Very disappointed with my experience with Vince Coppola. Had a listing on marketplace via his business for lots of different items I reached out interested in a variety of them. Vince gave me his number and told me to contact him following day. I waited till next morning to contact Vince and immediately was asked what I was looking for honestly there were so many items I only remembered the rake he proceeded to tell me well then if just a rake we can end conversation now no point going forward. It’s sad to see a business owner treat his potential customers like that. Vince thinks he’s sitting on a gold mine of items I think he needs to take it down a notch and remember his attitude is going to deter customers from working with him.
Waste of time, no callback. No courtesy even to tell me they couldn't do it.
Update: They claim to not know me or that I was a customer, yet when I called for service I got no callback. Wonder why I wasn't a customer? Can't be a customer if you don't call back.
Vinnie has visited us a few times. Every time ive needed him to remove metal that was cluttering up our driveway, he has came and taken it with absolutely no proof of being there. Nice guy. I have his card on my fridge with a few others that just make life easier.
These people moved and cleaned out my mother in law's apartment and did great work. I have referred them to others and everyone is happy with them. I highly recommend them!
