I was unsure which one I should put in my Volvo. My husband and I asked Brian to help us. He told us to look on the back wall and read. He was not very helpful at all. It took longer than what it should have. We went to the back wall where the coolant was, about 3 minutes later he walked up behind us and said here like I said if you would read you would know which one to get. I thought it was his job to help people? He should not have a job where he has to help others. I don’t know if it was because we are gay that he did not want to help but I found it very rude of him to treat us the way he did. I do not think anyone should be treated the way he treated us that day. He kepted looking at my husband and making faces. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. I do not think he should have a job working in the public. Feel free to contact me for more information. As long as he is working here I will never return!
